Xpujil hotels with breakfast

This was a welcome, relaxing and great place to eat n spend the night in early June of ‘25.
Hostess understood English which was an added plus for this gringo!

Rooms are clean and the AC works well. Right along the highway but you can park behind if you have a truck.
The restaurant is very good as well.

Camped here in our van while we explored Xpujil/Hormiguero/Becán/Chicanna archaeological zones. $200 pesos/night. Rustic, friendly, quiet. Wi-Fi worked great. Shower had hot and cold water.

Our stay at Ecohabitat was so lovely. It’s definitely rustic and very different if you are used to all inclusives in Mexico, but it’s the perfect little place for access to Calakmul.

Stayed here for two nights. They offer big rooms with two beds for 550 Pesos and smaller rooms with one bed for 450 Pesos.

The staff were lovely and very helpful.
The location was right near the bus stop, which was good and the pizza shop is next door.
They checked us in late at night which was great.

Good!
Don't expect luxuries; you only will get a soft bed, an spacious room (with basic amenities) and a huge pool!
Kitchen it's simple, but delicious.

To get to the hostel I had to take a taxi from Xpujil, which is about 10km and costs 80peso. There are a few taxi's that go back so probably you won't have to wait to long for one.

Incredibly clean (immaculate) in rooms and around hotel, fluffy towels and great sheets. Bed a little hard but that’s Mexico. Great Wi-Fi. Hot water. Off street parking.
Staff friendly.

The owner was very gracious when we needed to cancel our one night stay after arriving and paying for our cabin. Easy to communicate with and they refunded our money.

The guide gio Figueroa is excellent for a lot of experience, I spent a barbarian I give it a 10 you know when you come to calakmul take you to the thank you gio and the ximbal camping.
