SHARING MY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THIS HOTEL Hello Filipino/Foreign Tourists :)
My wife and I stayed here for 3D3N and I wanna share to you our bad experience from this hotel.
1. Towels and bedsheets were not replaced for 3days — we knew because our towels were not even moved from where we placed those.
2. Water in the Toilet faucets/Shower had a bad smell.
3. Television were not working for our 3day stay. I asked the housekeeper to fix the television before going to our Day Trip but when we went back it is still not fixed.
4. The MAIN frontdesk receptionist is not accomodating.
5. In relation to During our 1st Free breakfast, he was talking to someone via phone call, then we asked for the menu, he just said that they have bread & butter and coffee. So on our 2nd Free breakfast, we were expecting the same menu, however, the other frontdesk Receptionist offered us an omelette which is regularly offered to all guests, but never did by the main frontdesk Receptionist.
6. "LAST BUT DEFINITELY NOT THE LEAST" My wife had an unexpected menstration on our last day and unfortunately, the 2 layered blankets (Old and used Blanket and bedding) had stains. Upon checkout, the Main Frontdesk Receptionist invited me to follow on our room only to point out the stain, I asked if we need to pay, they were asking us for unreasonable 250USD Payment for the blankets.
I was frustrated, disappointed, got mad and questioned them on that unreasonable price as it so obvious that they are so GREEDY because they know that we are tourists. We did not pay for 250 until they offered to pay 150USD but I still insisted that it was still unreasonable. Until they dropped the amount to 100USD. We paid the 100USD coz we need to go to the airport for our Departure.
Le Vieux Nice Inn and WHITE HARP inn are onwed by one person and might have the same policy.
for those who can read this, Look for other and better Inn/hotel in Maldives but NEVER Le Vieux and White harp.
