Super… bartender waitress Nice home 10/10… 5 ☆ for them… the only downside the pool water too cold… clean Rooms 5 ☆

Hotel Valmenière has comfortable rooms. Free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and is accessible from 6:00 am. The location of the hotel is a few minutes from the airport, Fort de France and the industrial and commercial areas. The highway runs past the hotel. The restaurant Le Dôme is located on the 8th. Decent gourmet meal, super fast service.

Overly expensive restaurant and dated rooms. Ok staff, restaurant staff not the best.

Over price, poor 3 star if that. One redeeming feature was the helpful front desk staff.

Not a bad place but some rooms are very road noisy.

Great location, the rooms are very clean, well ventilated, and well equipped.
The dinner was very good, I had a good time, pool, Jacuzzi, everything was fine. I would return without hesitation, breakfast hmmmmmmmmmmm! We don't have to miss this.

A much welcome refuge following an emergency hospital stay. The staff very welcoming and supportive but after a few days you realise that the hotel offers very little to it's guests. The food is mediocre and monotous and extremely expensive in comparison to UK prices. There is no shop or bar/coffee facilities during the day and the position of the hotel requires you to take a taxi whenever you go out. The rooms are a good size but very dated and the tea/coffee making facilities can go days without tea or coffee. The roof garden is nice for sunbathing but the motorway noise is loud. There is an infinity pool which is charming, but rather cramped within the restaurant/bar facilities. In conclusion I would not recommend and would advise to look for a hotel nearer the harbour where it is flat and easier to access the sites.

Very nice and accommodating staff at the front desk. Nice restaurant and dance club on the top floor. Also a good Vietnamese restaurant 700m down the hill.

Hotel OK, but beware impossible to go to the City Center on foot. Obliged to take a car or a taxi. Surprising view on the 8th floor on Fort de France but also on an industrial area.

The most of it is really the view of the restaurant and the infinity pool on the 8th floor.
We have an exceptional view of Fort de France.
The restaurant is very good, the rooms and the interior décor are nothing exceptional (need refreshment).
Especially for business customers, it is far from the Center on foot…

It's a very expensive hotel close to the airport and the main road. The island is amazing, but there is no beautiful places around. The room is big but the bed needs to be replaced. There are better hotels in the island for the same price. The room service is very expensive. The hotel doesn't provide even a single bottle of water.

Overpriced for the conditions offered.

Exceptional Jaccusi at the 8th floor with cocktails. The pool in front of the bar is just magical.

Beautiful, hot tub, pool, rooms, just a bit noisy as soon as access to the. Logical view of his situation.

We came in big family under reservation we were served quickly, levels of taste we it all feasted, only downside to was the time to pay the Bill due to a computer problem.

Great memories, nice room appreciated after a stay in spartan conditions.

Level hospitality, I don't know, but the restaurant and the terrace are at the top! : D.
