Great location and location. Rooms with weather and everything you need. Excellent buffet restaurant. Would certainly go again.

Excellent traditional, historic hotel. Relaxed atmosphere, spacious old style rooms, but very well equipped, beautiful pool. Room service is quick and attentive, but the menu is very limited and food is lousy (badcooked and small portion for the price). The food in the restaurant is something else, delicious.

We ate in the restaurant, excellent attention, delicious flavors and prices are good in relation to the great quality. They care a lot about the details and have a wonderful improvement performance. Congratulations.

Apart from that its location is very good and central and I think that's what you look for when you travel, something nice, good, comfortable and that it is close to several places to go to eat, drink, walk. Etc.

Their café de olla is the best I've ever tasted. I enjoyed the pool, their restaurant with great options and fresh ingredients. Rooms need updating, especially the carpet.

Very dirty rooms, smell of humidity, very old facilities.
The price per room is very high compared to the low quality.
It is 15-20min from the city centre by car.
The staff is friendly and attentive.

The hotel is in a very beautiful building, but unfortunately the rooms, the restaurant and the services in general are sloppy. During my stay there was no way to control the noise in the room and the bad smell of the drain seeping through the bathroom piping. In the restaurant the service is bad and the food tasteless. The service in the administration leaves a lot to be desired, because they do not care about the things they are asked for. If it's up to me, I won't come back.

Very spacious and nice hotel. I woke up to the gym… And there was NO… A shame as there is enough space. Everything else OK.

The service was really good, all the people there were very nice and the breackfast uh lala delicious.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, las camas somos super cómodas y el bufet se me hizo rico. Si no llevas carro se dificulta el acceso y el Wi-Fi de las habitaciones no está tan chido pero de ahí en fuera me encantó!

Impressive building by au old architecture, spacious and does not smell of humidity. The service is warm but a bit sloppy in the details.
The pool was very good for families with children.
The rooms have old carpets and therefore is not very suitable for people with allergies; Also the air conditioner does not work very well.
The breakfast buffet was acceptable but not really rich.

A very Guanajuato-style hotel, spacious and has restaurant service breakfast is buffet but you can also ask for a la carte. The facilities are old but with good maintenance.
They need to change the mattresses because you notice that they have much use.
They have a small pool area.

It is a rustic place, very quiet, the view it has is very nice, the only thing I would criticize is the food its buffet is not very spacious. But otherwise it is very comfortable, comfortable and its staff very attentive and helpful.

The place is very nice, because it is adjacent to a beautiful Ex-hacienda. If you book and pay online, the fare is much more accessible. The rooms are comfortable. We didn't use the pool, but it looked good.
What we did not like: The buffet breakfast, rather mediocre (hotel flavor in series) ; The prices in the restaurant are high, not worth it unless there is no choice.
We forgot to ask for the bill when leaving the hotel; When we asked to be made, one day later, on the phone, they never found our name in their records, as if we had not been there. Oddly, two days later we called back to apply, and we did appear registered… but pity! It was not time to make bills…

Nice hotel. However in the summer evenings there are bad smells coming from the nearby Blackwater River.

Nice hotel and good service. It is far from downtown Guanajuato so you have to go by car or taxi but it is good choice.

Horrible Place, we got a room that was dirty, on ordering another smelled bad and the bed had hair. Dirty sheets. Bad service when attending reception, no internet, dirty bathroom… I really don't recommend it. The price is very high for what they offer, unfortunately it arrives at dawn so I can not change.

Very simple Hotel, only the basics, but it is very clean and the attention is good, the price is perhaps high for the area which is too touristy although certainly it is of the most economical of the place.

A very quiet place. The pool is very good for the kids. The best beds I have found in a hotel, very comfortable.

This place is well located a few km from the center, which makes it quite viable, as it allows you to move easily and quickly.
In our case we were satisfied with the attention of their collaborators not only for their kindness, but because there were no rooms available for the season, we were offered an upgrade from our room, to stay in the Presidential suite.
I consider the rooms to be clean and comfortable, however it has an inconvenience with the hot water. As I understand the hotel uses a hybrid system. That is to say that it uses solar and gas, which allows that sometimes it does not arrive hot water to the room by carelessness of the hotel and therefore it is necessary to be calling to the reception to solve this subject.
Outside of it, I consider it to be a nice hotel and with excellent attention!

Very good service, comfortable rooms, however the hot water is finished very fast, parking is very lonely, do not place enough towels, fulfills its purpose to be a starting point to ask for Uber or taxi downtown.

Excellent Hacienda theme. Very nice place. Good food and very comfortable and nice rooms.

You can't drive your car to an entrance door and unload your luggage. The entrance is a long hilly walk from the parking lot. The decor is dated. The place is appropriately clean but not sparkling.

It's a lovely place, during the stay it felt like home. The pool water very warm, the attention and service very friendly and timely. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable. The view of our room was wonderful, you would see the magical city spectacular. The food in the restaurant was delicious and its prices very in range. Also to transport you is very easy. The buttons are very attentive and helpful. The truth is if you plan to come to Guanajuato, this hotel is widely recommended, has very nice views and a very welcoming service. I'll be back here again next year. Congratulations Hotel staff.

A beautiful place without a doubt, however they lack attention to customer and quality in the service, the hotel can offer the best, but the staff should do the same, one that another is saved, go well but it is just put a little more desire in service to the tourist and will be E Xcelentes.

Hotel has great people, restaurant is really good, rooms are very nice and very comfortable. Only problem is the parking. They need more parking.

Es un hotel con instalaciones excelentes y muy pintoresco.

Stayed for two nights. Hotel is clean and pretty modern with a rustic look. The rooms are large and have great air conditioning. The grounds are nice but travelling to your room can be a bit of a stair workout depending what you get. There is also a cool garden right next door that is worth the 35 pesos. The only downside was the staff in the bar/restaurant, the service was slow and forgetful on many occasions.

A very good hotel to stay to enjoy the city and its delights, is well located, ample parking, their food is rich, the attention is great, cleaning have some details, but they are minimal, taking into account that it is the hull of a hacienda.

Mision Guanajuato surprised us when we arrived at hotel and they were very effective to gave us all fresh horchata drink as much as shown they are "A" team from front desk super friendly staffs. They were treating us like loyal family and great services. This is great place to sleep and easy to access to the taxi from here to center of GTO and lots of historic around here and more adventures inside/outs. This hotel have small store; where you'll see the outside before enter the hotel on left side of another building: it have soda, chips, cookies, some candies and other. Oh have some cute rocks, gems and some gem of jewelries and I think shirts too — but you can check there when you visit this place to sleep or eat the restaurant either. The restaurant from the hotel, bit lack/slow due to busy day but immediate recover to take cared of us by Manuel, General Manager of this hotel and other manager for food with the restaurant with our feedback because they are truly care value customers like us, other — however everything improve quick and great service again. Yes worth to come back here again. Overall all staffs to waiters truly A teamwork, super friendly and very effectively to provide service us all when my family came here to sleep. Thanks.

No water in the toilet, cold water all day when it arrived, bad food in the breakfast and expensive, and close early the pool, bad odor from the water treatment plant, bell boys with separate fee and still ungentle, failure of the internet signal in the rooms, bad organization, only one elevator that does not reach the lobby and have to climb a floor and walk two aisles to get to him, and on everything low capacity of response to the failure of its services, the facade of the hotel is nice, the toilet is good, the room spacious and the bed is comfortable.

Parking is land, without adequate monitoring and insufficient places.
Under the "environment-friendly" speech justify that towels are dirty or poorly washed. The responsibility of overseeing that the bathroom and bedroom is well neat transferred it to the guest.
Before the scandal of other guests hours of rest do nothing.
Corridors are not carpeted and is heard much noise all the time, and rolls of suitcases and trolleys prevent your rest.
I do not recommend this hotel.
Weekend there was event on the adjoining farm and the music was up to 3 am Sunday.

Very beautiful overall location as well as the individual rooms. The staff was super friendly and accomodating.

En cuanto servicio, una de las camareras que trabajan en este hotel se llevó una toalla que pertenecía a mí compañero. Además, la comida es regular, algunas veces no están bien preparados los platillos.

This hotel is located in the outskirts of Guanajuato, very easy to access if you have a car and also easy to reach via taxi. The hotel is located in an old hacienda, which makes it a very charming place. The rooms are a bit dated (especially the bathroom). The surroundings are stunning, I only wished the rooms matched the surrounding. The service is very good, nice touch the lemonade that was given to us whole waiting to be checked in.

Very spacious rooms, conveniently located regarding the historical centre and staff was friendly and cordial.

For this fee. 2, 700. Expected excellent mattresses for a real break. They are hard and uncomfortable. Not to be colonial should be all old, and everything in the room is, (less the tele) the bathroom also looks awful. Maintenance is missing.

Clean and comfortable room. Bad food and regular care. Good price.

A little away from the Center but will soon arrive in car, also there are transport aren't close, very nice rooms and delicious breakfast buffet,
guanajuato is so beautiful q do not need a car to visit him.
