Integral hotel with very good service of stay, food and conferences.

The beds have fleas, the first night I slept I was stung, They don't have good room service they don't even answer the phone, No medical service, very poor quality of care.

Comfort, cleanliness and attention. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the facilities are of great quality.

It is a very cozy hotel with excellent attention! I love its design and enjoy the Gym and the Restaurant! Highly recommended!

They went over with the cost of dinner… more than $500 in an order of quesadillas (simple without garnish) 2 orange juices and 1 plate of simple fruit…

Today I was in a seminar in one of their halls and even they have nothing spectacular if it is a very pleasant experience the smell of mahogany that is perceived, probably from the walls covered with wood!

Old hotel, need to remodel interiors. Fair prices for the area but there is a lot to be desired. The restaurant with high prices best deals with higher quality in places in the area.

The air conditioning in the rooms is not good! The week-end the room temperature was 27.5 I was moved from Room 2 times until in the third room I was told that the problem was general. For two days they lied to me and didn't solve anything. It is a disgrace that they continue to receive guests without making the pertinent clarification. If you are looking to stay with services of first and good service, look for another hotel, that is only an expensive hotel that falls short with its promise of value.

The food at the buffet is terrible it lack of flavor at all. The staff is not paying attention to the customers and they visit your table once every three hours. The men's bathroom wasnt clean at all and nobody paid attention to such an important detail in the whole time I was there.

An old hotel in Guadalajara, very nice, duplex type, not tower, has pool, very good staff very attentive, the food is very good, the green areas very well preserved, comfortable rooms, out of noise, highly recommended.

Tienen estacionamiento donde puedes meter incluso bicicletas, pero este sale muy caro el ingreso a la bicicleta, cuando en la mayoria de lugares no tiene costo, además, no dan el servicio, ya que yo saque mi bicicleta y no se dieron cuenta ni cuando entre ni cuando salí con ella.

Central Hotel, located in one of the main avenues of the city, which is a strategic point to know the city, very nice, is not the typical hotel with many floors. It has green areas and the breakfast buffet is very varied and rich.

I have only visited it for conferences, excellent staff attention, good food, only the facilities lack a little maintenance (for that reason 4 stars).

A very traditional hotel in Guadalajara. A good size pool but the best of all was their buffet breakfast wwwaaaaooo spectacular The food selection is so big you won't know what to choose. The time to have breakfast is also excellent as unlike many hotels where you have to get up early this instead offers breakfast until 12pm which allows you to really enjoy your stay, the hotel is also located very close to centers Commercials and restaurants (although I must say that for shopping the best is the center of the city, you get everything at very cheap prices)

Decent amenities, and relatively clean hotel but extremely subpar compared to other 5 star hotels. Pool is never useable because it’s full of leaves and other guck. The furniture, lighting etc seems a bit outdated. Not worth the premium price tag.

El hotel es muy caro para lo viejo y descuidado de sus instalaciones. El cuarto que le tocó a un compañero olía a caño constantemente. A otro no lo dejaron dormir los vecinos por música súper alta hasta las 3am y el hotel no hizo nada al respecto. Te cobran exageradamente caro el estacionamiento. Faltan más opciones veganas y vegetarianas en sus menús y desayunos. Sólo la atención es muy buena.

I was very disappointed with my visit! The facilities are sloppy, the rooms smell like humidity, we didn't have hot water, the staff is not well trained! The price/quality ratio is very bad.

I only visited the hotel for a tour to Tequila, Jal. However, the hotel seems to be quiet and clean. I know this hotel is one of the best ones in every city.

We went on sunday for a buffet, which includes even good wine and 1sta class meals. The only problem is that in winter season is really cold and they don't have anything to keep you warm as the buffet is in the open.

Their New Year's parties are excellent, the music group is a great success because they create a great atmosphere, I loved their international buffet and the staff so attentive. The only thing I did not like was this last theme, it looked bleak compared to the great color of the end of 2016. I hope you take that into account for your upcoming occasions.

70nteras facilities are already cansaditas. The hotel offers the advantage of ample spaces but overall it is old. The heating is poor in winter. To get to the room you cross through open spaces that can wet you if it is raining. It overrates the brand.

La estancia en este hotel no fue de mi total agrado. Las instalaciones son algo viejas. El aire acondicionado en la habitación hace mucho ruido y la habitación no esta bien iluminada. El baño no es nada agradable. El servicio de Internet no está incluido, se paga por separado. Tomando en cuenta lo anterior en relación al precio de estadía por noche, es muy alto. Ni me volvería a hospedar en este hotel, al menos no en el Guadalajara.

Well I only went because of an event that I attended the attention it's excelent they are really nice and kind.

It was a great experience. I went to an event, LAE International Students. Tha place is really comfortable with an elegant touch. The restaurant is at the open so is really nice and refreshing.

The hotel is well located, it's a traditional hotel, however it looks very old in different services and places, it looks like there's no investment other than the regular one or the gardens maintenance, need to improve old rooms, bathrooms in the rooms and those in the public areas.

This place is so awesome. Whenever I go to Guadalajara I come here. Their pricing is very good and they have amazing catering. The breakfast is always good and they make sure you're happy with everything. The rooms are very clean and the pool is pretty nice. The gym is neat. Anytime someone asks me where to stay there I tell them to come here.

By the bad side is an old hotel, has been well maintained but there is difference with the most recent, apart from that on the corner there is a factory of oils and burned oil smell throughout the hotel. On the good side, the place and the breakfasts are veery good.
