The room started smelling like smoke in the early morning, we went out like other guests, maintenance arrived and we had our rooms changed. The next day they said there was nothing and denied that the smell of smoke had been detected by more people, they called me a liar. It affected my trip a lot and there was neither compensation nor good treatment, quite the opposite.

It was a good stay, friendly staff, adequate facilities, good rate, variety in restaurant. But if I would like to comment that in my rate were the included gym services, which I wanted to charge $1000 an hour and $500 half an hour to use the ballroom, which I find over absurd because it is almost the same price of the rate per night.

The banquet service was excellent. Always helpful and friendly waiters, captains, Maitre, A&B. Food declined a little compared to 2017, but still acceptable and in some cases very appetizing.

Every time I visit the CDMX I stay here and everything well without exceeding any expectation nothing out of the ordinary, a hotel well located, comfortable and safe. The staff is definitely not prepared, nor trained for good customer service, however as soon as I start handing out tips and the change is immediate pure smiles and kindness, in short…

I went to an event. The facilities are very good, the location excellent for people from the south of the city. Unfortunately the quality of the food left enough to be desired. However I think it is a very good option to consider.

It is a nice hotel, very comfortable its rooms and very always there is good attention. Maybe you need to remodel the bathrooms in the rooms, but they do. I think there's good cleanliness. The food is tasty but on one occasion it did hurt me.

El servicio de organización de eventos deja mucho que desear, está lejos de un nivel de servicio aceptable o por lo menos de un nivel que se esperaría de un hotel de esta categoría. El personal en general de atención (Bell boys, conserjes, etc) muy amables y serviciales. Sí se piensa organizar un evento, mejor buscaría otras opciones antes de pensar nuevamente en el Royal.

Old Hotel but very well kept and maintaining an elegant style. Offering very good staff attention to make the customer feel good. It has very good services and the rooms are spacious with good amenities and comfortable. There is a terrace with a small lake where you can have breakfast in the open air and with a very relaxing atmosphere. Finally I consider that its price is very good in exchange for what it offers. Ideal for those who need to get around the southern part of Mexico City.

The location is good, for the south is accessible. The hotel is good, although it lacks remodeling. The lounges are spacious but with carpet and the air conditioner has a lot of dust. The service was very good.

Excellent service from all staff, fast and efficient room service as well as good facilities. My only recommendation is that they improve wireless internet in the rooms, as the signal is very often lost, and it is a basic service for an academic or business stay. Otherwise, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the attention is excellent, and the price is not that expensive. I was gladly surprised by the level of English spoken by the staff. The restaurant is very nice as well. They have agreements with some attractions in the city for kids, so that you can enjoy some discounts on those attractions.

Excellent Hotel, D Executive Court. Its facilities are functional to hold events with large groups. Its strong point, the restaurant, is pleasing its seasoning.

Unfortunately, towels were missing, the fridge was not working, the customer service seemed poor, they were brought about two hours or more to meet the request for towels. We wanted to extend the stay and we were not solved…

A very comfortable hotel. The cost-benefit ratio is adequate. The food is very rich and I would say even cheap. I would recommend it as its staff is also very friendly.

Poor service, I bought a double room and they put us in one with a bed and said they couldn't do anything else, the room reeked of cigarette and they had no concern x solve anything.

This was a fantastic hotel at a really great price! I really appreciated that a lot of the staff, including room service, could speak English. They also helped us set up a tour and reserve a cab. Or room was very large and well kept. The abundance of marble in the bathroom also made it feel luxurious. I didn't get to try them, but I was happy to see that there is a pool, spa, weight room, and restaurants available. It is a little far from down town, but it is still well worth a stay.

I went there for a working meeting eventhough I didnt stood at the place I could ser ir was very clean and the staff people we're verte polite. The only vas thing is that ir took a chile por them yo bringing the bill. Besides that everything was great.

Just an unsafe place I stole my passport and und small sum of money but being foreign that's a harder blow not knowing the city, I never received the attention or support from the administration, not interested x do an investigation would be much less x give me face no manager or person passing from that hotel, never take that bag out of the hotel x which I'm pretty sure this happened in the room, they lied to me they made me sign a document to start an investigation which was nothing more to stay put on my signature in which in small letters I said if you don't index the safe the hotel didn't take responsibility regardless of that no one came up to me to help me s solve this problem x at least help me find out how to find my embassy and men I'm robbed of xq paradise, this hotel is as nice as it is insecure! And I will continue to say this here on this page or in other years organizers of the Hendolat in which was the congress I attended in this insecure hotel so that in future dates if you could take into account this also unpleasant with this Hotel!

Stay in business suite, king size non-smoking room. No Wi-Fi because too many were on the network. Iron were brought up 2x, both were broken. Iron board was also broken. Sunday breakfast starts at 11 …? Went to eat at IHOP cross the street. Dinner in hotel restaurant was so so. Ordered a shrimp pasta and got really really small shrimp (6 total) ; chicken soup was only warm, no taste; caramel flan must be quite old, like eating a cake than flan. Asked company to reject this hotel as company preferred hotel!

One of the best hotels south in Mexico city, located near Perisur and estadio Azteca is one of the best locations. It is an old, but classy hotel. But sometimes the old shows like in the carpets or the decor, but still it is very good. I would reccomend it.

Amazing experience, the best attention so you can feel like a guest. I recomend it totally. It's surrounded by a lot of interesting places to visit and the rooms are unbelievably surprising. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I was largely satisfied with the room (the other comments regarding the rooms being rather dated is accurate) and the location is good. What really disappointed me was my final experience with the hotel. On leaving, an attendant offered the hotel's taxi service to take me to the airport. Hesitant (as I had used the hotel's taxi service earlier in the week and paid more than four times the local rate), I asked how much it would be. After confirming the hotel porter's initial response of $280, I got in. At the airport, however, I was charged $380. What bothered me most was not so much the price (as expensive as it was relative to local rates) but the fact that I had been lied to. The experience left a really sour taste in my mouth that has clouded my entire memory of my experience at this hotel.

Staff attentive and friendly from the bellboys, the girls from reception to the waitresses… good service to the room. The rooms are comfortable.

Hotel itself is nice, however the restaurant is terrible. All the dishes my colleague and myself ordered were lower than mediocre. I made suggestions of taste to one of the employeed, but didnt care. This restaurant doesnt improve. The problem is there are few restaurants around here.

Lousy service from the receptionist in the morning took more than 5 calls and not I answer and when I answered simply me hangs or I leaves on hold simply because it is unknown the service or functionality of their work of truth that should take this into account by a person, it is not just lose all, but likes his work because what better leave him be someone that if you like work.

The location is very convenient as it's near of conference that I'm attending every year. The rooms are very comfortable and the service is very nice, but last night when I was having dinner in the hotel restaurant the service was very slow.

Royal pedregal is a time 3xplendido and very confortble is recommended if kieren take time to comfort either family or solo is grndioso.

Stayed here for 2 months. Very poor service and food quality. The waiters and some staff members are rude and occasionally forget things. Don't come to this hotel if you don't know Spanish. No English channels on the television. Only good thing would be the room which is comfortable to stay in.

The Royal hotel is a great hotel which is characterized for hosting famous and soccer teams, but few people know about this place buffet, is a great place to take advantage brunch on the weekends and the paella they do, without a doubt a great place to stay.

Surrounded by the corporate financietos more important city is placed as an option for your next travel service and comfort are first test and believe like me very well.

I have attended conferences and courses in Marketing, has valet parking, the food is very good and attention also.

Toxic buffet! comida toxica — beware of food and management here. We got food poisoning from the food at the buffet and in room service. Needed doctor visit and antibiotics. The management was not interested in knowing about it, no apology and would not comp the charges for the medical visit OR THE FOOD that made us sick! Our company hosts many employees in this part of town for lengthy stays but this hotel will not be recommended. Lost 3 long term guests not for the quality of food but for the attitude of the management who wanted no responsibility. aguas.
