I loved it! All attention cleaning place spectacular.

Sober and good taste
nothing ostentatious
small.

Something I always take into account is the tranquility and silence, as well as the natural ventilation of the place.
The Hotel has that and more, the whole place is very beautiful, the architecture, the decoration, the details and the abundance in nature gives you the peace and tranquility that you are looking for as a traveler in a place to rest.
of course the attention of the people is very good.

This hotel is in downtown… very convenient location. The rooms are big is like an old hacienda. The place is beautiful and iconic, clean and very basic, Wi-Fi is slow and customer service is terrible. The guy at the front desk was not to willing to help with luggage since they don't have a bellboy, so he want to happy lo help with it and the receptionist was sitting down most of the time when checking in and some other instances. There's no stafff but only 2 people at the front desk. There's no restaurant at this place neither they have coffee anywhere.

Great place. Takes you back to the past with a rustic meets modern look. The only complaint we had was that they didn’t invest much money on their beds.

I better put a star instead of five so it doesn't fill this beautiful place. The picturesque, good service, clean and excellent location in the center of the city says everything. But also reasonable prices and free parking.

Excellent place to rest and get there after the walks or work meetings. The skylight of the rooms are the best alarm clock since before 6:30 am.

I loved the spacious and clean room. The best thing is that the hotel is in the center. It has own parking, very good attention. The only bad thing is that they don't have a restaurant, the good thing is that there is a restaurant right next to the hotel.

It's a very nice place, apparently an old hacienda. Just as you enter you forget that you are in the center of San Juan del Rio. My only thing is that during my stay the water in the shower was colder than lukewarm.

Spend a night, very nice to rest, the xamas very comfortable, beautiful gardens but do not have a restaurant, recommended for those looking for something classic.

Good place to stay on a trip or business. Old House and typical of Mexico. Nice Place, better without children as there are no attractions for them. Clean, sober, traditional, good care and service.

Great little hotel, excellent attention, very clean, the room was good but tiny, we were four and sometimes we need more space to move around.

A really charming place. Rooms have the basic services, with a rustic look and feel.

I would give it 5 stars except that the water was lukewarm, not quite warm enough to take a shower (evening and morning), but the room and grounds were clean and GORGEOUS. Check-in was easy, excellent value, easy parking.

Miss Andrea made my reservation, greeted me at the hotel and two calls after were not enough to make it do something about to cancel the voucher to unduly charge.
