Nefarious.
The attention on the front desk, the internet is very slow and I can only connect three devices to the Wi-Fi network. Now in rainy season, you have to get wet when you arrive as there is no valet, nothing covers the rain at the door and no one is on the lookout that someone arrives and assist it with an umbrella at least. And the worst, nor has anything near, galleries serves for shopping, but to eat anything! Ahhh because also its cafeteria without menu and expensive. I don't think I'll be staying there again. It makes the CR chain very bad.

Very suitable hotel site, RÀPIDP access. Attention from arrival and when documented. Beds and pillows very comfortable, I slept excellently at home. Facilities very good. Excellent restaurant.

How about hotel management good afternoon. A few days ago we had the opportunity to stay at the hotel and sadly had a slight inconvenience when arriving at the hotel. Hisimos a reservation for 5 rooms and on the first day we only occupied 2 the first day and it was a charge for almost $10, 000 and we did not get a refund or room adjustment. Super located in the center of Pachuca. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Big rooms.

It is in very good condition, it is very comfortable and has a very rich buffet.

Excel location, as it is 5 minutes from the museum and Interactive Center of football, and also you have the cultural center David Ben Gurion, there is a shopping center 8 minutes and the historic center of the city is 15 minutes by car. Great service from the staff, has parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. The rooms have slight details to improvements and that's why the cost is a bit high.

Spacious room. Friendly staff In spite of being cold in the city the room is very temperate. Overall the staff is very attentive and friendly.

The attention is very personalized. The rooms are comfortable. Parking is private. The place is very good to go jogging in the morning. The food in the restaurant is very good.

Really I don't sleep un there but was went to deliver my products in. But the place is very confortable altrought I don't sleep in yet.

Excellent service and attention. The place is quiet and is located near Plaza Galerías. It is an exclusive place, also a benchmark for conventions, conferences and a variety of events. The restaurant is of first class international food although a little expensive. There are two vehicle entrances or accesses. Near these facilities you will find the library and the Football Museum. And parking.

Sheets with balls and extra costs for Wi-Fi in a business hotel and if you want Internet wired the broken port, excellent hotel heeee (sarcasm)

Very bad experience. I have stayed a number of times for several last years I have booked up to half hotel in the events of the Pediatric College. I always included breakfast this time nothing. I asked for remote control to watch TV and they never sent it to me. Very derogatory treatment. Bad too bad. I don't go back or recommend it anymore.

Modern hotel located in the Golden Zone of Pachuca. The Football Hall of Fame is a few steps away as well as a shopping mall. Given their location their rates are somewhat high.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. I have a 6 day stay and today is Day 3. The people at the front desk are non — professional and lack customer service skills. I’ve had to call 3 times about the hair dryer not working. I still don’t have a hair dryer. I had to call numerous times about Wi-Fi because the connection is terrible and they charge daily for it! I had to ask them to move me because my neighbor was smoking and no one at the front desk would handle the problem. The rooms are unclean. The mattresses smell quite awful. I would never stay here again.

Expensive please good place but no breakfast and internet.

The location is excellent, the service is the best, it is bad that they charge the Internet apart, overall can improve a lot.
