Amazing view and incredibly clean. The staff is very polite and understanding. The rooms are very authentic with an amazing view. Great place to snorkel and there’s so much underwater life. We plan on coming here twice a year now. Thank you for giving us this amazing experience Condumel.

Amazing! Best spot to snorkel in Cozumel. The stay was amazing. Walked out on private, soft sand, right on the water. You can dive right in and see beautiful coral, fish, sting rays, and sea turtles. The staff are all extremely friendly and will do anything to make your stay amazing. It is a short walk to town and restaurants. I highly recommend this stay.

My dad has had his eye on this place for years, so when I told him my friends and I wanted to take a trip to Cozumel, he suggested we stay here. The staff was amazing, Clara was very welcoming and kind, and the price is very fair for the accommodating staff and beautiful snorkeling right out front. The property is absolutely beautiful, it was our favorite place we stayed while in Mexico.

4/22/23 — This was our first experience at Condumel, and we were very impressed. The condo is located about 30 minutes walking distance from the ferry, without luggage. So, depending on your haggling skills, about $100-$150 pesos or $5-$8 American cab fare… (not bad). The entire facility is dated; however, I love it just for that reason. Beautiful architecturally, which kind of gave us the Mayan vibe here! It has a full kitchen with basic amenities including juice, milk, water, eggs and beer, all stocked and for purchase at a more than affordable price. It's not even worth buying at the OXO or Cendrali for beer or juices. We had condo 6 and couldn't have asked for more! Breathtaking views from our huge balcony with sounds of ocean water splashing off the rocks. Amazing snorkeling is located right off of the beach! 😍 The staff… we loved everyone! It's no wonder why there were so many repeat visitors to this spot. We're so happy we visited Condumel and we'll definitely be back! 👏 ¡Muchas graciac!

My husband was acting strange again then he left me so I decided to leave then I found lucky online I explain everything to him and he help me bring back my husband with his powers just within 12 hours and my husband was back apologizing to me and the kids connect with lucky if you have any problem via his Facebook page 👇👇Dr Zato temple.

I was here in May 2022 and enjoyed my stay. Excellent service and food. Highly recommend for you next visit.

It's amazing the magic and landscapes of this place!

The ferry is very poorly organized, they have very few departures and fill more than 100% of its capacity in addition that there are no people checking that passengers bring mouth covers and do not leave on time, the island well but fatal transport.

Wonderful place! Deserves 6 stars! Condumel is the perfect place to be in Cozumel. The condominium is small, so, there is no noisance, it is a great location, close to restaurants. The host is always available and friendly.
I loved that the refrigerator is filled everyday, so, if you do not wish to go to the supermarkets, just open the fridge and get a cold beer!
The cuisine has everything you need to make your own food, the bedroom and bathroom are huge and the oceanfront view is breathtaking!
For us, who just wished to relax, the private beach is a must. No crowd to upset you and, if you want to cool down, just jump into the ocean!
