Reviews of Hub apartment
My partner and I booked a room at Hub Apartments in October 2020. The photos and reviews were very good, so we decided to book a room there. It started already complicated because you had to pick up the keys for the room at the reception of another hotel a few kilometers away. So we had to drive back and forth to get the keys in the first place. When we entered the room we were in shock. Mold all around the windows in the room and bathroom, dirty bed linen (red spots in the sheets, looked like blood), stains in the towels, large stains on the couch and strange long hair on the floor. No matter where you looked, there were stains and dirt everywhere. We called the reception desk directly and told them about the condition of the room. However, we met with incomprehension and left the room immediately and looked for another hotel because we were disgusted. Hub Apartments did not meet us halfway and insisted on not refunding any costs or meeting us in any other way. If you want to have a nice vacation and don't want any nasty surprises, we advise you not to book this hotel.
Tiny bathroom. Ask for 2nd floor and up. But the room is very good and modern.
Very good studio apartments, meeting all necessities during one's trip.
