Excellent place, they welcome you like at home, all the staff very attentive. Very clean, good food. Excellent pools, heated water. Just one detail note that some people put their babies in the pool with their diaper on, it is very unpleasant that, they should not allow access to babies since they still do not control sphincters. The internet must improve and cover the entire hotel, from there to more excellent. I'm back soon with you.

They do not respect the reservations, in food there is no variety, attention of the lousy receptionist, clean room, very good atmosphere and attention of the waiters.

Great time, helpfully and friendly staff.

Very bad experience, the hotel itself is regular, but the staff makes the experience horrible, unfriendly, they do false advertising of the facilities, yesterday we were in the Sky Bar where the jacuzzis do not work and the captain of waiters was super rude to us, there was no bartender when we tried to complain they replied that they were hotel 🤣🤣🤣🤣 policies.

Love it here. The only complaint I have is there isn't alot of variety to the food. The food that is here is fantastic. Staff is amazing and our room rocks!

A great hotel, the truth I had my doubts for the opinions but everything I loved super attentive all, I would definitely return thank you very much for making my stay very pleasant.

We traveled in a group and they accommodated us in the rooms as they pleased, terrible service of the ladies at reception, they do not solve anything, they treat you reluctantly, I do not recommend it at all.

I had never had to go to a hotel with such excellent personal service of super human warmth. We came delighted my six amig@s and I with the service of Carlos attends sky bar and Fabricio attends pool 👌 bar made our stay a few days unique. Only in the food if it is little spoiled 🤭 but everything else 👌👌amazing we hope to return soon.

The hotel is crowded and its supposed to be at 60% capacity, cant imagine what itd be like once its 100%. Rooms have bad lighting, food isnt spiced or seasoned, and the bar drinks are watered down. Im at the pool rn and its cloudy, full of trash, feels thick, and can feel sand on the bottom of my feet. Waiters are rude and would completely ignore us even tho we are all inclusive clients. The pizza stand is the only thing keeping this place together, since my dad got food poisoned from a Pozole dinner he had the second day of our stay. Wouldn't come back.

PÉSIMO service people overbearing especially at reception and those who clean the room do not resurface nor the water charged me 500 pesos to change the sheets since they were wet they delivered me the room 4 hours later than agreed and do not respect hygiene standards for pandemic was full the hotel and without healthy distance is their rows of hours to order a drink or food among so many other things DO NOT VALLAN! THEY WILL BE VERY SORRY LIKE ME, I GOT VERY EXPENSIVE AND IT WAS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE TO AND THEY LIE WHEN THEY SAY THAT THEY HAVE SEVERAL RESTAURANTS ONLY ONE.

The staff has excellent attention.
But they're a long way from their food, it's not very good.
And it takes maintenance to their facilities some hallways smell too humid, they only have 1 pool and because they are not so deep all the children get in without any supervision. Too many people for such a small pool.

Excellent treatment of the guest and they say of the people who work in the restaurants first-class attention very good food.

We loved our vacation at this place everyone was so nice and courteous. The pool was our favorite place. The only problem we had was how your first day ur there the receptionist can be a little annoying trying to get u to go to a timeshare meeting.

Definitely a great place to stay, great hospitality and service from entrance to exit. Exquisite drinks as well as all food. The whole included is perfect for eating and drinking to death (I literally almost died from so much that I drank 2 days in a row). I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

First time here and I love it! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome. Great for families with kids and the best part it is not as packed as the other resorts. Which means you don't have to wait for many things involve around the resort. The pool is litterly near the beach and watching the sunset is a plus! I have no complaints and I been here already a week.

Everything was good! Except for the service we actually DIDNT get to experience at their exclusive restaurant "Flor de Calabaza" all because we were 2! minutes late with our reservation time limit.

Bad service. The front desk hair apparently hates his job. It ruins the effort of just a few, who reach out to have the fingers, that if they want to help you. The food is the same every day and the entrance of the hotel is flooded when it rains. Not recommended at all.

Nice resort for a family vacation, daily shows at Salón Pelicanos, the Pérgolas restaurant buffet is very good and staff overall is polite and courteous.

The worst place I have ever stayed in my life. And I am a travel agent. Our room was dated, pillows were stained with a white substance. The bathroom was nasty, with a cracked and stained tub and black mold. The toilet is in such a small space that a 5 ft 3 in person hits their knees when sitting on it. There are corks on chains for the drains in the tub and sink. When we went to get some ice there was a small cooler with a half melted bag of ice in it with a dirty scooper in the bag. We refused to use the bathroom at all. We also walked past the housekeeping room and the door was open, where the put the rollaway beds/mattresses, clean towels, supplies, etc… it was totally gross. There was a sink with leftover room service dishes sitting there and it was completely covered with black mold dripping off the counter and inside the sink… We were completely disgusted! I took pictures of everything too. From what I saw, unless you buy a time share in their vacation club section, you are stuck in complete squaller. The food at the reservations only restaurant was decent, but it felt like we were in some sort of basement. The buffet was horrible, and I actually spit up my scrambled eggs. I tried to speak with the sales dept. Claudia, and she just handed me over to the manager, and said well, you are only here 2 nights and you are leaving tomorrow… so… Very Rude! The manager was a fairly nice guy, but would do nothing to rectify anything.

This hotel is part of the pelicanos club so remember its filled with lots of screaming kids. If you are traveling with kids then this place is for you. I gave it 4 stars because the beach is right there and the view is spectacular!

Nice facilities, good service, the exit to the beach is not full of stones! Clean pools, in the all Inclusive plan the food is regular-good depending on what you eat, the bar of toast and cocktails is very good! Drinks in the pool are good. In general if recommended.

Very quiet the hotel, ideal to enjoy in couple, has an excellent location and is on foot to the beach, the buffet is very complete, the rooms are generally good, has an infinity pool, a couple of jacuzzis on the terrace of the hotel that has a view Amazing of the whole bay. You will definitely spend a great holiday at this place.

Fabulous place, I spend the most comfortable with family, clean good food, rich drinks, the staff excellent friendly and the next, the pool is hot all the time and the rooms super clean.

Just wanted to say that this place was fantastic Victor and Pedro at pool side are friendly and always get you what ever you need Judith was our cleaning lady and she too was so nice cant wait to come back we didn't do any day trips except the zoo we were told not to go by people outside of the time share because its non profit so there aren't any kiick backs we went and it was amazing extra fee you can hold a baby bangle tiger definitely coming back with my daughter to stay here and go to zoo.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and in good condition, just like the rooms. Excellent food, with respect to quality and price, has buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a Japanese restaurant and an Italian for dinner. All the food is very rich. You will have a very pleasant holiday, I would definitely return. I forgot to mention it before, but the hotel has a bar of mojitos, which are wonderful.

Nice Hotel for family holidays, staff of pool area waiters, of the events on the terrace (I would like to put the names but do not remember) very attentive, the staff of lenses that serves the area of toast and seafood very good and attentive, beverage service, very complete food areas, congratulations to the capital which was also on the lookout for our event on April 13th on the terrace, pool with good temperature for children and excellent activities, you do not have a bad stay at the hotel.

Pretty rad little spot just off the beach. Rooms are pretty basic but clean. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Especially Yahir the bartender at the swim up pool bar. Overall great for the price.

It's a little quiet. But if the prices are very high. And they just want to take your money. If you leave you charge muuyyy expensive.

The beach is very nice, the view beautiful, the sea not very suitable for people who do not know how to swim as the waves break a lot in that part of the beach. However you can be on the shores without any problem. It is a super safe area where you can stay until Anochecerdisfrutando of the beach without any problem.

Comfortable place to spend your holiday, however the attention of some waiters is pretty bad, the specialty restaurant is rich but with portions too small, the hotel is pretty far from the center so if you want to go, you'll have to take Public transport.

Mario is no longer the ping pong champion. But he will be back…! The staff were excellent, would highly recommend. Mario and stefy are the best activities staff.

This very nice but the reception staff leaves much to be desired by forcing you to buy timeshare and nonetheless with that bother not to buy anything you take half a day and when there are amaricanos tourists discriminate.

Three main things as they are, comfort : everything is near (pool, restaurant) good seasoning and care of first by the staff there works.

I liked it a lot. Especially since your attention is great. Since we arrived we were greeted with refreshing drinks and fresh head wipes, we made recommendations to visit different places and a courtesy Tour. I'd love to go back.

Nice hotel with a good price-quality ratio. We could only book all inclusive but apparently you can also book with only breakfast. On the all inclusive all meals are included: breakfast and lunch are buffet and dinner is either buffet or a (usually) 4 course menu in the specialties restaurant, which changes everyday (sometimes Asian, sometimes Italian, sometimes Mexican food, etc). Snacks are also included which are pizzas, burgers and nachos basically between after breakfast and before dinner. And there is also a cart which usually has ceviche at noon. Beverages included are soft drinks, wine and cocktails. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. All rooms have a safe. There is a pool with an infinity area, a children’s pool and a rooftop terrace only for adults with two jacuzzis. The hotel is directly at the beach but they don’t have a lot of deck chairs. The personnel are very friendly and attentive.

Haven't been here in several years, but when I visited last it was amazing. I can only imagine it's gotten better. Absolutely stunning views from an infinity pool. I highly suggest investing in the all-inclusive wristband. Well worth the money.

When we checked in, we had probably the best room in the house on the second floor overlooking the beach. However my friend was on crutches. They immediately noticed and said that the next day they could move us directly under that room to An equally great room. This all happend very smoothly, with people sent to help us with everything, without us asking. One of The best things about this place is the staff. Everyone went above and beyond, and everyone was super friendly. We also got a lot of recommendations for things to see in the city from the staff. I do want to mention Miguel and Jamie, who made our stay even better. Top notch employees! The view from our patio was phenomenal, and was about three steps away from our beach chairs and the pool. We did not get all inclusive because we wanted to explore the town so I can’t comment on this but we certainly enjoyed the pool bar:) I would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed out stay at this hotel. We were there for 7 days and had excellent service at the bar, maid service and by all the staff we interacted with. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but did get burgers from the bar. Great time, would definitely return.

Place is fine, our room was really big but it seems that is not the case for all of them, staff is very professional and friendly, food is good too and there is plenty of it with a buffet restaurant and snack bar near the pool, evening shows were also very entertaining.

The hotel the truth wasn't there. It'S good for the price, but it's not very spectacular either. Yes there must be better options in Puerto Vallarta in general. The Beach that is supposed to be private is full of vendors who disturb all day. The only privacy we had was in our room the truth.

We really enjoyed our trip here. We spent a week in a studio unit with an ocean view balcony. We really enjoyed the entertainment, specifically Mario that worked there on the entertainment team. We liked that it was more of a traditional resort and not as commercialized. The formal dinner restaurant was fantastic, the Brazilian night was phenomenal. The sunsets are fantastic. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Puerto Vallarta.

Very quiet and nice. The service is nice and although it is a small hotel, it is enough to rest with your partner. The Sky Lounge Bar has an amazing view and the Jacuzzis are very comfortable! They have pizzas and ceviche in the snack bar.

Hotel with good facilities, although on their page they say that all rooms have Tina's fake ours did not have it, breakfast and buffet food with little variety and regular taste, the specialty restaurant is fabulous, and the beach is nice though The waiters will never offer any drinks, in short a regular stay with many areas to improve.

Would be 5 stars if maintenance crews were working off peak hours. Tends to be loud when trying to relax. Smoking areas are limited and not mentioned on their website. 5 plus stars for their staff and food options. Everyone with the exception of front desk is super friendly and accommodating. The spectacular views from the rooftop lounge would make me come back. The theme night restaurant is by far the best food and service I have ever encountered. 10 stars!

I see different comments about this hotel, but I'll tell you one thing, in this life everything has to be congruent, and this hotel is, why? I tell you: the cost of what you pay for the service is less than the services granted.
I insist, many complain of for example that there is only one restaurant, lie! Because while it is the main, place other areas that serve as such, also offer you at the same cost:
— Room service on the day at no cost, which other hotels distilling better do not have, for example the Meliá.
— There is a ceviche area.
-In the afternoon they put crepes.
— Pizza area, they make it personal at the moment.
— Varied Snack, rich with quality and even with fruits.
— drinks are better than many other hotels that are higher-ranked.
— Comfortable, nice and modern rooms
-Everything you have on hand, that is to say how small facilities you don't have to walk so much to get to the papaya, pool and great food!
— they have parking a few feet away safely.
— Very very friendly staff, there are always exceptions like all sides, I touched only one that was say not so friendly, but the others always trying to give you a plus.

Beautiful views, great beach, fun and friendly staff, and nice quiet rooms. The surrounding community was fun to walk around and the streets are loaded with authentic food. No valet service, but the bell boys were always friendly very assisting. Private parking was available on the street.

This week I am staying at the Plaza Pelicans Grand Beach Resort in Puerto Vallarta, and I must say, it's been a very pleasant and satisfying stay so far. The employees are nice, and easy to talk to. They are sooooo helpful. The resort has gone through some renovations over the last while, and they are pretty much done now. The place looks fantastic. There are 2 restaurants and 1 snack area, by the pool bar. All 3 have delicious food. I would definitely come back to stay for another week. Gotta go now. Cya!

My girlfriend and I were going to stay 5 days and four nights. Got to the Airport and Our American Airlines flight got cancelled due to weather. Airlines said all flights to PVR were booked for next three days. We called resort and were told if we did not show up with 48 hours we were considered a no show, and since we did not give a 48 hour cancellation notice, we could not receive a full refund. Resort would not make any accommodations to help us. We even offered to adjust our vacation dates but resort said they had no availability. So due to circumstances beyond our control, we were not able to make our reservation dates and lost hundreds of dollars because the resort stuck to their cancellation policies.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks from Jan 10-24 and had a great time. This was our second stay at this hotel and we were somewhat disappointed with our stay. The hotel was kept cleaned daily, meals were delicious, dining and bar service was great and the daily and evening entertainment kept tourists entertained. The weather was great the first week but turned cold, cloudy and windy during the next 4 days which was unpredictable for Mexico. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried hard to accommodate all tourists. However, we found that there were too many families with small children making peace and quiet almost impossible. Therefore, we will be looking for a hotel that is adults only so that we can enjoy the peace and quiet that is expected in an adults only hotel.

I loved it however fails his the attention of the staff! Must to visit it has very good points as the cevichería the jacuzzi on the heights of the building the bar in the same area and the freshness that you breathe in your living room! Spacious rooms to comparcion of some and pool with sea view!

Excellent room, staff attention, drinking, cleaning, food is very rich, good activities on the part of the staff, the only thing that is missing is your dance floor.

Very good place to relax and the food is delicious. The only observation I have is that I should be checking throughout the day the cleaning of the hot tubs in the Sky Lounge, because by much use they get dirty very fast. Everything else was excellent.
