I can't recommend a hotel where everything is very nice, but what's underneath it. Bad practices in their supply chains, such as the terrible suffering that the meat and egg production they use, infringes on innocent animals that live all their lives locked in small cages. All with the desire to have more profits. That must stop and you can contribute to it or stay in a line that in the end, sooner or later you will have to change because the awareness about it is increasing. Listen, attend and be part of the change!

My interest as a guest is to be in a hotel where I can feel at home, but also where there is no cruelty. The Hotel Misión Carlton in Guadalajara, is very neglected in its rooms, they are not well swept, the towels are old and worn, so are the furniture. The carpet in the hallway very dirty and stained
On the second day of stay, they did not put towels or sheets. It left a lot to be desired.

I do not recommend this hotel nor any of the mission hotels find out a little they have animal abuse on all their chickens.

The hotel is very nice, clean and neat. The attention of the staff is 10, they were very friendly, attentive and any questions they help you. I recommend it 10/10

I cannot recommend a hotel that won an award for promoting animal abuse for refusing to commit to higher animal welfare standards when it comes to cage-free egg supply. On top of all, they ignore the comments of its customers in this regard. 👎

Great place to stay for both, business or pleasure. Nicely decorated with Mexican charming details that make you want to stay for a longer time.

Everything is great!, comfortable beds, delicious food, big rooms. The only bad thing is that outside is kind of insecure, I mean there are weird people around there.

Five stars for the property and restaurants, three stars for the room. Rooms are dated, no fridge, no full size ironing board, no clock radio, kind of musty smell at times. But… What a property! A beautiful pool, fabulous restaurants, great amenities and shops. My room had a private patio. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.

The hotel is a luxury place, where you can go with your family, friends or colleagues stop the creation of your social event. Personally, I was able to go thanks to an event that was on the part of my company, and I was fascinated by everything that was offered us there. The food served in the restaurant is of very good quality. Feel free to attend a weekend for a great place.

I went to mision hotel for a social event. The hotel seems to be pretty clean and comfortable. It has beautiful colonial decor and stands out as a traditional Mexican hotel. The staff is fairly friendly, but they can improve on that regard.

Exquisite hotel located in a XVIII century Hacienda (renewed). The pool is very nice and large. The food is perfect (with International prices) and the amenities are awesome. The little villa is very beautyful. The detail of the partially ruined chappel give an insight of spanish colonial architecture.

Great place, very nice, nice location. The attention is what one expects from a hotel. The facilities are very clean, cared for and is a mini-paradise. It's all very quiet. It is excellent for a weekend getaway.
The only unfortunate thing is the water. They charge you too much for a bottle of water. Small things make a big difference and if they improve this detail it would be an outstanding place.
Despite the small details, I would go back, only with my water bottle just in case.

This week I was visiting Pátzcuaro Michoacán and staying at the historic downtown mission hotel. Very good service at reception and in the restaurant, very comfortable rooms to rest.! Thank you!

The hotel is very good, the rooms are spacious and clean, the food buffet at the breakfast very rich however lacks variety. The staff at the hotel were very attentive as well that every morning and afternoon they put water and coffee for the guests. The only problem I find at the hotel and it may have been for the time I went is that the pool water was very cold and it was impossible to get into. In the same way the hotel is very spacious and has a tennis court.

The hotel Is very nice, ir provides a great guest experience. It is located perfectly at Juriquilla Querétaro. Children can be left alone without any problem and the activities that adults can do at night are great as well. Very nice experience.

This place is beautiful and the food is wonderful but be careful because they will tell you one thing on the phone and another at check in. They also weren't familiar with the hours of local businesses. Still, I have been here twice and I would come back.

One of the nicest place I have been. The hotel was really nice with big spacious rooms and nice service. I would like to suguest in the buffet they can have more variety of food. And also its for people who wants to stay away from city centre. Will go back again to this hotel.

Rooms are big and clean, and the buildings are historical, however staff is not friendly and not oriented to hospitality service at all. Food is mediocre and drinks are really bad. Stay here only for the views Also the noise from the events reaches the room, so don't expect a silent night.

Very nice hotel. Wide place and big structure. The arquitecture is very colonial. Service is pretty good. Rooms always clean and tidy. My only gripe is that I found two dead cockroaches in the room (probably due to insecticide). Other than that, excellent hotel. Oh, the food's good too.

Beautiful location, if you want to experience a real Hacienda, this is the place. The rooms are not the cokie cutter add other hotel, you can feel a real mexican taste of the decor in the rooms. The buffet for brunch is out of this world with the many options offered to taste, also with real mexican flavor, very family oriented, this was my first time staying here and I would definitely go back again, also it offered complementary internet in the rooms.
