Pleasant small hotel in a lovely setting on Xlendi Waterfront. Friendly and efficient service. Very good food served well in restaurant.

The place is beautiful the hotel is located directly on the water there are several bathing facilities and a wide selection of restaurants the hotel is simply furnished but very clean to use the hotel as a starting point to explore this beautiful island it is optimal.

Welcoming and professional staff.
Room comfortable and without excess.
Breakfast is varied but not excessive.
However, it would be useful to have a second juice and coffee dispenser.
Its proximity to the St Andrews dive centre makes it an ideal residence for divers.

A lovely Hotel and the rooms with a view are worth the extra cost. The breakfast was great too. The young lady at reception was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us with the Hop On Bus ticket we bought on the Ferry. Would recommend St Andrea Hotel.

Pros -Nice sea view from the room (€26extra) -very Friendly staff Cons -Extremely small dated room and bathroom w bath. -Found hair in bathroom and on bed from previous guests. -Some towels were not clean. -Bed sheets stained. -Breakfast can be improved. -Gun shots from nearby hunters from early morning Overall hotel is overrated For the price paid it's definitely not worth it to come again.

We ate in the restaurant, the waiting staff were very attentive, the wine so good and the food was just stunning.

Because welcoming and then the restaurant offers excellent local and Italian cuisine…

A nice and quiet hotel with a good choice of plates at the restaurant.

Am currently staying here. It is a 3 star hotel with many positives. The rooms are very clean, the staff are friendly and work hard. It is positioned with views over the beautiful bay. However, having stayed in many similar hotels, the San Andrea is missing a few basics… namely tea/coffee making facilities in your room, complimentary bottled water each day… or at the very least a mini fridge in the room in which to keep your own purchased water!? The cleaners are mostly friendly, however don't expect clean towels and bedding each day. The rooms do have air conditioning but it is noisy and temperamental, and "sun loungers" are advertised on the roof terrace, but there are only 3 and they have seen better days.

Helpful staff, the view is fantastic, very relaxing.

Nice staff, rooms are nice. We had a sea view room, it had a beautiful view. The breakfast however is only cereals and breads and yoghurts etc. The hot breakfast (English breakfast) is not included in the bed and breakfast of the hotel.
