The place is nice but the service very bad, they answer you reluctantly and it seems that they do not want to do their job and put you 400 dlls on holdin case of what can happen and I understand but almost a week already happens and I have not returned my money.

I just love it so pretty and so nice l just it open your door and the beach is just right thete.

Customer service lacking big time. Booked and paid on line and was never notified there was no one in the office after 8:00 pm and was charged an additional $78.00 dollars for the manager to drive his golf cart back to the office to let us in. Treated our family visiting us at the villa with total disrespect although there were just coming to pick us up for dinner. We are full grown mature people not college kids.

I been to Rosarito several times and this has been my worst experience ever! To begin with, this place is a total rip off. When I booked my hotel room, I booked it for two people. The description never said that if I brought additional people with me I would have to pay and additional fee. Point is that I brought two extra friends with me (so four of us total), and they charged us $167 US dollars for my two friends to stay in my room. This aditional fee was totally unnecessary because I should be able to bring in whomever I want into my hotel room. Plus do they think I would book a villa with 3 beds for two people? Secondly, the hotel room amenities were lacking. The television only had two channels, there was no iron in the room, and no Wi-Fi; they said that there was an additional fee for a room with Wi-Fi. Lastly, the staff members were extremely unprofessional. On Saturday morning they knocked on my door on several occasions because they forgot to give me papers to sign. After I took care of all the additional paperwork, I got ready and left the room for my day activities. One of my friends returned to the hotel early to take a nap, and to his surprise the hotel room key was not working. He goes into the hotel office to ask what the problem is, and they say that they needed to speak to me. I had to leave the venue that I was attending and return to the hotel immediately.

Excellent place for romantic weekend break and special event.

We had reservation in hand, they said we had no reservations. We booked the room for 2 nights for $500. They said 1 night is $500 with $400 deposit. And $100 extra to check in early. Extra charge to use towels. Shower did not work. Bed had ants and hair in it. No amenities around. We were so disappointed in the service that we went right back to the U. S. The next day.

Excellent location, very comfortable villas with backyard next to the sand of the beach… Exclusive access to the beach.

This place was more than what we expected. The beachfront porch is the best part, awesome for relaxing on the porch while you watch the ocean.

Closer to the impossible beach.! and quite accessible.!

It is very good place to rest and relax and be very quiet. I love this place.
