More than an hour for valet parking to deliver our car, I do not know what problem they had but many guests took bbs and started crying to despair, all they told us is that we have to hope no other solution I do not return or by mistake to this hotel.

Good place to dine or have coffee with family and/or friends. It has children's games for kids under 9 years old. The children's area is safe and with only one access through the interior of the restaurant. One of the best places to drink dairy coffee with the amount of coffee you choose. There is a variety of foods, mostly Mexicans. It has a parking for 4 cars and valet parking service not very good, unkind if you do not give a tip.

Good place to visit at any time, good dinners and better coffee and coffee-milk, family atmosphere and quiet, better atmosphere and food than VIPs, biscuits Obregón or gate, with similar prices. Excellent place, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, very good location, climate and safe … for two nights, Saturday and Sunday, we pay 2, 520 MXN. Two double beds for two people and my child. 100% recommended. It does not have 5 stars for the theme of parking accessibility. The best… Walls to our room are 16" thick, utter silence to sleep, beautiful, sleek decor, in the heart of the old city in a pedestrian Street (no trucks or traffic…).
No pool, or room service, but who needs room service if you have the entire city at your feet.

The Hotel's location is amazingly convinient! You can find several convenience stores, restaurants and touristic attractions within a 5 minute walk. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the furniture is in a very good condition. The badroom has modern installations and the staff is very kind. There is no parking space, but the hotel offers Valet Parking. The only problem you could face is that, since it is located in a touristic zone, sometimes the street is open just for pedestrians. (You'll find some public parking lots within a few blocks)

It's a very great place, in a centric location, I Do'nt see rooms, but restaurant is very peaceful.

Food was really good, waiters polite and always helpful, live traditional music and outstanding performance from them, ideal place to go on a date, easy to locate, the only downside is that it's really hard to find a parking space nearby because downtown Queretaro it's always full of people on weekends but other than that a really well established Hotel and restaurant.

Located in downtown, Hotel Madero is one of the best options to lodge. It is located in a street of pedestrian use that offers an enchanting view of the surrounding architecture. Furthermore, several food business can be found nearby, as well as small stalls and shops of beautiful crafts and all kind of things. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with temperature control and bathroom with a shower. The staff are very kind and obliging. The only downside in all of this is that the hotel does not have its own restaurant or kitchen. This causes a lack of direct room service –however, you can order food to your room from a nearby Mexican restaurant, for which Hotel Madero does not have a menu, unfortunately. Its pros surpass its cons, for which I can conclude that Hotel Madero offers a satisfying and pleasing stay.
