If I could give 0 star rating to this place I so would. I had made previous arrangements that I would be arriving at a certain date and time. I got there during the night just before the time that they said reception would be closed. I give a lady a call and the she said she would arrive to open the door for me in 10 minutes. Apparently, there's no active reception in the hostel. About an hour went by and nobody showed up. Then a tenant who was renting a room at the hostel came out and she told me that I could come in and sit and wait for the lady. We waited about 4 hours or well to 9:30 p. M. And nobody showed up still. During that time I tried texting and calling and nobody would answer. Innocently, the tenant and I figured that I could stay the night and then just arrange for payment and the keys and everything else with the hosts in the morning. I was there until about 12 p. M. The next day and nobody showed up again. I had sent them messages and they would read them but no answer. So I went about my business the whole day well into the night and at the same time checking with the tenant whether they had received news from the hosts. I came back around 11 p. M. To find my stuff not in the living room where I'd left them. I started to freak out but then the tenant said that they probably had put them in storage somewhere locked.
