Kippal - Modern Oasis - ApartHotel

I stayed solo and didn’t expect much more than internet and a bed, but I left feeling emotionally rested. I worked with the ocean breeze coming through the window and every evening I sat at the rooftop staring at the water until my head cleared. The apartment felt like it was designed for people who really need a reset. It’s the first time I returned home from a work trip feeling better rather than drained.

Had a fantastic stay here during IRONMAN week! The units are huge and offer a full size fridge, microwave, dining area etc. With plenty of room to spread out. The beds are extremely comfortable! Theirs a large water jug in the room, which saved a lot of hassle having to buy bottles. The rooftop pool is so nice and has a fantastic view.
Talked to a few people who moved over to this hotel because the one they were staying at was moldy and “terrible. ” I was so happy to have booked here.
Mike and Andy were AWESOME and took care of me the entire week I was there. Location is close to the finish line and central to everything in CZM.
Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the amazing stay. My family and I had the best time. Went to Cozumel to do my Ironman and honestly it was PERFECT. Very friendly staff and the room were super clean all the time. Definitely will book again in the future.

We came to Kippal Cozumel for a diving trip, expecting only a place to sleep, and instead we ended up finding the perfect environment to reset after long days underwater. Mike helped us store the equipment, told us where to find the best tacos near the marina, and every afternoon we would take our wet gear up to the terrace to let it dry while watching the ocean. The rooftop pool became our ritual after every dive, and the peace in the apartment made it impossible not to fall asleep instantly at night. We already know we won't stay anywhere else next time we come to the island.

Highly recommended! It's basically a five-star hotel Airbnb style. They have room service. They have two wonderful guys downstairs Andy or Mike as soon as you need something. Either coffee or water for the room or to change something within 5 minutes. They're in your room.
The rooftop with a nice pool, beautiful Seaview in City view is amazing.
Definitely coming back!

If I could describe Kippal in one word it would be WOW! The apartments are beautiful and the location is perfect. We appreciated having the kitchen (complete with olive oil and spices) and the bed, pillows and linens were all top quality, which is rare! We especially enjoyed the balcony with its beautiful ocean view and the rooftop was spectacular, we made sure to take in both the sunrise and sunset. The attention and service we received from Andy and Mike was exceptional and it began from the moment the booking was made. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, they even brought a birthday cake for my partner to celebrate his day. We will definitely be returning! Thank you again Andy and Mike!

An excellent apartment hotel in Cozumel. The staff was amazing and made great recommendations for restaurants and things to do.
The apartment itself had a kitchen, living room and dining room. All stock with everything you need including a large water cooler, coffee maker, kettle washer, and dryer.
The rooftop lounge and pool work great way to cool off and relax after a day exploring the island.
A special shout out to Andy at the front desk, who was amazing with his recommendations and customer service.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay at Kippal in Cozumel was wonderful. Everything was well organized, thank you Mike and Andy for the service. The rooftop pool was a cozy and fun spot in the evenings. Breakfast was minimal, but the coffee was great. Overall, a beautiful place to stay.

The Kippal was the perfect place with the perfect staff, Mike and Andy. Once we made our reservations they were in touch to assist us with all of our needs and questions whether related to the Kippal, or Cozumel in general. When we arrived Mike greeted us, made us feel welcome, and showed us to our beautiful room.
It was clear that Mike and Andy are not just friendly and helpful but they also take upkeep of the property seriously. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the modern room with stunning views was kept to the highest standards.
During our stay, the concierge staff continued to be engaged and helpful. They assisted us with finding restaurants, ordering pizza, and even kept us in the loop and reassured during a freak island wide power outage.
From the moment we booked till they helped us to our return to airport taxi that they arranged for us, Mike and Andy helped to make our trip one of the most memorable ever!

I had an amazing stay at Kippal Cozumel! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed — comfortable bed, strong A/C, and fast Wi-Fi. The pool area was a definite highlight — tranquil and well-maintained, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring.
The location is ideal: quiet and safe, but still close enough to downtown, beaches, and restaurants. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property, and the host was responsive, friendly, and helpful from check-in to check-out.
The concierges (Mike and Andy) were extremely helpful with anything needed, including car rental and obtaining a taxi.
If you're looking for a quiet, stylish, and well-run spot in Cozumel, Kippal is a perfect choice. I’d absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Kippal. It’s close to the center of town and just a quick walk to many nice options for dinner. The apartment was clean and convenient. Mike and Andy were very prompt and helpful with any questions we had and arranging transportation for us.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the central downtown location, the balcony, and the rooftop pool. Rooms are spacious and clean. And Mike and Andy are great if you need anything!

Mike and Andy were absolutely amazing from start to finish! they were so friendly and welcoming they helped us with anything we could imagine, were always smiling and friendly ands super knowledgeable about the area. We had such an amazing stay at Kippal the rooms were gorgeous and the place was so clean and so new we cant wait to come back!

1st of all… in speaking to Mike at the front desk, I'm questioning if we shouldn't have booked direct through their Kippal website vs. Expedia. I didn't get a little conflicting info on details, but not too far off. Absolutely, absolutely LOVED Mike and Andy (who both assisted us on numerous occasional needs and things and Mike helped with our grilling nights and bartending) Mike and Andy were both so hospitable and helpful! This cannot be said enough, GRACIAS amigos! The rooftop pool was a wonderful asset here! I used it almost daily and it was always clean along with daily visits from a few tropical birds and pigeons. You get to enjoy watching the hustle and bustle of the island from up there along with the daily ships arriving at their ports. The location of this property was also another bonus! You are just 4 blocks from the market where you can pick up fresh seafood and eat their as well (bring pesos if possible). It is in the heart of downtown, so you will hear dogs, motos, cars, the Zeta Gas truck (love it 😆) and the street vendors selling desserts and/or pastries in the evenings. Mega and Chidraui (large grocery stores) are just a few blocks away, so bring your reusable bags or purchase there! The cleaning ladies and maintenance people are all wonderful and you will see them periodically during your trip. Very friendly and kind as well!

Mike and Jonathan went out of there for us at every turn for the entire week we were there.
By accident, I left something in the room and Jonathan went above and beyond personally to have it shipped to me. He couldn’t have been more cooperative. Two really nice guys that know the meaning of professional and hospitality!
