An amazing place, perfect environment for couples and families. The wonderful, close, friendly staff… they really make you feel like one of the family. All the treatment was exceptional from the first moment you arrive at the Male airport until the moment you return, EVERYTHING PERFECT.

This is our first time in the Maldives. I love the island because you don’t feel overwhelmed by the number of guests and beach access has several options. I would prefer a full service beach so that limits my beach time. Service is great. If you’re looking for a quiet off-the-beat experience, it’s worth the trip. It’s an older resort so some amenities are a bit dated and worn but the staff is responsive to any service issues.

L spent a whole day in this dreaming resort with my wife. I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Food was delicious specially the salads. It's yummy 😋 beach was super cool with crystal clear blue water. And the birds are chirping and resting in the white sand. Staff of this resort are very helpful and friendly. It's amazing to see lots of Bangladeshi peoples working there. Experienced a lifetime memory from this beautiful resort.

Absolutely beautiful island only 15 minutes away from Male airport. I had spent 3 nights in this paradise. I stayed in over water villa with pool all alone :) ) I absolutely enjoyed it. It is self love and therapy. Highly recommended! Special thanks to my butler Mano for all the arrangements. It is amazing having a butler! As first timer :) ) Hope to see you all again!

The place is perfect. The bungalows were spacious and amazing with all its details. Deepu our butler was really helpful and nice. The Japanese restaurant (Kitajima) was excellent, both Nalaka and Janaka did great job to make our experience even better. Overall it was a perfect experience and well days spent.

Everything was the best, the cleanliness of the place, splendor of the landscape with great hotel design and especially “Manu” who did his job well and helped us throughout the trip❤️

We stayed for 8 days at this lovely resort. Since arrival we were taken care of by the helpful staff. Check in was quick and all our bags and shoes were sanitized. A lot of care is taken by staff to make sure all Covid protocols are adhered to. A special thank you to Deepu that was our personal butler during our stay. He really made sure that our every need was catered for and was super helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. The food was amazing, compliments to all the chefs that makes sure that every need is catered for. So many options daily to choose from and you definitely won’t go hungry. I definitely rate the food 5 stars, best we have had so far on a holiday. Nalakar that served us during the meals went out of his way to make sure that we are happy and is a superb waiter paying attention to detail. He also made us try items we would not have tried if he didn’t persuade us. And we are so glad we did! We had the best time and enjoyed getting to know the staff members, especially during this difficult time with Covid as some haven’t seen their families for a long time. Despite this all they still give their best and are very proud of the job they do. I can definitely recommend this resort, you won’t be disappointed at all. One of best locations for honeymooners and married couples. However in the pandemic, Maldives were probably the first and only country to stay open, making it a go-to destination for people of all classes and age groups alike.
The ocean villas are superb, reeks of premiumness and luxury. They have great beaches, awesome resort staff, foreign tourists flicking the place everywhere.
Food is decent, if you are going for buffet, it's for cost concious people. They have seafood varieties like tunafish for breakfast, lunch and dinner. :P
Resort has facilities for water activities, all adventurous souls out there need not worry a bit.

I went to this private island for a day trip. It is worth the price I pay. They served delicious food during lunch buffet, I enjoyed the snorkeling & pool very much. The view of the whole island was stunning. It is true been said as a paradise on earth.

From the moment we stepped into the resort, it really felt like paradise. The view was simply mesmerising and the sunset view water villa with plunge pool were fantastic. We were welcomed to the lounge by our butler, Jins, with welcome drinks, and gave us an orientation on the resort facilities, activities, etc. Throughout our stay there, Jins would always take care and responded promptly to our needs. We felt like kings and queens. Food was great, as they served different se…t meals everyday for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Omg!, it was indeed a fine dining experience, with the way all the meals were been prepared and served. We tried Japanese food once and it was nice too. Also, canapes and nightly chocolates were served too. We were never hungry or thirsty. We truly enjoyed our stay there. Room and view are excellent, most staff are friendly and kind but I had a depressing experience in souvenir shop. The price between staff told and checkout counter are different and the keeper didn’t let us to give up the postcards we selected. We should have the right to keep the price we accept or have the right not to buy. It was the only stain during this visit. It was not fair to judge the whole journey by one “accident” but it did affect our emotion. Overall it is a great place for vacation.

Beautiful place with bit old room, renovation required. Nonetheless we enjoy the stay. Very friendly staff, excellent service. The Water Villa was perfect with best view and they also have beautiful sunset in the afternoon.

Positives: Amazing views, excellent staff throughout the resort, cleaning multiple times per day. Negatives: limited set menu for the all inclusive package, lots of ants in the room, private sunrise villa with pool are not so private (the villa is facing the island, the city & a construction site) ocean bed filled with sharp rocks. Water sports very expensive.

Paid a visit to this gorgeous resort and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Everything looks picturesque, food is great, place is serene and most importantly, service is terrific. Would definitely recommend it to anyone else paying a visit to Maldives.

I spent here for 4 days, all inclusive meal plan. The resort was just 15 minutes speed boat from Male with all ocean villa with pool. The location was convenience and you can go down to the sea directly from your villa. Peoples can enjoy their holiday with fish by facing to the Indian Ocean. However, the ocean current was quite strong all the time and not for beginners' to do snorkelling here. But you can still have better experience by snorkelling at the coral reef where a couple minutes walk to the beach near the diving site. But the water was not so clear as my expectation and if you want to see live coral, may be here is not the place to go. Food was the most disappointed point for me, choice was not much and no matter lamb or beef, the meat was well done if you don't give any cooking instructions. The waiter will not ask you how to cooking for the meat also. General speaking, this resort is good for peoples' killing their time with very competitive rate with pool ocean villa. Butlers and staff are good and warm and always can fulfill all your needs. But if you have higher expectation for water activities, you should choose the bigger resort or the farther resort by seaplane.

A good resort to enjoy. Unfortunately, drone is not allowed : (but the view may impress you so much. You can enjoy day trip if doesn't want to stay here. Trough day trip you'll got free drink all day long, alcohol drinks are included, also shark feeding and explore all places except the bungalow. If possible they will allow you to enjoy a bungalow up to 2pm. Also buffet luch with lot of menu, local food and western food. You may enjoy your day then!

We stayed here in the honeymoon room in June 2018, the environment is beautiful, our room boy Hussain is very good, let us have the perfect room every day, Is a wonderful trip, a beautiful island.

For this price, of course, people want more. But would not bet 2, the hotel is nice, very close to about 15-20 minutes by speedboat from the airport pier, were greeted with drinks in the restaurant, made a visit, taken on a small car to distant water villas. Water villas overlooking the ocean, quietness and seclusion, swim in fact there is where, although not as convenient as on some other islands, the truth of the island is very small, and to get bored faster than a week can easily, and the food and service really leave wanting Better. Weather in August from 3 weeks 3 days continuous rain.
Restaurant.
In August 2016 for dinner from possible 4 sets 3 were with spicy dishes, although preliminary clarified there is no sharp in them, each time the waiter said that everything is OK, and each time had to change to a new set, in the end, plus that one evening all sets Tried, but everything changed with the face, as if not we paid for it. But, apart from the sharp, everything was delicious. The dishes are small.
Room.
Nice, big, on the west Side, evening beautiful sunset. The room itself 902 is not very new, but there is a small pool on the terrace overlooking the ocean, its own descent to the water, the terrace is fenced off from the neighbours, the bathroom has a transparent floor, the bathroom is an open-air hot tub.

Beautiful landscape with turquoise green water. Nice spread in buffet lunch and dinner. Location of pool is brilliant. They have 2 bars with most of the brands of alcohol and both have great views.

The experience in Maldives has been excellent thanks to this hotel. I remember from the first moment the attention, we were picked up quickly at the airport of Male, and in 15 minutes by boat we were already on our island (for short stays like ours it was ideal to avoid long trips).
Despite being so close to the airport we were not disturbed by the planes at any time. And the sunset rooms hit just the other side, so you couldn't see the city, but other islands farther away.
Once we got to the island, we gave the paperwork and they took us to a room to rest and have a drink, while they prepared the paperwork for check in, it was very quick and enjoyable. We always had a personal attendant with us who cared a lot for our stay to be perfect.
The food was frankly good, especially in the main restaurant where there is no buffet, but several proposals in a letter where you can choose, all in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere as there are barely 50 rooms.
The water was completely crystalline, with many fish and in some moments small sharks were allowed to see (without any danger).
The room is one of the key pieces of this hotel. It is very complete with Jacuzzi, bathroom with a glass floor to see the sea and fish, private pool and access to the sea. And spectacular views especially at dusk.
Actually, the closest thing to paradise.

What a great property. Really enjoyed my stay here in one of the sunset water-villas, the view was breathtakingly amazing. The service was also good. The staff really friendly! Right outside our room we could catch a glance of the famous marine life.

Don't come to the full day excursion at the Resort.
It is of lower quality than 4 * Adaaran. We spent the day at each Resort and found ourselves in Fordo with that make a marked difference between the. Guest and who comes to visit (a face visit of 80 dollars per Person) The beach is less beautiful than the resort 4 *, there are 2 bars, only accessed one, there is a buffet with little variety and 9 am to 12.30. There are no food types. We didn't like it to spend the day.

Gorgeous & exclusive place with really awesome snorkeling right outside your ocean villa. The meals are served to you & it is not a buffet style. This is all good if you're not too fussy about having a range of food options. The rooms are spacious & of Japanese style, which I don't quite fancy because of the low tables & types of Jap inspired doors, & I felt several things could have been left out. I felt that the service of the butler was not as prompt as what we earlier had experienced at Adaaran Prestige Ocean Villas. Having said that, there is still still good & courteous service provided.

It is just too perfect. The view is amazing. The room is so comfortable and clean. The bathroom is sooooo awesome. Thank you Adaaran for the amazing service. We will be back.

Amazing views, amazing island, clean and spacious rooms. Speed boat ride to the island was only 15 minutes, however you do have to wait for other parties to arrive (we waited about 30 minutes). The welcome was nice and we received a tour of the island and welcome drink that were delicious (best iced tea ever! ). We paid for the “All inclusive“ package. All food and drinks at the bars and restaurants were free, however you do have to pay for food/ drinks if you want them delivered to your room (including your mini bar in your fridge). The restaurants and bars are close to the rooms so its not a huge deal, just a slight inconvenience. If you talk with your Bulter they will try their best to accommodate all your needs. You can only order off the select decadent menu for breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Great menu, but for picky eaters you might have problems. However the waiters were very helpful in helping me find something I would like (Alfredo sauce and noodle :) ) Cleaning services were excellent. The snorkeling we experienced right off the steps of our bungalow were some of the best we've seen in the world!

This hotel is a dream come true. So beautiful! The Water villas are simply amazing with a gorgeous sight of the turquoise Water and allí the fishes and baby sharks. The staff IS really nice and they are always there to help you. I Will Come back for sure!

Vaadoo is a paradise on earth. The stilts are beautiful with a shower, a Jacuzzi tub. It is an intimate place for couples but also for friends. The water is hot, we have direct access to the sea. The bed is comfortable, it's super clean, it's quiet. The employees are super polite and always at our service they are super friendly. Gold people. It's an experience to do once in a lifetime.

The room is very relaxing. The staffs are amazing. It's worth a visit. If it a once in a life time experience kick it off to your bucket list, no regrets all worth it. One day I will visit again to pamper myself its serine. Amazing amazing experience.

An amazing resort and a mind blowing location. It has all the modern amenities one can ask for. You can take a speed boat transfer to the island. It is around 20 minutes away from Maafushi. It has beautiful beach house and beach Villa's. Good is Continental and tastes good. Staff is very friendly and with an open bar with unlimited drinks. Overall it's been an exotic experience.

The beach is just wonderful. We spent the day there and had lunch. The lunch was good. Many choices and u can also have an unlimited drinks but don't expect everything u want. Only wine some vodka and whisky otherwise u have all the juices and sodas. The staff is very nice and friendly. I think it's a very nice place to stay for a day or 2 but the island is so small that I can't spend there more than 2 days.

We stayed at a Sunset Water Villa in February 2018 with the all inclusive package for 3 nights. It was a fabulous experience. The only improvement I would recommend is in the food department. It is very adequate but nothing exceptional and not suitable for certain palates.

Hello. The place can be called a paradise corner. The restaurant is great, the service is top notch, the rooms are spacious, clean. Now the downside: on arrival in January was a strong wind and the ocean was not calm, very small pool in the villas, dilapidated design, the pool in the recreation area is also small and cold. And also there are no entertainment programs though in Maldives it is not present anywhere.

Very beautiful view, gorgeous underwater world for lovers of snorkeling. The staff is friendly, the island itself is small but cozy, there are several bars serving alcohol. All speak excellent English and even slightly in Russian (literally a few phrases, but it can help you)

We take part in a day trip here. There are beautiful water houses and sandy beaches, as well as a buffet lunch and an unlimited number of designated drinks. There are many colored fish in the deep-sea fault of the diving centre, and some of the fish in the water House's lagoon are smaller but relatively safe. There are some parts of the guest's privacy that day pass guests are not allowed to enter. The food tastes good and the staff are very friendly.

The structure is very beautiful. Cozy rooms with swimming pool and Jacuzzi, personal descent to the sea. Spotlessly clean. Romantic sunset. Diving and snorkelling were wonderful. Great food. Spa with great massages. Note of merit: attentive, kind, polite staff. BUT: It's a pity when external cruisers arrive, occupying the sunbeds, they were very noisy. In a place that makes quiet a strength. And I would pay attention to the sea, unfortunately there are waste that must be removed.

Stayed at one of the Sunrise villas for 2 Nights. Absolutely stunning views, every picture you take is a postcard pic. It's like living in the lap of luxury, Villas are designed very tastefully and immaculate in appearance. The personal Butler you are allocated takes care of all your needs. I recommend a fully inclusive package, which includes an array of drinks and food options on the menu. The small island resort has 2 bars, 1 Dinning, 1 Swimming pool and a souvenir shop. The sunset villa's face the ocean. The staff is very friendly. Especially Jins, Michelle, Ismail. Can't recommend highly enough.

I came to spend one night on the island for video shooting. Even I was here for work with the crew but spending time here has been pleasant experience. A chilling private island, according to a local, an island has a history as one of the very first built bungalow by the Japanese, so there's touches of Japanese style decorations, Japanese restaurant and spa. Quite a stunning marines natural scenery around the island, including coral diving and sand bank. The island is about 45 minutes ride on speed boat from Male, Velana airport. A peaceful island to spend spare time relaxing.

Just a 20 min boat ride away from Male, this place is paradise. A smaller, higher-end resort focused on the details. They only offer water villas which is a must do if you make it to the Maldives. Just out the back of your water villa is the reef with amazing snorkeling. I must mention the dining experience which is second to none. Our friend M. Rasheed "MO" delivered the best dining experience we have have ever experienced. Friendly staff and top shelf amenities made for a perfect getaway, from the grit and grind of life. A wonderful resort to stay at in Maldives. We were here for our honeymoon and they made it totally worth it. The best part is that it is only a 20-min boat ride away from Malé, the capital and main city of Maldives. The staff, our Butler, the room and the food were all amazing.

We chose this place for our honeymoon and we weren't even a bit disappointed. It's a great place with just this resort over the Vadoo island. We had the honeymoon villa which was the best decision. These villas are secluded from all the other activities on the villa with just a bridge connecting the villas to the island. So lots of private time. The room was amazing. It had an amazing and clear view of the Indian ocean with glass doors. The room has a plunge pool and a jacuzzi. Every room gets a Butler and ours, Reji, was awesome. He took care of everything we needed from food to activities booking. Reji was helpful and gave us sound advices on things to do during our stay. Also the house cleaning boy, Masood, was amazing. He decorated our room as a gift to us for our honeymoon with beautiful flowers. That totally made our stay worth. We had heavy dietary restrictions but we had amazing custom made food by the chef. He made sure we get variety in all 3 meals for all 5 days. The food was also wonderful. Overall, I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. Also, ask for Reji as your Butler and you'll not regret a moment spent there.

Perfect place except for Japanese restaurant Ocean, Room, Dining… everything will satisfy you.

Impressive. The honeymoon villas are amazing, allowing to do snorkeling just going stairs down from the villa. There is a Butler service for all your needs (such as reserving activities). The restaurant menu changes everyday and the food was really good. They assign you a waiter that really quick learn your preferences (at least in my case). The Japanese restaurant is average, nothing specially good. Diving point is OK, and the diving locations are amazing, but I guess that it is something that happens in the entire country.

Average resort, there are other resorts better…

Beautiful place and friendly staff.

I been there 5 year before, enjoy full view of the sea during breakfast and all setup by hotel perfectly. Nice Japanese staff, Nice food. I put all of my fish who get when I join the party for fishing in the eveving.

Actually we are still speechless! We strongly recommend this resort due to many reasons as an excellent hospitality, fine dining and all staff are very friendly.
