Great location for carnival.

Deplorable customer service, non-existent bookings followed and staff unaffected!

Had a great experience there lookin forward to seeing you guys soon.

Emplacement: One of the best location downtown the Capital of Fort de France to appreciate a maximum activities of the island particularly when on business travel. Perfect for Bleisure! and the Team is very competent for either Accomodation or catering or the Bar. All in historical building.

First visit and I was pleasantly surprised. Old world vibe, efficient well appointed rooms and an extremely convenient location in Fort de France.

As a whole unsatisfactory. A breakfast, which leaves much to be desired. All the more that there is a kind of curfew. To avoid the outflows of late.

Clean, pleasant staff, city centre, well equipped room. Great value overall. No complains at all.

The night staff do not speak English. However, with a French speaker in our group this obstacle was easily overcome. Yet they still managed to not find our reservations, take twenty minutes to check each person in and overcharge most of us. When I got to the room, the toilet and the shower were clogged. Other than that, no complaints. Breakfast was decent.

The room is small. My bathroom was not very clean suddenly there were smells. The windows are opaque and open very little. Positive Point the restaurant is excellent. Attention to the noise of a locust if you give behind.

If you like old world charm you'll like it too.

The restaurant is a place has keep very good table. Good selection of wines.

We did not have reservations but it early evening and not a problem. The menu is limited but the chef states that all ingredients are fresh. The food is very good and the service is excellent. Prices are moderate.

Very old hotel which has been partly renovated. Furniture is very old-fashioned. AC in the room and there are things to make your own tea and coffee. Some staff members are not very friendly. Stayed there twice. Once they totally forgot to give us towels. I didn't try the so-called free Wi-Fi or tv. Bed was comfortable. Nice view on the Savannah park (not an actual Savannah, it's just the name of the park).

I will not recommend it takes place.
We moved into a bar with my husband and children and waited for more than 20 minutes. After we left requests the card for a drink and we asked with courtesy if it was possible to empty the table and clean it. And the surprise, the waitress informs us to RID and we tend to wipe everything, the joke… After that I ask the toilet for my daughter and she answers me setly you are customers, "I inform that we are customers who have been waiting for more than 40 minutes and who we asked to clean our site". My husband is angry, we left without consuming and will not retain this place and do not advise NN more. Pity that at Fort de France, there are bars of kind not welcoming.
I note that I do not put any Star of satisfaction only to publish our mecontentement.

The atmosphere is not very pleasant We cross the martinican intellectuals at the hotel bar. But smell of cold tobacco to vomit in my room. It is astounding that the establishment is still not a non-smoker!

Nice room with view of park. Good restaurant. Bar downstairs with good local flavor. And polite people working there. We would go again.

Sitting on the terrace waiting kindly for the waitress whose name I won't name very unpleasant ends her. Conversation. What do you want her to say? Good evening is optional and tone is best to laugh at. 2 bailey please. What does she say? Whisky cream. Ah well ah yes as it does not sell there are more. Ok. We can have two glasses of champagne please. I'm not going to open a big bottle for two cups. Well, I say congratulations. Great. Then a friend calls the same day to book a room. It is still she who answers all the rooms are taken. My friend will book on the internet as by chance the rooms are available. Arriving on site she said she booked a room in the name of … this lady tells him ah well I see nothing. By insisting my friend tells him here is the confirmation by email. This lady ah yes it just happened. For pity's sake retirement is not far away for her no. Customers disturb the imperator. It's the guests who run the hotel no. Finally I'll say zero points. This lady of the me thoroughly.

It's in the center of everything and walk to most things, but the night shift staff is really not helpful. Good for short stay. There was a roach and hair on our bathroom ; (

Old building, smell as old wood, small rooms and no signal on TV. But the plaza in front is nice, and nice ambience outside and nightlife.

Many locals visited the sidewalk open air bar and being a cross from the park where there was so much activity and celebration added a special touch to our stay. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with a wonderful balcony looking over the park. La Josephine restaurant provided wonderful continental breakfast and dinner that was very Caribbean and French.

A simple standard hotel which seems to be unmanaged. The owner probably a French and does not trust in local crew. How is almost non friendly, simple lay when you asked after Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is not working! It is easier to say, then the password.

The bar in a Colonial style is very nice and refreshing, thanks to an iron that allows you to let in a light wind. A good service ;)

Hotel which is an institution within the Martinique and a refined cuisine and original dishes and flavours of the country!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of FDF. Very European feel just steps from a ferry to take you to great beaches. The hotel is a bit noisy at times and the rooms cozy but what do you expect from a building that old? The staff are great and very helpful.

At the heart of the city. Beautiful architecture, close to the beach and public transport.

Poor service. Toilet too close to sink and wall. Wi-Fi not as free as advertised.

Beautiful hotel in the colonial style! Recommendation!
