Great food and although not at the sea everything is really close. Simon the manager will make sure you have a good deal and service. The rooms are spasious and clean, but not over the top.

Friendly service. Amenities can be better though… but if you are saving your money for wine and food this place is fine.

Located in Qawra, very well connected to all the resorts of Malta.
Good and hearty breakfast, good buffet restaurant priced at 10 euros, very affordable.
Beautiful outdoor pool.
Rooms: large, equipped with perfect Wi-Fi air conditioning table chairs, empty bar fridge, comfortable bathroom mattress even with bidet (only in very few rooms)
Towels not changed daily.
good services for tours or cruises and taxi-rolled.

Hotel is very dated, we were b&b so expected to have at least a microwave, sink crockery e. Ct but nothing. The breakfast was very limited in choice, and you only have a tea plate to put your bit of bacon, fat soaked egg and frankfurter sausage, oh and sorry forgot the dry but of bread. The indoor pool is very small and very dirty. The out door pool didn't have the filters going so you swam with flys instead of dolphins, nasty,. I think you can guess how disappointed we were from this review. So don't think I need to say any more. Other than just don't go there. I've been to 3stars that are better than this.

It was a great stay at Il Palazzin, the view from the room was nice, and the staff is very kind and accomodating. I recommend!

Infinitely better than the Waterfront Hotel on the Strand but they were booked on the 2nd half of my trip. Excellent food. Great service and trustworthy pleasant helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. I'd definitely stay here again. Beds are a bit hard though.

Stay April 2018. Very good value for this Maltese hotel. Difficult to find better in this price range. Allow 3/4 hours of bus to get to Valletta but its central position on this small island finally makes it possible to go everywhere with reasonable timings. A 5-minute walk from the bus station makes it easy to get to the 4 corners of the island. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony with a sea view for the most part (although they are presented as having only a pool view more than half will allow you to see the sea! ). Continental breakfasts more than acceptable for the price. Restaurant to avoid in the evening. Friendly staff and small care (not evident in Malta). Outdoor pool and small indoor heated pool. I highly recommend for people looking in this price range. Those who want to spend more will certainly find better… the others: Go ahead with your eyes closed…

Booked our room in advance in February… We got a bigger room for free… nice clean room with a balcony Insanely good breakfast bife taht was included in the price of the room… Will stay here again.

Not bad but does not deserve at all its 4 stars… Worth 2. Everything was clean and OK without more. The beds are horribly hard, the furniture and the bathroom dated. Breakfast finishes a little early but lots of choice. Very nice balcony, nice terrace and pool. Absolutely charming staff! Especially the "nightmanagers";)

Very cozy Hotel, slightly focused compared to the waterfront, but with spacious and cozy rooms. Lunch and dinner are buffet but the quality of the food is great.

A decent place for a holiday. Clean rooms and quite nice breakfast with some options. Not 5* hotel but good for someone who is not seeking for luxoury.

Our room was large with balcony facing towards the sea. It was okay with cleanliness but could have been better. We didn't bother. The TV is relatively small 24/28 inches approx. In the room there was a refrigerator and a good modern air conditioning. The pool outside is home to some leaves and is cold. Probably both seasonal (since November). The pool inside (up in 6. Floor) is designed for a maximum of 7 people and is rather of poor quality. It is actually outside, but it has been rebuilt by a provisional arrangement. The breakfast is kept relatively English but still restricted for vegetarians and healthy living people. Yogurt with fruit, eggs and croissants with cheese always go. The receptionist was very nice and also gave us tips for excursions.
The toilet flushing works rather unreliable and the WLAN also has its connection problems in the evening. However, it was always possible to watch movies on Netflix.
In the hallway (on the 5th floor) and also in one of the two elevators it has often smelled of cigarette smoke.
The location of the hotel is quite good. The Qawra and Buggiba Bay stops are close by. From there you can get there almost everywhere.

Excellent value for money staff very friendly. Small flat the reservation of the shuttle airport to the return…

Only stayed here for 1 night, but it was clean and tidy, modern rooms, food was really good and hotel and meals were reasonably priced.

Great value for money booked direct. Room spotless and quite spacious, bathroom great but some might be a bit old. New mattresses but some might find hard — we thought them great. Good breakfast. Local area around hotel has some empty buildings but feels safe. Easy walking to Bugibba bus station and 15 euros will get you a taxi to Riviera/Golden bay. Great personnel. Very good, quiet base for a Malta holiday.

A classic 4 star hotel, we enjoyed our stay. The room gave on to the street and did have a sea view, in between the other buildings. The breakfast buffet was good and each day there was some varity.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It is close to the bus stop and the promenade. Quiet hotel with spacious and clean rooms.

Quite a decent hotel, clean room. The pool could have been a bit cleaner, but was okay. Staff is friendly, but they clearly get a commission on the tourist activities they sell. When asked how to get somewhere, they'll explain first and say it will take you long, trying to sell bus/boat trips from the hotel.

The rooms are cozy and clean. It offers a great international breakfast and included there is also the pool and the prices are quite contained. A great hotel in Malta!

Rely clean & quit, pool at ground floor can do with more sun beds lol, one small indoor pool & sauna on the roof, only 10 minits walk from Qawra rock beach or 20 minits walk from Bugibba or you always can use public transport.

This is a great little hotel. The sea view room was lovely. The staff were kind and helpful and sorted out a blown lightbulb in the bathroom almost immediately. The breakfast was good although the plates were a little small. The pool outside was a nice suntrap, however, a few of the sunbeds could do with repairing. All in all, a little gem. Would definitely stay again.

For Malta's standart — very good hotel. Nice and big rooms, good view, swimming pool and very good breakfast. We stayed there for 7 nights and we are happy with the service. Every day excellent cleaning of the room, terrace and bathroom. Free coffee and tea in the room + fridge. Recommended :)

It is not four stars as we mean it in Italy, however it is cozy, very clean and the staff is very kind and helpful, the décor of the rooms is a bit dated but well maintained and the rooms (at least the one I had on the fifth floor) very spacious, dinner buffet With good choice and well cooked, typically a first three second meat/fish many contours and sweet.
It has an outdoor pool and a micro indoor pool located on the sixth floor, it is very small but fantastic for a half hour of relaxation.
It is not directly on the sea but very close to the centre of Bugibba 5 minutes from the Luzzu stop and 10 from the Bugibba bus terminal where you will find the buses to reach almost every part of the island.
Recommended for those who want to visit the island and look for a point of support with great value for money.

Too bad there is a building under construction right in front of the windows, otherwise it is very well maintained, it eats well, and the staff is very friendly.

We love this hotel and stay twice a year. The staff are great, really helpful, it is really clean and comfortable.

Clean hotel, sea view only if you stay from 3 to 5 floor, good food, very poor internet. A building is in construction in front of the hotel, making noise too early. O_o.

What nice Hotel. We had an enjoyable two weeks there, clean, good size room, serviced daily and a fridge. A thing we like to see on the beds, are protectors on mattress and pillow, not many Hotels in Malta have these. The staff are lovely always ready to help. We will be back. I've been a week in Malta at the hotel Il Palazzin and I received a really nice treat. The staff is friendly, personable and friendly, especially Simon, Roselyn and Ivan. If you need anything you can contact them and Find the right solution for you!. The value for/prezzo is great; just the food leaves something to be desired because it is a mix of English and maltese cuisine but for us Italians it is an issue everywhere we go. And meal times.
