Excellent service, all super good 😍🤩

Off season (September) is a bummer, skeleton staff, they are doing maintenance and repair so got to dodge around the scaffolding. It's like a half a mile away from down town, roads are residential no sideways so you need to taxi into town and back, the beach is not close so unless you are athletic — walking isn't convenient. Having the on-site restaurant closed for lunch and dinner is inconvenient and having to go in town for bottle water supply and snacks is also an inconvenience.
No refrigerator in the room.
I like the quietness and 'jungle' atmosphere is very beautiful, the hotel is nice and clean.
Pool is nice but they have pulled the pool area a part for clean up and repair.
I feel like a paying inconvenience for them than an appreciated customer. I prefer Zihuatanejo than Ixtapa, I could have stayed in San Diego California and not missed out on Ixtapa.
I won't ever come back.

I highly recommend the Ixzi Plus hotel. A beautiful and comfortable experience in the pool facilities, room and staff treatment. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next vacation.

I take a bad taste in my mouth, since the days I was with my family do not respect the schedule or the regulations of the pool, the guests ate and left residue in it, just as the lobby was converted into a party room, the rest of the other users is important, so they should be stricter in that regard. Note: It is located in a private area, however there is no surveillance or security to access the property. It's a good option, but they can get better.

It is a super clean and quiet hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At salomé restaurant he treated us super well and even treated us with a delicious sauce.

Well. It ok. The only thing I didn't like was the continental breakfast. It's take to much time. I just take coffee in morning. And it take un hours to get a cup of coffe.

Booked a single room with two Queen sized beds for 4 people. Very comfortable rooms. Good staff. Good location with pool. But when you opt for breakfast included make dure you understand thr type of breakfadt you are choosing. We didnt know that we opted for continental one instead of american. The continental one includes coffee, toasts and juice or fruit only. No eggs. So that was a bit disappointing. We did breakfast outside in the streets. Yummy tortas and cafe. The beach is at 5 minutes drive. But it is close to market. The price is reasonable.

Beautiful place in a nice location. 30 min walk to downtown Ixtapa and 25 min walk to the quaint authentic neighbour of La Puerta. Very quiet area to stay however lack staff services. If you want a nicer small hotel with a nice pool it will do well. But if you are looking for a beautiful place with top notch service look elsewhere.

The place is nice and quiet the friendly staff only the promotion they handle of continental breakfast included is very limited they offer fruit that was already quite past the little sugar that they offer and I say little because the sugar bowl only had like a spoonful all Wet we ordered jam for the bread there was no we got only butter, we asked for napkins there was no we got only two and we commented that there were no more cutlery in a bad state we desepciono much this bad service suggest you pay more attention to it or n or offer it as they give very poor service.

Es un hotel tranquilo, le falta tener más variedad de comida para comer y cenar y un bar, el tema de que no haya como una reja para el estacionamiento es algo importante. La experiencia y el trato en general son buenos.

It is a good place to stay and unwind, nice atmosphere, the only bad esque this far from the beaches.

It turns out I dye my hair a month ago and paint a little towels when I dry and they charged me. I'm correcting this comment because at the end after telling him to wash them, they ended up not charging them, but I had to insist, to Tegan careful with that. The restaurant only works x the mornings and the guy who serves there is always angry. The facilities are nice for the price. 100% recommended.

Excellent everything! Except for the food in the restaurant they serve you very little.

The pool is very father to the children.

Wi-Fi doesn't exist. They give you few towels really (as if it were only one person)
The parking lot is always full and you have to leave the car in the street
The towel service for the pool closes at 6 pm (something further) does not have Ñugar for dinner (even if you pay) and is relatively far from places to dine
They give you a single access card. The bathroom is running out of hot water when you bathe
I don't recommend it at all.

Very clean and conform hotel but far away from stores.

I liked everything about this hotel. I knew that the location wasn't ideal before booking, so that is not a complain. The only things that I would change were having Wi-Fi in the room, their Wi-Fi signal is very weak. Also, the rooms have a humid smell and the windows cannot be opened. Other than that, I had a great experience.
