I was staying for a total of two weeks in which I suffered the crime of robbery. They stole cash from my room and I wasn't the only case. All of this was reported to the hotel staff which did not provide any kind of solution. Zero recommended.

In 2016, went on vacation, good SERVICE and very CLEAN, the taxi driver from the hotel a GREAT person with MANY KEEN TO return.

The name is a lie. I booked an Executive suite here, and it was neither grand nor a suite. One chair, a desk, and a bed. Not even a couch. I've seen standard rooms at other hotels that were closer to being suites than here. When I complained to front desk agent, he just kept repeating that that is what I booked, an Executive Suite. Well at this poorly named hotel, an Executive Suite is nothing more than a dishonestly labeled standard room. With a staff possessing a nasty attitude as well. The Krystal Grand Suites is neither.

Great place to stay. In a busy community but with lots of restaurants nearby. There is a park nearby with many events going on every day. The hotel employees are very helpful and bilingual. They also offer tour packages from the hotel which is very nice in visiting Mexico city for the first time and navigating the place. They have a small gym. And outside the hotel are taco stands to get a taste of local inexpensive food. I would stay here again. The museums and other attractions are 30 mins away. Average time bring in the city.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at anywhere. Its new and modern. Everyone was super nice and courteous. Very english friendly.

I went there to eat while working nerby. Great buffet, food is really tasty. There are few options but well selected and the taste more than makes for it. Also some of thw nicest and most efficient waitresses I have meet.

In my opinion, this place would cost twice as much in the U. S. Very elegant. Close to everything you would need.

Awesome service and facilities. Really liked the location. Nearby parks and shopping malls and easy to get around. Staff speaks English fairly well-not a common thing in Mexico city hotels — and they were very caring. I am definitely coming back here on next visit to the city.

It has a really nice view, it's no so much spensive but they charge you a little more than what it says in the app. And it said it sound proof but we still hear the other guest.

The room was very nice. I had a problem with the sprinkler in my room calling reception and immediately moved to a much larger one (a suite) without any additional cost. The location is excellent indeed.

Great hotel! Large, extravagantly equipped fitness center, and excellent breakfast buffet.

Its been 3 days and fridge still isn't working. Every day there's towels missing or a bath mat or face washer missing from the room. Takes a while to get hot water. Disappointing to say the least.

This is my second time staying at Krystal Grand. They remodeled the hotel and it is even better now. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. One thing I did notice is that they stepped it up a notch. New Sonora Grill restaurant in lobby level is excellent. Gotta try it. Dress code has been taken up a notch also. Dress to impress, but I just kepted it casual becuase I was on vacation. Over everything was excellent.

It was good! Until the time that my family and I went to the reception to ask if by being a bridge could use the pool longer (this is because they have a special schedule for children, from 10:00am to 12:00 pm and from 4:00pm to 6:00 pm) this to start with, it makes me extremely illogical when you are traveling with children, well, after you ask the young man who greeted me, I replied, quote: "you can use the pool for the weekend from 8am to 8 pm" and you answer, and tomorrow is Monday a holiday?

I stayed in the hotel until yesterday 01/22/2017. And I can say that as always the service and attention were excellent. I use the hotel every time that I go to Mexico City, and apart for little details here and there, my experience has been of the highest quality and standards. Even so that some of the personnel recognizes me when I stayed there and they had gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm satisfied with the service. An example, the crew of the lower lobby bar. It was Friday coming to Saturday and I craved a ham and cheese plate with a good bottle of wine. I went to the bar to ask for a item that they had in past occasions which was a ham and cheese plate. They did not have it in the menu at this time, but one of them recognized me from an earlier trine that I had stayed, and they prepared it for me even when they didn't have to. Things like that in my opinion, are the ones that makes a difference between a great stay and a superb one. Now I have to mention that I'm Latino and I speak native Spanish and is easier for me to comunícate what I want and obviously play a factor in my experience as a guest.
