The hotel is in very good condition, but the kitchen and bar are not at the level of the hotel category. The selection of wines and spirits very limited. They don't have craft beer, not even the premium range of the main brewers. The food and dinner the dishes very simple and the ingredients were not the best. The breakfast buffet is very good.

Vary friendly staff. Cozy rooms. Morning breakfast is very delicious plenty of dishes to choose from.

Employees were extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and cleaned daily. Nice workout area and beautiful indoor pool. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of choices. The staff were very friendly and friendly, the facilities were excellent. But in three days of stay I could not connect either by Wi-Fi or by Ethernet more than 2 minutes. Food quality good but nothing special.

The pool keeps the temperature of the water very pleasant and without sun.

The area they rent for special events is quite spacious and in excellent condition, it is highly recommended, plus they don't need extra decorations as it is fine. The cost is accessible for school events and the like.

Good location and the rooms are very nice, very spacious and very comfortable, with good screens to see the programming and Internet to navigate on your cell phone, customer service always with very friendly and quality treatment.

In the Hall of social events, this very elegant, clean and with an excellent quality in the service by all the workers of the hotel. Unfortunately the food (I don't know if it was because of the amount of people) was somewhat cold, but it was the only detail. They do not respect the reservations… I am supposedly gold customer because I was followed in this hotel… However the last time not respected my leaving me no room reservation… Still and when I made sure with my credit card, I do not recommend it for anything.

I was assisted by a consultant for my sister's wedding, the truth is expected that you attend well but at Crown is exceed, they have the best amenities for guests and nice they deserve.
Rooms even have not tested them but will this December 12 will do it and I'm ready for total satisfaction.

I've been before several times and although on one occasion I had difficulty with a waiter, more or less, I've been to taste; today I wanted to book by phone and I forgot in the line two times, it was 11:11 PM I think they should improve the service.

This hotel is for nacos as pork this horrible is not the recomindo.

This will be my last stay on this hotel, next time I will stay at the Homewood hotel nearby.
