The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good overall good experience.

Since I arrived I was received very well, had a nice touch, they left me in my room. What I did not like was the temperature of the sushi that I ordered the room service, nor the service they provide in the restaurant, talking about the buffet in the mornings, I think they should be more attentive with the guests. From there on out, the facilities, the cleanliness, everything in order.

How ever, hygiene, cleaning, care, kind and the best rates, it really is worth it. I recommend it widely.

The reception service is slow and not efficient. The room in general well although they neglect some aspects like that the sheets are already soiled or cleaning details. Breakfast is adequate and varied, the service is regular.

Nice prices and good flavors. Milkshakes are awesome and they have healthy options in menu.

15 days ago we came and today May 25th we returned and got a much higher price, better decided to stay in another hotel.

Quiet place, good location, absolute cleanliness, has roofed parking and controlled access, attentive staff, friendly and willing to make your stay the best.

It is a hotel of luxurious look and care. The rooms are large and comfortable. The biggest flaw is found in the shower, which did not work the artichoke.

I stayed in a simple room, very well arranged. The bed is very comfortable and for people who like to have many pillows there are to choose from. Good selection of channels, there are the international classics and some selection for foreign visitors (English, French, Asian, etc) service at reception excellent and fast.

The hotel conditions in general are good, but the gym equipment needs to be renewed (the treadmill, the bike and the elliptical machine do not work properly)

I expected more from this hotel by the chain that handles it. But he lacks waaaaay. He's too careless. Deteriorated elements… uncleanliness in the corridors. You have to pay everything immediately… and in general I was disappointed. I probably wouldn't recommend it.

Good Hotel… its rooms for comfortable and well-lit meetings. The service in good quality restaurant and tasty and healthy food at the buffet. The staff was very friendly. It has parking and is well located when you come on February 5th is easy access to your parking lot.

A good place to stay, I recommend this hotel to those arriving in the North central Queretaro, as leaving the central only cross the pedestrian bridge and the hotel is right away so you do not need public transport or taxi to arrive. I Recommend your breakfast buffet is very complete.

All right, just a few details in the dining room is slow the service as staff is missing, room service done very late even did it one day when I had already arrived 5 or 6 pm. But from there on in front everything is fine.

A very crowded place. Maybe for the season. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Only lack staff q receive it to the guests and take the luggage to the rooms.

The restaurant is really nice& have a beautiful view at The terrace, The service is excelent, the building is good too and is placed in one of the most important Avenues. I really like it.

The bad: The rooms are incredibly small. I asked for a double because I had a companion but the room was the same size but with 2 beds. This wasn't expected. They charge more for the double I would spectrum more "room" for it to. Now the good: the food and the attention is great. And by that I don't mean that people smile ant you all the time, I mean people are respectful and do their job efficiently. While on business trip what you need is first time right and problem solving. You are not there to relax you are there to get things done and go back to home base. I enjoyed my stayed. Will book there again, because mostly I travel there alone.

A fun place, the location is really good and accessible. The drinks and food were tasty and fast, the waiter was nice and polite.

I have stayed in other NH hotels throughout the world. I chose this hotel because I know the quality of the facilities. But this one looks that have been overseen by the brand. Even though the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was way below the standard for an NH hotel: the sheets were sandlike, no coffee machine, empty mini bar, no dresser ¿? The occasional seat was one of the desk seats, and we didn't get full size towels. I had to dry myself with a towel a little bigger than a hand towel. What's going on, NH?

Very poor attention of the staff in charge of reception, little cordial and the provision should take into attention to the needs of the guest leaves a lot to be desired.

Pretty well, a bit far of the city center, but one of the cheapest. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the service is really polite.

Care! Misleading total and very dirty, I found hair in the sheets, and I changed room and back hair in the other room. I wanted to sell the breakfast bufette in the reception, being that it was already included in the recervacion, I wanted to ask the room service and according to the menu already include tax and service and or surprise me they charge in the restaurant, all a problem for check-in, you do not want to deliver the printed invoice, or because the law indicates… Are a few of the abusive care.

The worst NH where I've been all over the world. The location is very bad, the staff is very slow, for breakfast they offer very few options and low quality, but worst of all is the hygiene of rooms, looks like cleaned them only once a month, especially the fourth bathroom.

Excellent business hotel, very clean, the service at the reception a bit slow at times but well, and best of all is the tremendous buffet breakfast: so delicious and well-presented food that just walked the 3rd part of this delicious buffet. What I didn't like, but it is not because of the hotel is the traffic there all day in front of the hotel.
