Great hotel to discover, very beautiful and very knowledgeable staff.

I would recommend this great hotel as I had a great time there. Cocktail at the top breakfast.

A very confortable and big room with silent air conditioning. And a coffe machine with real coffe which a big plus is on my list. However, it ends here. Just like almost everything on the island it is way overpriced: about 70% above its quality. And for that money you receive a useless internet access. I have even mentioned I’d pay extra for a good connection but all I’ve received was a shrug. That’s how they lost 2 stars for me (I am on business here… meybe if it is holiday I’d rate differently the lack of connectivity).

Rooms are spacious, view is spectacular, really well positioned to the town, lovely restaurants and gym. Waterfront is a few meters infront of the hotel.

Nice Hotel for its very modern design, the rooms are very beautiful unfortunately there is no swimming pool.
It is not advisable to take a room on the street side since very noisy at night.

Menu Bistronomique Style "chef's surprise". We ask the waitress to confirm that the dishes of the surprise are not in the menu "Yes Yes, I promise"… bad pick. Especially since we asked for two different surprises, we find ourselves with two fish Tartars in appetizers and two Marlins.
The white wine is too cold and the red too fresh.
Apart from that the second waitress seemed to us more pro than the first and as regards the ambiance of the bistro, nice but do not be afraid to be confined!
I recommend half word.

Hotel design and very well in the heart of Fort de France. Clean and well decorated I advise you. Good breakfast and terrace with sea view. Very friendly reception and very suitable rates for the services. The basic room is roughly 200 euros.

Hotel design Super setting, the hotel's restaurant is on top, magnificent view of Fort de France. The meal is delicious…

No running water for up to 4 hours each morning. Breakfast buffet ran out of coffee and espresso. With no running water, the staff stopped filling the coffee machines with bottled water and gave up. It's beautiful inside, once you find the entrance, which is tucked away in an office complex. We were disappointed and left 2 days early.

The hotel is a modern property, located in the center of the city. There are many shops, markets and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast has a wide selection of savory pastries and fruit. The only drawback is that it has neither a beach access nor a swimming pool nor a solarium. So if you want to go to the sea, you have to take a vehicle that allows you to move. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel located opposite the ferry terminals in the central area of for de France. The hotel has been completely refurbished in 2016 and has a modern and welcoming ambience. Definitely suitable for business trips rather than for a holiday stay.

Price of the dishes high but it's worth putting a little more expensive because very succulent.
Bar located on the 2nd floor as well as restaurant in the Simon tower which makes hotel at the same time.

Hotel is new and fresh. Well maintained thus far. Guest relations is good as the staff were very responsive.

Hotel entrance is a little confused at the beginning. You have to come in through the lobby in the 2nd floor and use another elevator to reach the rooms. The restaurant is good. At lunch time they offer a sort of menu or configurations like "main course+dessert+coffee". Good option! The room was great. Nice view. Very modern concept. It is a place I would come back. The only thing I did not like at all was that I was not able to pay in cash because they "did not have change". Unbelievable!

This is a new hotel right in downtown Ft d France, within walking distance to the markets, downtown shops and restaurants, cruise ship terminal, etc… Very clean, nice rooms with all the amenities. Friendly staff. Prices are almost too high, charging top end rates but really only a three star at best. But it is probably the best place to stay in Ft d France… The food in the restaurant and bar is horrible; way overpriced, way over to the point of ridiculous, for what you get. (go downtown to eat and drink) Buffet breakfast is poor, very little selection and very little on the food table, bins are not replenished quickly, not worth it for what you pay. Parking garage is a total nightmare to get into, yes pay parking but it is very difficult to get the gates to open, very frustrating.

I love this hotel for its proximity and its functionality whether for a business or leisure tourism. This is a very nice hotel … which I recommend to all for its excellent welcome.

Wife stayed here in sept/oct 2016 while I was in hospital. She says it was still under construction.
