Total relaxation, beautiful pool, jungle atmosphere, spacious rooms, coexists with nature, I loved the place have certainly won a new guest.

Good place, clean pool, excellent greenery. Staff with little attitude of service. They do not respect the published hotel policies. They say it's pet friendly and when they get there they tell you it's not. For a category 4 hotel you lack amenities.

Beautiful place, clean pool water and pleasant temperature, good food.
the only thing I didn't like was that they gave me entry at 4:30 PM and asked me to vacate 12pm and I touched room 85 without Wi-Fi, still I wanted to stay another day more porq if I liked the place.

Very satisfied with the facilities and the service, worth every peso paid, it has become my favorite place and especially on this occasion I was able to taste a better cuisine the buffet compared to September 2020 which had been my last visit.

I recommend the hotel, its beautiful facilities… I do not recommend the service; the first night I went in the dark to my room, the cocktails gave them to me in a terrible presentation… Book and it wasn't even what you book.

Honestly I had a different expectation to the hotel, hire a romantic dinner package, and in the first place they did not know what my dinner was when I booked days before and even twice I was asked, poor attention, I would not finish telling them but the truth is very disappointed, I hope to improve since the hotel is very nice.

A very beautiful place and nice for vacation with the family, is very friendly with the ecosystem that surrounds the region, has very nice views, we play an attentive staff, highlighting the service of the waiters in the restaurant area, they were very attentive at all. My family and I spent dinner on the 24th at the hotel, we acquired the package of christmas dinner and everything was very good, it was very well organized event and the food, I congratulate the organizers. In general everything was a good experience, the price is worth it. The evenings can be heard on some occasions, the howler monkeys, a little bit scary but it does not take more haha.

Beautiful villas, each villa has a porch either at the front or back with gorgeous views. A Mexican Buffet style Breakfast is included with plenty of choices. I don’t like onions at all, so I requested scrambled eggs with ham which they did at not extra charge. My niece’s wedding Kathy Arcos was gorgeous.

El hotel es precioso, me encanto la comida en su restaurante, la alberca es preciosa y además el agua estaba en la temperatura perfecta, estaba abierta hasta las 10 pm y en la noche ponen luces. El personal fue muy amable y la estancia super agradable. Tienen un Starbucks y una zona de juegos para niños. Todas las habitaciones son tipo bungalow. Y nos dejaron usar las instalaciones (alberca) mucho antes de registrarnos.

El lugar es súper bonito, sin embargo no tienen buen servicio al cliente, es decir, tardan siglos en servir algo si lo pides a tu habitación o a la alberca.

The Chan-Kah hotel has excellent facilities that make you enjoy a relaxing and peaceful experience, however this is affected by the little hospitality and lack of capacity of its staff. Having a promotional package several of the promotions were unknown by the staff, and even had the hassle of breaking into the room since even though a subsequent check out was requested that came in the package mentioned reception they did not know this although we were told that we could leave later at the time of check in. A nice hotel that could be better positioned if your staff were more helpful.

Excellent and totally recommended! Service of all people, reception and restaurants, quality of people and food, love to be with nature and its extraordinary pool. I loved it, I hope to come back soon.

The location and the rooms are well serviced by reception and some of the workers lack more training regarding the correct treatment with customers.

The hotel is very nice, there is a games room with table tennis, billiards and football. The rooms are comfortable but the shower is very hot. But the heat is intense is what we didn't like.

The place this amazing, pool, rooms, restaurant and cabins, the food I found expensive and very few portions to be a resort I think they should have buffet food and a TDI package.

The hotel simply beautiful, in touch with nature, you can see some animals cross your path, some monkeys in the trees, the pool is very nice and the water delicious. Definitely a place to rest and stay in touch with nature.

The hotel is beautiful, I loved the food in its restaurant, the pool is beautiful and besides the water was in the perfect temperature, it was open until 10pm and in the evening they put lights on.
The staff was very friendly and the stay super enjoyable.
They have a Starbucks and a children's play area.
All rooms are bungalow-type.
And they let us use the facilities (pool) long before we checked in.

The very nice place, the room, the pool etc, the food is without flavor or sazon, I recommend eating elsewhere, poor food and beverage service in the pool area, flat or came to attend the last morning in the pool, have more attention to groups D And tourist who arrive to the guests Minotarios. They are very nice cabins, well distributed in the middle of the jungle, with unique spaces, a pool that looks like a cenote and very well located. The breakfast is very good. Plus a coffee!

Very nice place. Clean and harmonious. The only thing in the pool area ordered something and they took it two hours later. It's all very nice out there.

The place offers a unique experience, is a first resort at very affordable prices, the rooms are located in Casitas in the jungle, the pool is impressive, have Mayan wedding services and as additional information, the only Starbucks in Palenque Located inside the facilities.

Room service with excessive charges, cold water in the room, the good thing was listening to the howler monkey at night.

Great Resort. Beautiful location and vegetation, very convenient to visit Palenque. Beautiful the houses where you sleep. There is also a nice pool and in the restaurant you eat Well (Mexican). Recommended for those who pass through Palenque, which also has a center driveway where you can walk around.

Weird… Very dark rooms but I loved the Aguti s running ever afternoon for my windows.

We went to a wedding, but the living room and the rooms are a bit old, they lack their remodeling.

Good price, very clean and neat cabins, green areas, pool with pool for children and slide, you can make use of grills, people who serve very friendly, does not have breakfast…

English speaking front desk reception was helpful. Good breakfast with omelette, coffee, juice, and fruit overlooking the pool. Taxis about 40 peso to get into town or to the palenque archaeological ruins. Wi-Fi is good for email or small files but having great difficulty uploading my large video files. Beautiful resort none the less. Rooms have hard stone floors so bring flip flops or sandals.

Direct contact with nature. Privacy and tranquility, except for the Changos who snore like the devil himself. The chalets, more than rooms, comfortable and with basic services, as well as clean. Ideal to spend a pleasant weekend with the couple, away from the hustle and bustle.

Restaurant area and food are really good. Good prices. Rooms have that rustic feeling, but, they could really do some more updates in the rooms… courtines, lighting specially. It is a huge property. Nice pool area as well. Staff is friendly and helpfull.

Positive: Nice environment with nature, pool with excellent view, you can explore and take a tour of all the trails of the hotel, good treatment and cleanliness. Negative: The Wi-Fi never worked, I reported it and although they said maintenance would review it, I could never work or from to the pool area. Restaurant to me look expensive, a bottle of half a liter in $35. Some rooms too far from where you can park the car.

Need to improve on the money exchange service. When we went to the front lobby to exchange dollars to pesos, the lady on shift told us they had no pesos —. Besides that, the hotel, food and amenities are excellent!
Necesitan mejorar en el servicio de cambio de moneda. Cuando quisimos cambiar de dolares a pesos nos dijeron que no había pesos. Me pregunto si esto es nomás gancho para pagarles en dolares. Aparte de eso hotel y lo que ofrecen es excelente.

Hotel and rom was very nice it was a dream, you feel living in a heaven but breakfast and meal were not explain like that, breakfast foods are like a artifucial.

Good swimming pool, very good rooms. The rest is fine. But in relation to the environment is very good option. Perhaps the best price quality.

Beautiful, has a back door in the room that conduse to a stream jungle, the pool is incredible huge stone.

The rooms are large but missing essentials such as a fridge and a hairdryer. The location is great right in the woods, you can see monkeys and other wildlife on the grounds. The three pools were disappointing, because only in one you could realistically swim not only because it was deep enough but also because it was the only under 30 degrees Celsius… Overall the only positiv thing was that you could watch wildlife, to the ruins it takes a taxi, the service was not satisfactory and the rooms did not have Wi-Fi.

The swimming pool, the rooms all over the place is a true echo very beautiful hotel, apart from see and admire about different animals of the region. Do not give 5 stars because the food lacks a touch to be exquisite and its cost is not worth it. However, the buffet is excellent.

A nice resort in a decent distance from the Palenque Park and Archeological Site (we walked there in about 30 minutes). Breakfast was averagely good, but the service could be more proactive. Good after all, apart from trhe dampness in our room: even the ac and te dehumidifier combined could not get rid of it.

Great place to relax and spend great moments at the lagoon-style pool. Nestled in the middle of the jungle surrounded by a stream, Ceiba trees, bamboos and different types of flowers. The rooms have a terrace surrounded by nature. You can find yourself agouti if you put attention. The staff needs to give more attention to the guest. Fortunately the spa service personnel gives good attention, massages are relaxing. The food prices are expensive. Everything else is fine.

The place is magnificent. Located in the middle of nature. Very relaxing. But they are very fucking. The food is good but very poor and for prices that have and more by the area in which we are the staff excellent very helpful and attentive. The piliticas of the hotel very pendejas, as in the double rooms can enter two children free but nonles recognize the promotions that you dab alos adult as in all other hotels. And I had a malfunction with a room key which the use was bencidona open quebro sunset. They would not it we replace only until it is paid for making a copy and cost execibo. But anyway why bird one prefers to travel to other destinations where the guest customer care and service is first.
