Anticavilla Hotel Restaurante & Spa

My experience at the Spa was great, it was my second time and the ladies at the Spa are great 100% fully recommended. Atmosphere feels very relaxing and the products they use are the best quality, cleanliness are also of a big quality.

Leonardo the concierge is an awesome person! Great visit! The place is beautiful and warm! Very safe and aeasy to get there!

Very beautiful hotel in the neighborhood of Vistahermosa, in Cuernavaca. Rooms are large and modern, with artistic decoration. The garden is quite large and the swimming pool is semiolimpic. The restaurant is excellent.

Perfecto. Muchas gracias to all the staff. My husband and I had a beautiful vacation. The staff is excepcional and the restaurant is world class. I was there for a week and every day was amazing. The pool is beautiful and everything is very clean. The art is very nice. Highly reccomend.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel extremely clean and comfortable rooms. The garden and pool areas are beautifully maintained and planted with exotic palms. The staff are also very attentive and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

Kinda very disappointed about the Spa services. I expected good expertise in exchange for such high costs.
The location looks like it needs some updates and some love.
As for the rooms the TV service has bad reception and rooms need some good detailed oriented supervision.
The restaurant is great, the best of this place.

What greatly contributed to making our stay heavenly was all the staff! They are warm, professional, courteous and anticipate our needs! A big thank you to all of you (Rebecca, Lesly, Leonardo, Edgar, Gustavo to name a few — we were not able to remember all of the names).

Very disappointing! Internet and phone didn’t work. Breakfast was included and then charged us for two expressos (not included). Never had that in a five star hotel! Cheap. We left with a bitter feeling for such an expensive hotel! The place is beautiful, needs management of that level.

We were at Anticavilla for four wonderful days. The hotel is in a beautiful area in Cuernavaca. It's in walking distance to a few restaurants (although none as good as Verdesalva) and banks. But you may never want to leave. Anticavilla is a thoughtfully renovated old hacienda, which still has those touches of antiquity. The rooms are individually designed by artists, and are most striking. We stayed in Clemente — which also had a large outdoor space. We were welcomed with a delicious basil lemonade, and escorted to our amazing room. Extremely comfy bed, luxurious shower, robes and slippers, and a mini bar with complementary soda and Perrier. The art that covered an entire wall was spectacular. As was the view of the mountains from the patio.
The grounds were also gorgeous. A large lawn, and a beautiful pool area. The pool was surrounded by comfy lounges and lush greenery. Perfect water temperature — and waiters who came by making sure that every need was attended to. We also had great massages in the spa. We had the one hour Lomi Lomi massage. The attached restaurant had the best food that we ate in Cuernavaca. Italian with a Mexican touch. Delicious and well prepared.
Finally, a word about the staff at Anticavilla. To a person they were friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure to interact with. Beautiful people in a beautiful setting. If you are coming to Cuernavaca — or just looking for a great place to relax — look no further and book this place.

Wonderful break from the city in a tropical paradise. The room, pool, spa and restaurant all exceeded our expectations and the staff were incredible, best service I have had in Mexico. We had harmonia massage which was wonderfully relaxing and the meal in the Italian restaurant was excellent. Pool was clean and the sunbeds/towels all top quality with great staff who offered us cocktails in the pool (fabulous frozen margarita! ). And the room had everything you need with great shower and comfortable bed. Highlight was the staff going out of the way to make sure we could watch England in Euros quarterfinals during breakfast!

I loved it. The breakfast was really amazing with a great coloured and well presented Mexican dish. The live Marimba is a plus, a traditional Mexican instrument with music from my country. The attention was simply outstanding! I will definitely come back on my next trip to Mexico.

Incredible boutique hotel. The pool was absolutely lovely very comfortable and so peaceful. The food was amazing, we had snacks by the pool, dinner and breakfast. The short rib was 10/10. We also had a mixology class which was such a fun experience with lots of delicious cocktails. Great customer service and a lovely big room. We will definitely be back soon.

Everything was truly perfect. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms had every detail and amenity you could want. We stayed in Clemente and the room was a nice size. The private terrace was the cherry on top! The service could not have been better. Everyone was so accommodating. I want to visit again!
