An amazing Hotel the staff are overwhelmingly helpful they go out of their way to help us. Our room was fabulous stunning views Fabulous decor loving the fact all the lights blinds etc worked off an iPad free Wi-Fi also. Loved the Pool Butler bell for any pool, food and drink services. The attention to detail on everything. The food at the hotel is exceptional and the presentation of everything is superb. A great range of places to eat and drink. We would definitely stay here again very sad to be leaving.

Easily the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Unparalleled service, beautiful suites with every single accommodation you could dream of. The staff could not have been nicer. The only downside to my stay here is that it was too short.

From the name itself luxury flows. The very feel of it is extraordinary. Went in 360 restaurant from tea to brunch superb. The ambience is top notch. Beautiful memories.

This hotel is phenomenal. The service is FANTASTIC. @ every turn I was amazing but the hotel amenities, the varieties of restaurants and food but also the willingness of the hotel staff to accommodate the needs of a vegetarian and more simply their guests. Oh and let's not forget the rooftop bar! I applaud the team!

Wonderful place with ample parking but I am not sure what the heck the security checks in the cars. They say they check for explosives but I don't think they have any means to stop such people in case they intent to carry such items in their cars or bags or just like that. Place is good, food is fine but not so great. Presentation is good. Staff is helping. Nice, neat and clean place.

Another wonderful hotel property to be considered. It has been renovated recently and came out to be very very beautiful and attractive place to be booked. It is normally used mostly by foreign expatriates/embassies/and various government sector entities. There speciality is a ‘Kohinoor Room’ which is taken to another level of luxury and comfort. It lacks somewhere and somewhat in connectivity… but overall its a very very good option to opt.

Newly renovated hotel, great luxurious interior. Went to the Indian restaurant omnya. It had excellent food of slightly different variety than what we normally eat. The staff is courteous and tries to full fill all your wishes. Had some great home made gin cocktails.

Went for a dinner to 360 Degree Coffee shop which is an old time favorite. The ambience has become still better after renovation. The staff was extremely courteous which is an Oberoi characteristic for decades. The food was superb. Overall a Seven Star experience. As a Restaurant Expert Level 9 in Trip Advisor under the name of Manmeet42 I would rate it as the best coffee shop of Delhi. Congratulations to the management and staff. Need to hold a party now to see the banqueting. I am sure it will be class as per earlier tradition. I have been regular at hosting parties here which Priyanka will confirm. All the best.

Very nicely renovated Hotel Has a beautiful lobby, Newly Done Restaurant, renovated 360 degree restaurant, Banquets, And special attraction of Tree of Life. Great place for travellers. Always feel proud to be at The Oberoi's… This has a Super Wow Factor…

Poor service very expensive worst food for costly price… I wish I could have give rating below 1 star.

I give full points to the hotel for its renovated decor and ambience. I went to the terrace restaurant recently. Food is over priced, service is good. The terrace has a great view of the green forest belt behind the hotel. If nothing else the terrace restaurant is a must visit.

A well deserved 5 star for the services provided by the staff. Had attended a formal event and the services delivered were outstanding. Property is located at close proximity to all major city attractions.

Good Hotel. Recently refurbished completely. I don't know why the carpets in the corridor are kept old. Hotel has increased tariff substantially which is not justified. Anyway after 1-2 seasons they will come to reality.

The Oberoi hotel, geographical rich location of Delhi. Oberoi hotel group is one of the oldest group of hotels. Thy know the art of making hotels. This is a state of art property. Their three chic restaurants and bakery is very good.

Delhi Luxury Hotel has got even better after its complete revamp! The Oberoi was known for its hospitality ever since its inception and this place won’t disappoint you at all. You have lush greenery surrounding this hotel along with an adjacent golf course. All the restaurants in this hotel serves amazing food. I am sure a stay at this place will leave a memory of lifetime!

Brilliant. That is the only word to describe this place. Recently renovated, the rooms are smaller than I would have expected for the price, but lavishly appointed. Definitely the highlight is the service. I have stayed at many other wonderful hotels but this one is superior to them all. If you want yo feel incredibly special, stay here.

The Oberoi, do you really need the review for this? Anyway, amazing interiors. Beautiful washrooms. Lots of picture friendly places at the reception including a piano. This is the first time I saw a piano! You can play it if you know how to. Pleasant staff. Great food. We ate in the conference buffet. Highly recommended!

Renovated and opened after a considerable period. The wait was worth it. The decor is superlative, and tasteful. The food at 360 was very satisfying. A good afternoon spent.

Visited 360 for the first time after the hotel has reopened. The service left a lot to be desired. 1. Asked for a table by the windows. Was told that it would be ready in 10 minutes. It never did. I guess the matter was forgotten the very minute we sat at another table. 2. Had to ask for the drinks menu, it was not provided in the first instance. 3. Had to wave my arms couple of times to get attention of the waiters though only 3 tables for occupied and there were atleast 8 waiters at that point in time. The manager appeared to be more attentive than the waiters.

The reason of my disappointment is the sponsors — Forbes India and not the Hotel. We were invited by Forbes, at The Oberoi for an event. Atmosphere was great, everything was proper! But no clear information was provided about the proceedings — the Main programme, dinner timings and opening & closure of the bar. The biggest disappointment was the dinner!? No choices at all! You'll have to eat what was provided (it was Italian & only Italian), there was no display of food. You can only tell the waiter what you want. The only choice given was Veg or Non veg. So you are sitting on your seat waiting for a waiter and ask for a dish you know nothing about (all Italian) or you eat whatever he gets, and then wait for him till the next time he finds time for you (the food was nowhere displayed, it was being served directly from the kitchen) I am again clarifying this is neither against the Hotel not the Italian Food, it's only about the way it was organised by — Forbes India.

One of the Delhi's oldest and most amazing star hotels. After a major renovation it has become trendier. But luxury is the second best thing it offer, service is still the best among all its peers. They also focus on quality of the food.

Was expecting a totally different place. But did not like the new design of the lobby. Staff seems to be inexperienced. Food quality not up to the mark. The Oberoi before renovation was much better. The staff was excellent and food used to be awesome.

The building is absolutely new. The premises are very spacious and give a very open feel. It's nice and clean. The food is scrumptious and tasty. The staff is more than courteous. And the best part is that they have good parking systems. Can't find anything wrong.

The Oberoi opens after renovation has become young and energetic. The facilities and Luxury has taken a leap. The hotel has been beautified and the USP is the to let natural light glorify the property. The size of the rooms have been increased from 328 Sq feet to 350 Sq feet. The Famous 360 restaurant has increased its covers and space. Now you can see more of Delhi and the Lutyen in the Oberoi theme.

As I loved the old Oberoi, the expectations were very high. But it was not as expected.
It was the first day of its opening when I went there for dinner at the threesixty. The decor and the interiors were not so impressive. And talking about the service at the resturant it was very very slow and that to it was not fully occupied. And menu is also not that great, there are not too much options to choose from. It's a very limited menu. Earlier menu was must more vast.
One thing that I liked was circus9 the bar at the terrace, it had both indoor and outdoor sitting with good ambience and music.
Expected much more from the Oberoi New Delhi.

Classic luxury redefined! Newly renovated! Got a fabulous face lift and the hotel now has a central air purifier. Seeing the pollution level, sounds great! Must visit! Nice Staff always willing to help.

One of the oldest hotel in Delhi. Visited ball room for a event which is very small in size and it can not accommodate more than 100 people. Food is good!

One of the best hotels in Delhi. Courteous staff, great food, opulent rooms, great view from the rooftop restaurant, huge banquets and business centre.

We arrive at 3: 00 in the morning without a reservation, because the hotel booked on the internet (different story) did not exist. The hotel lie, saying he has only subsequently to 1000euros. We negotiate another finally available bedroom, 320euros, for only a few hours so (no commercial gesture hourly prorated).
We asked then to pay 500euros, explaining that the surplus money will be delivered within 8 days (all upscale hotels do this in India). 3 months later, still no money returned, and we were at a distance for us to repay these 200euros.
Even the room: well, but frankly, without more, I already have hotels of more less expensive classes. Avoid at all costs, without bad pun.

A great business and leisure hotel in the heart of Delhi. Had good capacity for hosting large business conferences. Rooms have excellent views of Delhi and had a large swimming pool.

The food at cafe, 360 degrees was just about okay in terms of taste. Guess catering predominantly to a Western clientele means lower spice levels. The ambience and service were excellent. True Oberoi standards.

Hotel only for the customer in every way since you enter the hotel only have attention, that Yes, always with discretion. Since the staff until the last employee, everything is perfect and when you go, if you need something from them, they are still there. Is good cleaning, food, rooms, room etc.

Last night I was there. Wow it having a great great service and facilities and overall cost is very good. This one is better than blue diamond pondycherry.
