Staff in hotel incredibly unfriendly. Room infested with bed bugs. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Zero stars if I could. Disgusting hotel that u should avoid if you want sanity. They lie cheat and hold you to ransome thru inability to cancel after booking. Ask for more money on arrival in stealth taxes even though booking says all taxes paid. Room never cleaned in 1 week. Staff incompetent. Managers incompetent. Asked for info twice a day for over 1 week. Rooms dirty grimy. Air Con don't work No air fan in rooms. TV don't work in all hotel every room. Photo and services not reality. Price not that great either. Theft reported in this hotel many times many guests. Bihar thieves, Bengali thieves, rudest lazy staff I've seen in world travel. Thumping noise daily I'm room work site noise above your head in room. Drill. And hammer 24x7. A nightmare with no escape.

If it was possible to give zero starts, I would.

Terrible and rude staff, from the beginning to the end.
We booked via booking for a price, when we arrived there they said they couldn’t find it (even though I had the confirmation on the app). A couple of minutes after that, I received a mail from booking saying the hotel had cancelled the reservation, and they made us pay a higher price by cash to make a new reservation.
They put us in a room with barely any Wi-Fi service, and the air conditioning was not working. After complaining around 5 times, they agreed to switch the room, to one with a working air conditioning.
Anyways, terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
If you are not happy to work in tourism and receive well your guests, maybe you should change your business, instead of doing it bad like this.

I wouldn't give them any star, we had the worst experience ever 😞.
We booked a room for 1 night, we arrived late about mid night, everything was weird the entrance, reception the receptionist and the men behind the office.
Well we went there to check in, and the guy from reception asked us to pay again, we explain him that we already paid and proved him but he insists and we decide to leave.
At mid night we were looking for another accomodation.
I do not recommend it!

Terrible Experience at Off Day Inn Male.
I must express my utmost disappointment with the appalling treatment received during my recent stay at your establishment. Despite assurances of a reasonable daily rate and the option for a late check-out, the reality was far from satisfactory.
Upon arrival, I was blindsided by unexpected charges, completely contradicting the terms initially agreed upon. This blatant disregard for transparency and fairness left me feeling exploited and vulnerable.
In a distressing turn of events, I found myself in a situation where im no longer felt safe staying alone. This forced me to seek the company of a friend for added security, highlighting the failure of your hotel to provide a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
To make matters worse, the response from the hotel owner was nothing short of abysmal. Instead of addressing the concerns raised, they responded with rudeness and indifference, demonstrating a shocking lack of professionalism and empathy.
As someone who previously spoke highly of your establishment, I am ashamed to have recommended it. The treatment I endured is simply unacceptable, and I can assure you that my experience will be shared widely to warn others of the deplorable standards at your hotel.
It is my sincere hope that you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to rectify these issues.
