Parece nuevo, está recién remodelado, solo capacitar más al personal en atención al cliente, pedí toallas para salir y que si quería que fuera al cuarto por las mías y si necesitaba la pidiera a recepción. Si ya estaba en la recepción misma. No le costaba nada darme la toalla. Todo lo demás bien.
