Muy comodo, bonito y muy buen trato.

Older but very pretty hotel, super centrally located. It's a bit more upscale but still very affordable. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

Nice hotel But it shows a bit of the years it has, great rooms and clean good breakfast and rich buffet. Good restaurant. Gym a little old and tools to overhaul but with an exceptional view. Beautiful swimming pool with panorama on the top floor.

It is comfortable and has all the services. However the facilities in the rooms are not 5 stars as they want to sell it. The bathrooms are better at the bus station. Climate control is old and does not work well. The soquets of the lamps are uncovered. The image quality of the TV is bad.
For the above, the price of the rooms is expensive.

I had the opportunity to attend a conference in their facilities. I thought it was very good organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The banquet service was at your time your food of very good quality.
What I did not like was that the hotel itself looks old and smells like old carpet.
I think it lacks a change of look or a total renovation, because you see that the hotel has a lot of potential that is being wasted.

Good staff. Rooms need renewal it feels like an hotel in the 70s. Good restaurants but the ventilation is so poor that after breakfast you will smell like fried bacon. There is a general lack of air in the rooms too. This hotel is absolutely overrated. I had to move as I could not sleep. There are much better options in the same area at the same price.

Nice hotel very well located, close to the historical center and museums you can walk and sure an interesting place will appear.
The bed comfortable for after all day knowing Mexico City, is a bit old in the rooms the curtains and the bathroom.
The detail of the music on the grand piano gives it a very special touch.
Some of the employees are all cranky.

Nice hotel to stay at, nice swimming pool. Service was great and rooms were excellent. The only down part is that my reservation cost was different when I arrived the hotel and had to make new arrangements with whole family.

The hotel is a nice colonial style place. Very close to the congress building and other financial quarter amenities. Sky restaurant is a must. A little small but still functional the pool and gym.

We stayed at Sevilla for a week. The staff was quite polite and helpful at the time of check In. The single room was equipped with coffee maker, sofa, work table and different other drawers. Everything which we need was available. The television also had English channels. The cleaning staff was very humble. The bed was really interesting because of its height and comfort. I recommend this cozy place for vacation, work or anything else. Hope this information helps. he only cons is at the time of check out, not enough staff was available so we waited a bit.

A hotel close to elegant, with proper attention, although a little cold in the treatment. The rooms spacious and clean although the view is not good. The restaurant is tasty but quite expensive. The location is good, close to transportation and many sites to visit. IMPORTANT NOTE: We happened to be staying when it happened a earthquake something strong and there was no alert or personnel that attend to get out… not to say about this… as well as the fact that I called to know the status of a family member that he was staying there and could never give me reason…

What I like most about here is the view and the central location you have everything. To be a part of all accessible of the things walk.

The place is very nice and very clean. The rooms are spacious and pleasant. But the staff needs better training to cater to the guests. We spent what we were in family and my mother-in-law had to pay the day of stay because we extended our stay, that day he warned them and left to pay back from their walk. And it was delayed an hour to get to the hotel by the traffic, and they tried to enter the room while we were inside. Good thing we had the insurance with chain… It made me super invasion of privacy. The hotel rooms are comfortable except there is no heat. And if you're looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. The lobby is cavernous so the nightly piano playing is quite loud in the rooms. On Friday night, there was a band and it was super loud until after midnight. I get it, it's Friday. But I had an early flight to catch.

The Hotel was very good and the location was excellent. In a renowned area with several places to visit nearby. Only the restaurant a bit high priced. But good food.

In general very good place to stay, location to 10min of the angel of independence, comfortable rooms spacious and clean, the service of the housekeeper excellent if for some reason you forgot something you provide various articles of hygiene as Pasta, slippers, rake, toothbrush, the only drawback to experience is that the Wi-Fi is very slow and intermittent.

Overall, a great place to stay. An open air pool and hot tub on the roof massaged tired muscles after climbing the Pyramid of the Sun at Teotihuacan. Two restaurants offer great options. Use one (turn left coming out of the elevator) for breakfast with a great spread of fresh fruit, fresh juices in addition to typical fare. Use the other (to the right off the elevators) for a sumptuous meal served in a 5-star manner with all the care that a doting staff offer. The glass elevators are fun to ride, everything is clean, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms and shower are high quality. The same-day laundry service was a bit slow (called at 7:15 am and not delivered until 8:30 pm), though my shirts were done well at a much-better price than in the USA. Be sure NOT to stay in room 1712 due to the noise in the air ducts! The staff are wonderful, though there was a snafu in our reservation which someone mistakenly input for the following year. Double check to insure your dates are understood and confirmed! A pianist played in the atrium on the restaurant level until 11 pm, so if you're an early riser, ask for a room facing away from the hotel center. If it weren't for the noisy air, late piano music and reservation snafu I'd have given this hotel 5 stars.

This is a classic location in Reforma Avenue and even it is not the most modern facility it has classic scent good restaurants and nice views. The roof garden is amazing and ever since Reforma has plenty of rooms offer Sevilla Palace will always be an option. Excellent service and manificent location. This option never fails do not hesitate and try it.

Comfortable room. Lobby and public areas in excellent shape room was worn-out but spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent. So overall 9/10 if the price is right!

No me gustó el servicio, llegue y me tuvieron esperando 10 minutos por que estaban hablando los recepcionistas. No me ayudaron con mi equipaje, eran las 3 y no estaba hecho el servicio de limpieza, la señal de TV no era buena y no se veía ningún canal bien, la luz era insuficiente, las colchas se veían sucias.

Excellent place to stay in the CITY. VERY CENTRAL location, just 2 blocks from paseo reforma. The rooms very clean and comfortable. The best part: the price!

Good hotel, near of Reform to 15 min walking distance from the Angel and cheap. Generally clean, however at times it seemed that is not washed well the towels.

A adorable hotel, good reception, good workers, good service. Just the Wi-Fi conection is a luttle poor.

The beds have bed bugs and the price is not given to us to two rooms and both had bed bugs! Care enserioo should do something with this place.

It is cheap, clean, has good service, a fitness centre and ironing service free of charge, the second time that I get, and I like the attention that they give. What I recommend if you come to one x for several days.

You do not have Internet in the rooms, the beds hard as a rock and the treatment of the staff is very rude. In one of the nights come early in the morning and with my friends we wanted to be in the lobby (since only there is no Internet signal) and the buttons with the attention more rude to us asked us to climb to the room since we could not be there. The location is the only good however at night it is too dark. There are options at the same price and without the above mentioned.

The attention was good, the rooms clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the lobby that always olia cigarette. And there was only Wi-Fi in the lobby, it did not reach the signal to the rooms.

The service is mediocre, with respect to the price, and in addition I did the online registration, and cloned my credit card, already report to BANAMEX, and are in the process of investigating the hotel, since I have not been the only one.
