Beautiful hotel the rooms very comfortable and with an incredible view in the tower, I would only have liked a pool overlooking the sea and larger but in everything else very good and good service.

I went on 14/02/22 to the wedding of Monse and Ricardo and everything was excellent.

I attended Karla and Edgar's wedding and everything was excellent, very good food, very friendly staff, we only had a problem with towels, a single person attending a huge line and it took a long time to attend, they should put at least two more people in that area.

Very nice beach, the food is usually good, the waiters' service could improve, it is not bad but there are not enough waiters to serve you in the pools. They have several very good activities, how to ride a bike, karaoke, music, etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The weak point of this place is that the drinks are very bad. This place is GREAT! The wife and I finally took our honeymoon and we wouldn't have gone anywhere else. The food is great and the staff even better. The shops are right outside the resort. You are right on the beach and the sunsets are AMAZING! We are planning on going back sometime in the future.

I liked the hotel very much, more than anything the price-quality relationship. The beach has a wave very strong, not recommended for children but I was aware of this when I booked. My only drawback was with the air conditioning going on and off at your whim, and not I, resolved. But nothing that will affect severely the stay. What I recommend if you're looking for something inexpensive and nice.

On the part of the restaurant the food is really not very good, they always take the same and the truth is that there is nothing variety!
If the waiters see that you are a "child" do not care, the dishes are there on the table until you make a mountain of dishes, the glasses in the same way, as they think you're not going to leave a tip.

The worst hotel I've ever been on vacation, starting with the food that is extremely disgusting, always the same, beans, egg, chilaquiles and steak always that and its caldillos tomato and vegetable soup, the dinners are the worst because there is only a stew, and all the rest are beans, bread, several salads. Great place to live the holidays in a very familiar atmosphere. The best rooms are those of the tower overlooking the sea, I love the view of the elevator. Lousy experience! We asked for room with garden view and our view was to the parking lot, to get from the pool to the room is a problem, we got the furthest room. To top the side they put us played band to the 4am and we did not sleep anything neither we nor the children.

The staff are excellent. Location is central and well placed. Beautiful sunsets from the resort. An abundance of entertainment possibilities. Food fell a bit short in the latter portion of our stay. Breakfast is consistent. Would consider returning.

My daughters and I have just returned from our second visit to the Holiday Inn Ixtapa. What a fabulous vacation! I can’t begin to say enough about the team there — Cleo is the warmest, most friendly ambassador a hotel could ever hope for. Isabel and Hugo made sure there was never a dull moment. Selena at the front desk was a dream to deal with. The food was terrific — good choices at every meal. The hotel is spotless. There is always someone shining/polishing. We can’t wait to go back!

The staff is very friendly and they are very charismatic, congratulations to all of them for that. The facilities were remodeled but they still lack much to improve on the details. The food is not good especially in the buffet as there are very few choices or if you want to put egg in the buffet! You have to wait in line for them to prepare them at the moment and that is very annoying as one is looking for a quick and comfortable service in the holiday. The best seafood is served in the beach-side restaurant excellent seafood cocktail. By the way the beach is the best the sea is excellent with strong waves but it is not dangerous. All in all the hotel is OK although it can be luxury if applied with improving the details. Greetings to all.

Love our room and especially our balcony. Great beach. But it’s a very busy Saturday night. The pool is open until eight. There are people singing and dancing in the pool… and they decide now is a good time to do some tile work around the pool. Using a very loud machine and creating all sorts of dust. Not cool holiday inn. Not cool.

Fun place to take the kids. Everyone had a blast. Food was ok, sleeping was soft and comfy, pool was beautiful, scenery was amazing. Kids had too much fun swimming in the ocean. Definitely worth going for the price.

That it beautiful hotel everything was beautiful and what about the room all redone modern staff warm the food very good and I listened to the reviews and it has well hair dryer we have spend a relaxing week wonderful beach at Walk and Sunset Wow I would recommend this hotel and I will go back there next year 2 weeks too short just a one n was the from January 13th to 20th and strolling on the big street very very safe and what about our host Luis a warm man on All the line then I highly recommend thank you again for this beautiful week spend with you next year and the I view garden side very very beautiful so I will dry out to have sea view to celebrate our 35 years of marriage thanks again.

What a wonderful resort! Reasonable prices especially it being all inclusive! The whole staff was very friendly and ready to help with whatever you needed! They all spoke enough English to help us. And they had fun activities every day from bike riding to dolphin tours!

Very nice location with being right on the ocean and across from stores, markets and restaurants. The staff was great and the food was pretty good too. They had the best yogurt I've ever eaten! Fresh fruit, omelettes, and some Mexican food that you wouldn't think about eating for breakfast but what the heck you're on vacation! They had a great pool with a swim up bar. The room was nice with having a walk in shower. There was only a couple issues with a loose toilet seat and tiny little red ants that showed up on the bathroom vanity a couple different days. I'd stay at this resort again if and when I ever go back.

Have you been here before? This resort used to be called the president but it was bought by Holiday Inn. Do you still have Spanish staff and food Spanish here? Or has everything changed to be American?

The service is good and quality as well as the facilities like restaurants and pools are good. The staff is very well trained. However some rooms do not have adequate furniture for showers, as they let the water you bathe is scattered all over the floor of the bathroom making chaos throughout the floor of the bathroom and the room.

The day I was with my family, the menu was insufficient, there were too many people and I was only in service a restaurant. There are no waiters in the pool or the beach, the rooms are uncomfortable, there is not a furniture in which to store the clothes, it is also necessary a vanity. Regarding the food and the location, also the service is good. The rooms are clean, but the place is a little bit old. The hotel have a little gym that I personally found very small. In general the experience is acceptable.

It was a very relaxing vacation. The beach was excellent and long. Good for walking. The many pelicans kept me entertained daily. People are very friendly too. I would suggest it to all who love the beach. We will go back there again. Remember our dollar goes far as well.

Nice place. Right on the open water. clean, king size bed in room. fridges are not in every room. AC worked well. things could be open later. It seemed to be quiet after 9pm. Has baby stingrays playing in the surf. We were able to see them from the hotel room. Good fishing trips as well. Got to go out fishing for the morning. All 4 of the party caught something. Then we were dropped of at a beach and the fish was cooked for us as we hung out on the beach.

This is the shittiest all inclusive I have been too. The room had blood splattered on our bathroom wall for 3 days I asked them to clean it they did not. One mirror in room and that's in the bathroom. Breakfast there was no sausages and they hold the bacon hostage. Beach bars close at 6. It says 24 hour room service which is false. There is no ice cream no guacamole yes no guacamole. They will not make mojitos or caipirinha's. Bar staff is less than pleasant. Pools have lots of missing tiles so watch your footing. There is 1 a la carte. There is no waiters or waitresses poolside. 3.5-4 star is a god damned joke 3 is an exaggeration. Oh yeah the toilet paper is like thin cardboard covered in sand not nice stuff. For the money I coulda have stayed at many other places I know of which are nicer. Or gone elsewhere for a little bit more and it would have been worth it. If your like me and have 2 weeks of vacation a yr don't wast a week here unless it is super super cheap so you can eat elsewhere and bring good company that's my saving grace to the whole trip good company.

We are witnessing the end of week (February 12) to the wedding of my son, a very nice place, had a great time, except the next day, Saturday 13th, in the restaurant on The island, the service lousy, the waiter such a Carlos N. Type, very arrogant, elitist that we hurried to finish our food we were in a bad way, but come foreign diners, and it is little lack to the "lord" to get you mat, it is something that must change because we also were guests of the hotel and must give equal treatment, it is unfortunate that they have staff so little efficient in that area. The location is good, near a plaza where you can eat local food, rooms good, not bad, not luxury, a family hotel, always in service and also good service, nice hotel, nice food, nice ambient.

The hotel is not bad, is nice (a little old but good) and this in a very good location but a tip, avoid buying the Membership The Club is a total theft. Absolutely amazing atmosphere. Not snotty but very nice. Loved the food the beach the people. Right across from town shopping and food. Also right near senior frogs ;)
