Muy agradable el lugar con muy buena ubicación.

The rooms are spacious, but the cleanliness of the room is lousy, the hammocks of the rooms smell of sweat. It has access to the open sea. All in all the hotel is one of the best in Playa Azul, if not the best, only the cleanliness of the rooms is what harms you. Another thing to add, it takes a little maintenance, some things were full of rust.

When we arrived at the hotel the rooms were not clean, there was no one to receive us or give information for room key delivery.
The place was very dirty, the bathrooms smelled like a pipe, the pool had muddy water and it had moldy sediments.
The only person who was there supposedly was in charge of cleaning the pool, which did not have a hotel uniform or identification and told us that the pool was cleaned every 4 days still in use.
We had to go to another hotel because the service and facilities are lousy and despite asking for a refund as we did not use the facilities, after several attempts to call a phone we were provided externally, we were told no There was possibility of return because they had turned down several customers because the hotel was busy, it seemed like joke. Any other hotel has the ease of return and cancellation.
I don't recommend this place at all.

The price is higher than expected, the rooms were dirty and the bathrooms smelled like a pipe. There was no one to give you information or attend within the hotel facilities, there is no security and the only person who was was the Lord who cleaned the pool which did not present a hotel uniform, or identification and could not give any help.
The pool water was murky, the bottom was not visible and the pool had lama sediments.
This place is not recommended.

Good service. Comfortable and clean rooms. Ideal to rest from a long journey.
