The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was very clean, but one of the waiters was in a bad mood.

Good hotel, includes breakfast, is a to 20 min of Tequisquiapan, excellent attention of the staff.

The place was clean but I arrived at 11pm with my daughter and had to park my car alone and no one helped me with the suitcases. And all the time you hear a very loud noise like the sound of a water pump.

Lugar limpio, personal servicial y amable, la comida bien, a 10 minutos del centro de San Juan, habitaciones amplias, camas comodas para mi, (colchón un poco rigido) quizá como opinión para mejorar, sería en el aspecto externo del hotel.

El precio del desayuno buffet es muy bajo, la relación calidad — precio es justa, el lugar es regular, el servicio del personal es bueno.

It seems that the lodging is acceptable although I can not comment on its own experience. The restaurant is very frequented Tuesday and Thursday at breakfast because they have the promotion of two breakfasts paying only one. It's buffet style. A good hotel although its problem is the saturation of the restaurant, it offers a buffet on Thursdays (good) and people should wait too long to occupy table, I think that the holidays should put a time limit to occupy table for example 50 minutes so they can receive more diners and would have more influx.
