Pros — pretty good TV, can put in English or Spanish, most channels. Big bed, big pillows. Cons — terrible AC, minimal lightening.

It's a right place if you want to rest and to be ready for travel across the state! Hidalgo is the place with the most "Magic Places" in the country.

Muy buen hotel, creo que es nuevo ya que las habitaciones se veían muy modernas. El Internet era muy bueno, y los cuartos muy cómodos. El desayuno es el básico de todos los Holiday Inn Express sin embargo ponían platillos regionales muy buenos. La atención estuvo muy bien y fue rápida. Volvería a quedarme ahí.

There was no coffee in the room.

Asistí a un curso dentro de las instalaciones del hotel, la atención fue buena, lo que no me agrado es que te cobren 16 pesos por hr solo por no ser huésped, entiendo que tienen cupo limitado pero si estas dentro de su hotel, consumiendo en el restaurante por lo menos deberían hacer uma rebaja.

Very clean and new the problem is that all plants are very small, and if people in 3 rooms occurs to them using the pool or the gym full, breakfast simple but rich, but again just like 10 tables and wait.

It is hotel is yna good option to stay in Pachuca, Hidalgo. The rooms are spacious, with good lighting and technology. Breakfasts are buffet with buema variety and rich coffee.
