Stayed for two weeks in bungalow 9 and it was great! The location is excellent, room was clean, & well appointed with a kitchenette & fridge. The large private patio was great.

I absolutely love Gladys’ place. It’s so beautiful and the staff are amazing and welcoming. We swam on the beach until the sun went down. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Love staying at Hotel Miami whenever we are in Acapulco! The rooms are quiet and clean as well with a lot of space! A lot of the rooms are being renovated and they look beautiful.

I stayed one evening, Filipa the manager was wonderful. I speak poor spanish and she was very accommodating of my stumbling around questions.

Great service and affordable prices! Rooms are clean and fresh smell to them! Recommend for tourist on vacation.

Not fancy, but very comfortable and clean. Gerardo is onsite and available to assist if needed. Walking distance to the zocalo, restaurants, and evening entertainment.

2nd time staying here and it's always a good place for extended visits. It's secure and everything works. Community kitchen is nice.
