Good location on the finance district. Near to a great park and some restaurants. Fiesta rewards floors are great. It has an spa, restaurant and bar. Nice view and close to a golf court.

I travel to Guad often and love staying at the Grand. The hotel is clean, well organized and great staff. The breakfast is one of the best in town. Also the location is perfect for after work dinner because you have lots of restaurant options 1 block from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

I Didn't stayed, I was only in his bar and it's very comfortable.
The waiters are very attentive and they are always ready to take your order. Curious that they did not know English, so we had to translate the requests of guests who did not speak Spanish.
The food and drinks are very good and the atmosphere is cozy.

An excellent and exclusive hotel in the financial area of Guadalajara. Av Américas and Providencia. Excellent location with two shopping malls nearby. The rooms have excellent views of the Country Club golf course and the service is impeccable. As it should be a Grand hotel.

Very good service, friendliness and the most warm and friendly staff you could ask for, besides being a good area due to the location of many commercial food stores that make up the perfect place for a stay in the city or a simple business trip.

Good hotel. Rooms need renovation. I had to report a loose faucet to the concierge. Overall good quality for the money you are paying. Good breakfast but not as good as RIU plaza. Rooms are also relatively smaller.

The Hotel is gorgeous. Amazing customer service and concierge service. Excellent Spa with big Windows with a view and a gym. There is valet service, maid service and a wet bar service. The laundry service was very good. Everything was ironed and hung up. They have a free standing Starbucks attached to the side of the hotel with a 2 story terrace that catches the afternoon and evening wind and cools you off. Almost everyone speaks English and Spanish to help those of us just learning Spanish. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, firm with a pillow top. The rooms have marble counter tops, floors and showers with very large mirrors with a large dresser that opens on both sides. The 50 inch monitor with cable was newer and had both English and Spanish content. I will be coming back. The hotel helped me feel safe and protected. The area had a good police presence and security staff. The restaurants were many and of every kind you could think of and all had delicious food.

Super, the terrace of the Barguero, Sunday afternoon, highly recommended.

Like all the hotels of the American party chain, the place is modern, cozy, very clean, with good service, the rooms are comfortable and accessible, has restaurant, children's area, disabled access and parking, so if you want all comforts have to pay the price from medium to high.

I went to a confresk veterinarian that was held at the hotel I could not see the rooms but the. Staff of the event very attentive the food well nothing out of the ordinary but a very good place in the area the only thing complicated was the parking lot which is valet parking 60 pesos the day.

It's nice nothing out of the way of all and too expensive for what Q offers! I had q use the hairstyle and makeup service and it was a scam by Q I got a price and at the mere hour they charged too much for the service really exaggerated and q I have short hair and took as 15 min and the other eye makeup so many q very badly charged!, not recommended.

Location is perfect for tourists. Centrally located around tons of high end bars and restaurants. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. The 18th floor hosts a spa and J-shaped gym. The rooms were very spacious and well designed. Everything worked flawlessly including, hot water, Wi-Fi and A/C unit. Will stay here again.

Service is good here. I stayed here every other week for a year. I once got sick and they really took care of me. They called a doctor and sent someone out for the medication. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is well run and clean. The service is among the best. They were friendly and helpful and had no problem dealing with my limited ability to speak Spanish. It's a nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The location is good with a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. The free Wi-Fi works very well, something I find lacking in too many hotels. The only negative was the size of the beds. I'm 6' 6" (198 cm) tall and I felt like I was sleeping on doll furniture.

I love my honey Moon pass there and everything was great.
