We loved our stay at Hacienda 1800 for our family trip! Beautiful place, Luis our server was on point, very attentive, excellent service from everyone there, Victor our picnic guide was awesome too! We will definitely be going back!

Excellent service and facilities!

The hotel exceeded all our expectations in every aspect. The staff very attentive to the details and very friendly, the food excellent and when staying at the hotel you get access to almost all the local attractions such as the marble mine, lime dunes and San Marcos River. (Mezquites River).
there is always hot water and good internet. But in staff and your attention we loved!

Great customer service! Great food and drinks from their bar! Beautiful pools it really felt like an Oasis in the middle of the dessert!

The place is much smaller than the perspective that the photos give.
The cost is not comparable to either service or quality.
We were the only guests in the pool, for two hours and even though there were waiters they did not come close to offering menu or drinks.
The rooms are small.
The menu lacks variety.

It is a beautiful luxury hotel excellent service and very efficient staff we liked very much very rich food and all clear that we would return ❤️

Review hotel. The food menu is very limited. A lot of the food is frozen from costco. Did not respect the rules
1. In the pool of single adults had children playing. 2. In the main pool where clearly comes a point of not smoking I had smoking. 3. You mentioned that at 11pm they no longer have a service of food, drink, use the fire pit. The day Saturday we had to score 2 times at 11:45pm and 12:45 pm to stop the music, and bar service by the scandal that he had not let me sleep. Do not respect the rules or the staff of the hotel will follow. 4. Dont sell it on their social networks to a hotel to rest for the young ones or adults (not families) and the experience is totally different. Excellent place, great facilities, it is the best of quarter hundredegas, well I found it. The pools a family and one adults with bar are very good, the restaurant very well taken care of and excellent food at a very good price (food for 4 in $800 approximately) very well served, comfortable beds, good bedding the gardens well maintained. If I highly recommend it.

Loved the place although the waitresses helper, a waiter, still need to polish his skills way too much, skinny with glasses short guy.

Lovely Place, beautiful rooms, exceptional service.

The hotel is very nice and very clean the air conditioning works perfect taking into account the day average temperature here is over a hundred degrees Fahrenheit. The food is not that good and they have a messy problem between what they can offer you and what is written on the menu, they told me a couple of times they're coming out with new menus but I don't know why is so complicated to print them on a laser printer. The Personnel that work in this hotel try the best to meet all your needs. The pool is fantastic. The TV don't have a single english spoken Channel. The only thing that is really really terrible is that the computer system they have doesn't let you charge to your room either at the bar or at the restaurant so you have to carry cash everywhere you go and receive change is messy. Not to mention another big problem they have which is the internet when I was looking for the hotel here in cuatro cienegas I think this one out because it says it has Wi-Fi, it does not really have a serious Wi-Fi because they have like six different networks working in hot places as far as samples right now I have to be in reception to fill out these info. In the room the Wi-Fi clearly doesn't exist and worry does this beat is very very slow 2.5 MB not enough cuz I don't dream nothing my wife is a Netflix fan and Wake Within see it nowhere not to mention that if I don't have Wi-Fi in the room it is very complicated to watch a movie.

It’s a beautiful getaway for both families and adults. Great place to lay in a hammock over the pool & relax and stay cool. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Friendly staff to serve you in the restaurant or poolside. Thanks Hacienda 1800 for a memorable weekend getaway with Familia. One thing maybe to consider is designating a smoking area away from where children are present. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality!

We were the end of April, the hotel is very nice and clean, we had no problem during the stay.
The restaurant is very good and the staff friendly and attentive. I'd be back without hesitation.

I was in Holy Week and is an excellent Boutique Hotel to stay, it is newly remodeled and all new and quality, spacious and clean rooms, delicious cuisine and the treatment of very friendly staff, the family atmosphere and relaxed, without crowding of people, noises etc. I will definitely return to the hotel and enjoy the beautiful place of Cuatro Cienegas Coah!
