I found it a nice hotel, nice view, has cable TV, iron and coffee maker where requested, complimentary coffee and water (coffee also has to be requested) safe, dryer, laundry room, has restaurant and very friendly staff.

The hotel is very well located in downtown, the rooms are clean but need a refresh, and the staff is friendly. Avoid the breakfast, we had some uncooked potatoes. There's a Sanborns next door where you can have a better breakfast.

Good city hotel. Room good. Clean and well maintained. Cars are parked elsewhere for free and provided on time by staff.

It is not a 4 star hotel. It is a 3 star hotel. The rooms are clean but the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. The carpets are very old. The bathroom. The apartment looks like central buses. I was hanging around in the restaurant on a cockroach in some of the days I went to breakfast. That said: the staff is excellent, they were very friendly at all times. But… It is NOT a 4 star hotel.

All are very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable, it is always clean and any questions you have of the city help you. I have more than two years to continually attend them.

The staff is the worst, they do not care a hatajo, never could carry my luggage and the staff all I received were claims (Osea that wave) The place smells horrible, the rooms of the worst, ugly, old, broken. It's not worth it.

We stayed in room 515, and it had a great view of the beautiful surrounding church’s and architecture of the city. The hotel provides valet parking but I would not recommend driving unless you are familiar with the streets and are comfortable driving aggressively in traffic with people and other types of vehicles. Street signs are also a bit confusing to find as you are navigating narrow but beautiful streets on the surrounding Centro area. Finding a taxi cab was not an issue and the hotel staff will gladly assist you. The room was very spacious and had what you would expect in a comfortable room; things like a mini fridge, television, a love seat, coffee table and a small safe in the surprisingly large closet. Over all the room was clean and had great big windows with great views. We were also in the fifth floor. The bathroom looks as it had recently been nicely updated with modern fixtures. All the expected amenities like clean towels, toilet paper, and even tissues were provided. The staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel lobby also has a lounge/restaurant that serves a standard continental breakfast with things like coffee and cereal, but there were extras like rice and beans which were pretty good. Of course alcohol was available as well. I would definitely book a few nights at this hotel again, only this time we will try for the highest floor to check out an even better view.

The only thing I do not like, is that they do not have Estacuonamiento for salon users. Only for guests, Feberian to have that service as well.

Amigos que estuvieron durante la feria de San Marcos se hospedaron en el hotel y estuvimos en el bar después de ir al Palenque muy agradable ambiente Lástima que En general todos los precios de los hoteles en la feria de San Marcos los se le ven bastante.

Very good place for your visit to the city, good attention and very good location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent.
I did not like that the Internet was very slow, that complicated my work.
There are two types of breakfast, the American and the buffet. If by booking for any internet page The difference between one option and another is more than 90 pesos, better order the American breakfast, as in the hotel, if you want buffet you charge 90.
The beds are not so comfortable but they are passable.

In the center of the city, which helps a lot for the next to restaurants, shops and the Plaza Patria. The hotel is a little bit smaller than what you see in the pictures. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms a little small but if they fit 1-5 people more or less. The bathrooms are small. The cleanliness was good. The most helpful is the location as you can walk around and not ask for a taxi as the shops and restaurants are very close.

Very good attention. They were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was very good and the restaurant was very nice. The valet parking is also very fast and friendly at all times. There is very little noise in the hotel. It has something father as it connects to the shop that is next door (sanborns) Overall we really liked it. I recommend widely. We had very good experience.

Very well located. 3 minutes from the cathedral walking and direct connection to the main square of the city.

The best place in Aguascalientes to stay, the attention from the staff is excellent, the rooms very clean and comfortable, the location unsurpassed.

Very father… It's in the middle and you can do several things.

It is beautifully located in front of the main square and the cathedral. The center as well as the main cultural sites are within walking distance. It has direct access to a sanborns, whose restaurant is one of the prettiest in this chain of establishments, with a beautiful view at any time. It is recommended to go to this restaurant instead of the one that has the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, no frills. The employees are affable and helpful. The only downside is that their parking lot is too small, so you have to use the valet parking.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms spacious and all the staff very attentive. The menu options in the restaurant are lousy, but you can eat or dine at the Sanborns next door, there is a direct access gate next to the stairs.

The hotel is nice, the lobby is very quiet and it seems to be there. The hotel connects to the sanborns which is very comfortable if you need to buy something there. It has elevators and the rooms are extremely wide, perhaps it would be advisable to renew the carpet but nothing of utmost urgency. The staff is tremendously friendly, I was going with splint in the foot and they lent me the wheelchair so I could get out and meet! Amazing! I recommend it widely.

Hotel Francia is a place of tradition. There's been a lot of famous bill fighters there and so do artists. But this was some years ago. Right now the hotel is smaller. There is a Sanborns next to it. But still totally worth it.

Great position. Staff were great akthough slight language barrier. Had a great stay.

Located in the heart of Aguascalientes Downtown is such a great place to visit most of the well known locations around like restaurants, coffee shops, book stores, women/men handmade clothes stores, shoes stores (cowboy boots or "norteño" boots), candy shops and of course the sightseeing bus where for a small fee you're taken through the most important/historical places that put Aguascalientes on the map.

It is a simple, comfortable, affordable, very well located hotel with an excellent view of the city centre. Very good attention.

Not bad or good, if you come pass it would be bad to stay one night, but more make you hurt your back.

Super comfortable, in the center, many tourist places to know without having to use the car. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is very cute, it is very clean, it is comfortable, most of the staff is friendly, only please yes come by car arrive exactly at 3 by the parking lot but overall I had a good experience I highly recommend it!

The attention it's good but room service was a little bit rude from the girl on the phone. The individual room has a good size. The cleaning service was really fast. Recommended.

I cannot fathom the fact that I spent my money at this hotel. The A/C was not working, the beds were old and dusty and look nothing like the pictures on this site! The shower floor was dirty and the room smelled old. These issues were the least of my issue with this hotel. My partner and I who stored our bags at the hotel had no issues, while we explored the city until it was time for us to depart from Aguas Calientes. The worst part is when we were waiting on our Uber before departing to the bus station. We had a bellhop approach my partner and I and ask to speak with us. The man rudely told my partner that we needed to leave because we were "exhausting our services" from charging our phones and waiting in the lobby for 25-30 mins. Three of our friends who are women joined us while we waited since we are all travel companions. They told my partner and I that we could stay in but our friends had to leave. My friends are Black and Latina and I am trying to figure out why they needed to leave in an EMPTY lobby where there was only 2 other people sitting. I have pictures to confirm the emptiness of the waiting area as well. I will never visit this place again and I cannot believe how horrible my experience was.

El desayuno no viene incluido con el maldito cuadro. Solo te ofrecen pan, té o jugo como desayuno gratuito. The damn breakfast doesn't come included with your reservation, they only offer toast, tea, or juice as your complementary breakfast. You have to pay extra if you want access to all the food. They don't even let you refill your damn cup, if you don't pay.

Great reception by staff. Bellboy and valet parker — Carlos — is great. Magnificent attention towards guests. Rooms are spacious. Cons: -Fridge is not a fridge, it's an electric cooler. -Had a guest smoke on the wrong floor (Noe took care of it). -Showerhead could be upgraded. -A bit noisy during morning commute.

LOCATION The Week Before Christmas 2016 The Staff and Management Bent Over Backwards and Saved Our Necks We had booked at Hotel Hacienda del Roble and when we arrived at it the man behind the front desk looked in a book and said we had no reservations — even though we had confirmed the reservation that very morning before we left Tlaquepaque. So we went on Google Maps and found Hotel Francia and walked to it — the area around Hotel Hacienda Roble was terrible and the hotel is on a noisy and dirty street so the longer we walked the happier we were that the man behind the front desk had lied to us. We got to the Hotel Francia and explained our predicament and the staff booked us in right away and we were shown to a small but comfortable and quiet room. And imagine our joy when we walked out of the hotel and right into the huge main plaza of Aguascalientes which was lit up like every child's Christmas fantasy — it is dazzling and made us feel like kids! And there were hundreds of children in this fairy-land playing and laughing and free and safe and all in a one-of-a-kind setting! Thank You Hotel Francia!

Room we have gives view to one of the main streets of the Centre, is on the 4th floor so that isn't very loud. Everything in the room works well. The personal ah been very friendly. The negative is that there is no parking lot, the truth don't know where parked our van. You also need a plug near the bed, because it is very far.
