Very good service … warm and welcoming staffs… had one of the best customer service experience with Mrs Isabelle. Miss Shaimaa… Mr Thierry… Mr Sajan… Mr Atish… and Mr Kevin… and all the other staffs were as accomodating… would surely recommend to go to the hotel again.

From the time we arrived after a very long flight everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Cheesna, guest relations quickly checked us in and explained everything (even arranged a celebratory cake for our 30th wedding anniversary). Brandon and Ashven made sure we were kept hydrated around the pool and beach — always with a smile and often with a joke. We had our free massage at the Spa and was so impressed we went again. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble The resort is clean and in a stunning location. The food was amazing (our one slight disappointment was the Paella restaurant — but you can't please everyone). The rooms are lovely and include the most amazing fluffy and snuggly pillows All in all a little bit of paradise. Well done Beachcomber Resorts.

Half way through our holiday at Shandrani which is a beautiful hotel. ALL the staff are so happy to help and go out of their way to make your holiday a happy one. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for families, couples and anyone wanting fantastic food, wine, cocktails and a truly memorable oceanfront beach hotel.

I went for my birthday, warm welcome by Hooshal, great room service by riyaaz, Alexei. The waterski team, Oliver and all the skippers were great. Patient to make me learn n practice waterski. Amazing experience for the 4th time at Shandrani and 6th time at a beachcomber hotel! Will definitely recommend 👌

Fabulous choice of restaurants, some exceptional staffwith great pool side service,, beautiful pools, a good gym, good tennis courts, a lovely spa, fantastic all inclusive option.

Absolutely love this place, the food, the service, everything is great!

I stayed at the Shandrani for a week in November. The place is beautiful and has a choice of 3 different beaches and a variety of restaurants. However the food is not the greatest especially if you vegetarian as I am where I had to give the chef at each restaurant advance notice as vegetarian options don’t really feature on their menus. Also they were experiencing issues with the hot water when I was there so at times I didn’t have hot water to shower with. The worst though were the skinny and sad stray dogs that roam the resort and are not fed food or water by the hotel so they drink pool or sea water to survive the heat and live off scraps from some kind hotel guests. That for me was the saddest to see that the hotel does not care to feed the dogs or find them suitable homes. Also most entertainment places in Mauritius like markets, bars and nightclubs are not open yet due to ongoing covid restrictions so not much to see or do outside the resorts.

Thank you to the hotel management and staff for your fantastic service and friendliness. You made our holiday the best ever with your impeccable attention and making us feel very special and welcome. Special thanks to Madame Florence, Exec chef Coopen, all the chefs who made my cooking experience so wonderful, Thierry, Oliver (boathouse), Rajen, (our room assistant) and all the hotel managers who gave us the best experience one can imagine at a hotel of this caliber.

We came to Mauritius for the first time not knowing what to expect, because some travel agents only want to sell you a package. When we arrived at Shandrani we were blown away by the welcoming of the staff. We could not of asked for a better hotel and we will return to this resort over and over. Friendly. Accommodating. Best service! thank you for making our holiday magical. Ps. Our 7 nights became 10 nights.

One of the best resorts to stay in Mauritius. Amazing view from most of the rooms, the food selection is good with an amazing breakfast buffet. Water sports included as it's all inclusive option. At night some live music to end up the day with some chilling songs.

Very nice location, close to the airport, beautiful resort, food nice in some restaurants in some average, resort has changed during last few years from more quiet and romantic place to more mass and family hotel resort. Staff is very helpfull but confusing system of various bookings etc. They do not share only one customer service/ profile system…

Just recently returned from Shandrani beachcomber. The resort itself was beautiful and the staff wonderful. There are 4 specialty restaurants but we loved Le Sirius which was delicious! The chef deserve 3 stars Michelin! The staff were so pleasant. Thank you manager Prem for your professionalism and kindness. We definitely look forward to coming here again. Thank you to all staff for this wonderful vacation.

To enhance the beauty of the stay. The staff welcomes with a genuine smile. You will get to see how proudly the staff like to provide their customer services by being approachable and taking care of our needs. Having a beach view is the best and can never get enough of it. There is a beach at the hotel with a bar and restaurant. The buffet is always worth the wait after a long day. Variety of delicious dishes and mouth-watering desserts. Can also enjoy all water adventures. How can you miss that? Enjoy!

It's a great hotel. He came back for the second time in 5 years, I'm happy with everything. The staff are very friendly. Water sports, golf, spa are all on the level. Recommend. There are very few Russians.

Great resort with 3 different beautiful beach options. Resort is all inclusive and the staff are really good. Make sure you book immediately for the a la carte restaurants as they are very popular and definitely nicer than the general free for all main restaurant, which to be fair had plenty good options and food. The resort has a couple pools at different areas of the resort. They are all close to the bar, a detail I really enjoyed, as you get poolside service. Trips out to snorkel are a must as the resort is situated at one of the better snorkeling locations. We stayed in a deluxe room which was clean and big. The resort is directly in the firing line of wet spells, as it will often suddenly rain for 10 minutes, and whilst this doesn't effect your enjoyment it makes the resort almost always permanently damp. The resort is close to the airport which is handy as your first or last stop on the island. We will surely be back.

This place is stunning! The food, accommodation and staff are all fantastic! This is our 3rd trip and I hope it won’t be the last! As far as teenagers are concerned, the Wi-Fi works in the room and on the beach nearest the room. The beach sellers are very friendly and do take ‘no’ for an answer. They are happy to stay for a chat but do not expect you to buy. We travelled with young adults and were able to get interconnecting rooms. The downside for some maybe the aircraft as you are only a 15 minute drive to the airport. This did not effect our stay.

We had a great 2 weeks in Mauritius. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is fabulous, with lots a variety. The pools are clean and there are lots of sunbeds to choose from. Would I go back, yes the place is fantastic but the journey is long. If you are a dog lover them take some dog treats and working tablets as the dogs there are friendly but shy. I fed them every day.

All staff are extremely friendly and happy. The all inclusive package is fantastic and the perks that come with are worth it. Food is good and you can get pretty much anything using the buffet and the other restaurants. The spa is the best spa I have ever seen or used in my life, the atmosphere and experience provided by staff is once in a lifetime. Mauritius is a beautiful country and the resort has a good connection with taxi services. After my 10 day stay I dont have any complaints that spring to mind.

Beautiful lagoon and views. Food was average and service at times disappointing. Overall very enjoyable.

Good resort with Lots of free activities like Gym, Tennis courts, Kayaking, Snorkeling, Aqua activities, and many more. Rooms are large and nice, air-conditioned, and each with a large balcony. Beautiful views from balconies in almost every room. 3 restaurants to eat within the resort, if you're all inclusive — you can eat at any of them. Food is good and changing every day. Service is nice but a little bit slow, they'll give you extra attention if you tip the waiters, even with small amounts of rupees, which is almost nothing compared to dollars or euros. Most hotel guests are french. Couples and families. Has 2 large pools with children mini-pools inside where everyone can relax. Also the resort is sureounded by around 5 beaches where you can relax as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to escape the routine and just relax for a week or two, specially that it's not over-priced like Maldives.

We were satisfied in this resort. Our wedding coordinator Raphael planned really amazing wedding on the beach for us, with romantic beach dinner for all our group of 16 people. Wedding day was phenomenal, no stress and simply beautiful. Thank you for that! Wild beach is amazing, all stuff was nice and kind! Food was OK. BUT: very slow service in restaurants (with waiting time 40-50 minutes to get lunch sometimes). They also offer sparkling wine from South Africa as a real champagne — you often get this when you order "Champagne". How this is possible?! This sounds like a scam for me and we were very dissapointed from this. Champagne is only one — the french champagne.

Amazing resort for friends, family or couple. A lot of water activities and brilliant pool for kids and adults. Wide selection of different great food in buffet. Amazing views from two different beaches. Rooms are big and cozy. One of the best resorts for the money you pay.

Very nice Hotel close to the airport. Even if the Hotel is already older, it will put a lot of time and effort in the care. There are a total of three wonderful varied beaches and two swimming Pools. The Restaurants are delicious and the staff very accommodating. The third stay, unfortunately, is just about over and, at any time, immediately.

All round great Location, near the airport, is no disadvantage, the food is to rave about and on the beach in the South, it is wonderfully quiet.

Hotel beautiful. The staff is remarkable. Our adjoining room with our daughter was great and overlooked the sea. The service is impeccable without being urgent. Staff is an extreme kindness always ready to help you.
The cuisine of different restaurant is very good and varied.
In short, we spent a fabulous week in hotel. You can easily access a range of sports (water skiing, golf, tennis (for lovers, the courses are lit), sailing, diving. )
No surprises.

Most amazing chilling holiday!

This will always be one of my favorite island resorts. The location is perfect and there are more than enough activities to chose from for day time fun. At night you can chose from numerous restaurants depending what your taste buds are in the mood for. The outside bar is where the fun is at and close to all amenities and most importantly the ocean and the pool. The staff are what makes the Shandrani special. If you want something with a bit of a vibe but also to relax if you chose then this is the place. Top, top service with a friendly smile and attitude.

Beautiful beaches; relaxing and quiet, as no PA music applications. Extensive sports offer, very friendly service staff; high quality of the food — hood level;.

Once the beachcomber launched the Beachcomber Nature Sports I was one in the selection member for this activity but I was on waiting list to be part of the team. But destiny change everything.
