Is just for sleep, they have a rent a car office service in the lobby but without conditioner air, inside looks old, rooms are normal to rest, old blankets, nice view of the city, people on the front desk is very kindly, I would say the stars for this hotel is located on the beach street and also one block of the historic downtown.
