The breakfast buffet included is very good and all the food on the menu is OK only that there are very arrogant waiters use bad mode there are others who cater very well, the rooms are OK. But there are some in which the airs do not cool you wake up the heat at night and the internet there are days you spend all day without Wi-Fi very annoying if you come from work and you have to use it and if you report only say we will send a technician never send it until they finish diciénd OTE to go down to reception that there does not fail Wi-Fi which is also a lie my experience is based on and 30 nights I've stayed here maybe the deal is based on that there is no other hotel better here in Gómez Palacio.

A very warm place to rest, I had the pleasure of staying one night and everything is enjoyed, from the rustic and cozy facilities to your bar with complimentary pool table; Good drinks and cocktails. The next morning I went downstairs to have breakfast at the restaurant with buffet breakfast included in the lodging and all the senses are consented with the colors, aromas and flavors of each dish; They have a bar filled with some stews and quesadillas, as well as fruit and vegetables, all delicious. In general, for me, it was one of the best lodging experiences.

The breakfast buffet is very good, the food is tasty, the staff is attentive and friendly, a very clean and very cozy place to have a quality breakfast with family, friends or work. I would definitely return, because the food if it is very rich. Prices are acceptable just get there early on weekends because breakfast is usually crowded.

They gave us very good services, clean rooms and good mattress, plus 3 pillows of different softness to make the rest more comforting. Not counting on the excellent and very full morning buffet. Also excellent variety of dishes and tried first-class staff.

I've been coming to this hotel (and 2 others on the area) for 20 years. I enjoy the breakfast, and dread everything else. Tonight we just moved out of a room that smells of sewage. Many rooms are too noisy for sleep — the cinder block building conducts sounds from wedding receptions, family reunions, or other loud guests. The exercise room has the same broken down stationary bike from 3 years ago. I don't want to stay here again.

An exceptional hotel and the restaurant even better. The Italian buffet and the cheesecake are my favorites!

Very good place, not the cheapest but it is South Central, just do not ask for room on the first floor, you will hear a lot of noise always.

A very nice place, very comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and excellent treatment for a price that is worth it, no doubt when I return to Gomez I will stay there.

Disappointing stay. The walls are thin and you can hear everything around the room. I was staying in a room that was behind the maintenance room, I could hear the door slam every time personnel go in and out since 3 AM. I could barely sleep because all the noise. It's not worth it for the price.

The location is easily accessible. Very friendly staff. The facilities are very nice and The Rooms are very comfortable.

Nice and Cozy. Only Some waiters demand the tip, even though it is optional. No DS to suggest or kindly ask for a percentage.

Good service, clean room and very comfortable, the breakfast buffet is included in the rate but I think they lack a little more variety of dishes, we attended a wedding where most of the guests were from outside and the restaurant did not cope. To cater to so many diners, it would have been great if some of their salons had taken care of us apart.

The place is very nice, has excellent facilities, this is the second time I have to attend an event to that place and it would deserve a 5 star rating but the attention of the staff still has to be polished, not all the staff working there have the same deal co n the hotel guests. The buffet lacks milk with chocolate in the beverage bar and a little more variety in their stews.

I called to ask if there was any rooms available for this evening and the male who answered asked where I was calling from, I stated that I was calling from my phone and I needed a room for two adults and two small children. He said I have a room available but said he we wouldn't be able to get that room because of the children. I told him my children where under the age of 3 and it would be okay with us to share a bed with them. He then instead said well you would have to come right now to book the room or I will give it up if someone comes now. It's very disappointing that best western does not accept children visitors at their locations.

I must say we have been here many times over the last few years and the service great, food good, quality good, comfort good, cleanliness good. Lost the 5th Star because our night was sleepless due to poor A/C. I've been up over 36 hours now and found another hotel for Friday night. But can't sleep until we complete our nephew's graduation event later today.

A great place to my liking, it was just a business trip but I loved this place… I leave you my opinion: I arrived at this hotel for business reasons, I find it is a place with very good atmosphere, the attention was quick to call to book my room and when I arrived they had it ready in most of the hotels where I stay they leave me waiting and in this e n specific had it ready immediately, excellent internet network for my work, the pool is relaxing you can be very quiet in it besides the buffet, the hot food and with great variety the waiters and the attention at reception of all the staff is wonderful, in cleaning are also taken out a 100! helped me a lot with excellent service at a pretty good price.
