Very Nice hotel, stayed just one night, on the way to Puerto Vallarta. The Room is very large, has 5 beds. Everything is very clean. Soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, towels-all in quantity for 5 people. The Room has 2 bottles of water, coffee and coffee, thermo cups for coffee or tea. The Hotel has an underground parking, which for us was a decisive factor in favor of this hotel, as it was very reluctant to leave a rented car on the street. The place is simple but well-kept and safe, the care is good and fast. The rooms are good. My only comment is that the cancel of the shower head was old and could hardly open it. Outside of this I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it for a visit for work or pleasure. The hotel is walking distance from the plaza galleries which gives you a good location. Caution when entering the parking ramp is very steep.

It is a nice hotel, the air conditioning did not work at all, also the service when registring at the reception was very slow and lastly the food service was good but they did not let me take away nothing but a piece of fruit.

If you're going to be in Guadalajara, this hotel is an economical option.

The hotel is not bad. At the reception you serve them well and the rooms are pleasant and equipped (although the TV was old and the sheet was stained). You have a gym, but it is very small and poorly equipped, and gives to the street, just at the entrance of the hotel, very little private, I did not want to use it. But our experience at the restaurant was very poor. We asked for a grapefruit juice at breakfast. It took about 10 minutes to bring it. It was a soft drink with the flavor of grapefruit in the past. We told the waiter that's not what we wanted because he had mineral water, and even when he saw the bubbles he said that it was a lie. We said that back then the juice was spoiled, and told us that no one had complained before us. Nice answer.
