Airport hotel that’s accessed via a short shuttle bus on the same island the airport is located on. If baggage permits, can also be reached via a somewhat short walk. Staff are friendly and courteous, and eager to assist were necessary. A restaurant and a separate bar/restaurant are on site. Prices are typically of the Maldives, and are on the higher side when compared to similar products in the western world. While the Maldives have their own currency, everything is quoted in US dollars. Rooms are spacious, with balconies or beach access directly from the rooms on the ground floor. The interior is somewhat dated, although clean and maintained. There is also a pool and gym on site, in addition to a sheltered beach. The gym has an abundant array of various cardio machines and weights, although the equipment is dated and basic. However, it is adequate. Gym staff is also on hand if needed.

The hotel is nice, the pool and look of the hotel are very good and the service and food as well even if the food plate it's very small for the big amount of money you pay. The location and things around it's not very nice, so you have to take a boat to go places but it's normal, you have to that with the other hotels as well.

Note: I did not stay here. We had some time before our flight out of Malé, and this hotel is licenced to sell alcohol. It is a short walk from the airport, and that is the only positive thing about the place as far as I can tell. The bar was dank, the floor inside was sticky, the floor outside was slippery and the alcohol expensive. The clientele were quite rude, and whilst this is not the bar's fault, it certainly detracted from the experience. At the end of the day, this place will always do well as it is the closest place to both Malé and the airport that sells alcohol.

I even managed to find a reef wall there, which was surprising. The water isn't very clear and it's very close to the airport. If you have to stay on the same island with the airport it's a good solution, but for the proper Maldives experience you have to go to other islands.

Amazing place to be. It's just so relaxing and the staff is so helpful and polite. It was worth staying here.

Hulhumale island hotel available Nice rooms with Ocean view. Has multiple restaurants and staffs are nice and smart provide better service. However, affordable price during season time. From the restaurant provides verity of food width delusion taste.

Only place in Male' city offer alcohol. It's near the velena international airport. There is a routine bus to the hotel every 30m and ferry to the male for free. Best to go for beer promotion since others are littke expensive. Food and autmosper is enjoyble.

The hotel is very old and basic… however the staff are very nice … all of them are helpful smilling and professional. The location is perfect if you are looking to spend the night before a flight but as I said the infrastructure is very outdated and the room service prices are exagerated but the food is descent The pool And the gym are nice with very good staff.

Champs bar is champ at price. Completely clean you out and the snacks are quite average. Bill for two could easily go up to $150. Careful.

Hotel on the island of Malè Airport recently built (2008) offers basic services for 4 star hotels plus the Spa 2 restaurants and a pub view pool. One of the few places where you can buy alcohol since it is prohibited by law. The rooms are of medium size often sea view or internal garden. I happened to sleep on smelly pillows and to find hair on the floor or in the bathroom but the sanitary conditions generally are good enough. If you feel like a hot shower do not forget to turn on the boiler by the button you find in the corridor otherwise you will have to wash with cold water. Generally populated by plane crews and people who are there for work turns out to how expensive. It also has Dibun free shuttle service to the island of Male and a strip of beach very reduced compared to what the Maldives offer in general.

High-end Hotel that allows you to pay a package just to access the various leisure services, detents, without booking a room;).
Having just taken advantage of the hotel's outdoor Services, swimming pool, restaurant and massage… They were very pleasant;).

Very poor service in bar. Staff bheviour is bad iam totally disappoinment in service. I hope next time will be get good service. Please make sure good staff will be appoint to bar.

A convenient place to stay for your transit to the islands. The rooms are nice, with all the amenities you might expect (including a pillow menu). The breakfast has a good selection, but please print out if your reservation has breakfast included — we forget and they charged us. Staff are nice, especially in the restaurant.

Amazing hotel and truly the best hotel in Male city. Come here and you won't be disappointed.

They try to swindle you in every corner.

Hotel is ok… staffs are good, polite tho some of them are little grumpy. However max of them are nice. Hotel is very pricey, expensive. Rooms and food both. If you need to stay 1 or 2 days extra than your plan (booked room) than good luck and that time only room will be available is upgraded room even you wont find any difference than your regular room.

The only deluxe property for businessman to do work in Male' city by crossing over by boat in less than 10 mts. As also to relax over an alcoholic drink if you are a non Maldivian passport holder (Male' city restaurants don't permit alcohol respecting local laws) The price value equation is lopsided and sort of monopoly pricing. Food generally is good but there arev frequent change in service staff and you tend up being serviced by a waiter who is learning. The hotel shows no emergency in doing up their tired rooms. Being the only hotel in the Airport island. Chef Ravi is a long timer and food is consistently good.

Strictly okay property with Wi-Fi only available in the lobby area for free … strange indeed, for the prices they charge! The rooms are old and from a different era. Brand positioning of this property reflects a confused state of mind of the management, whether they wish to cater to the tourist segment or the business traveller. The priority only appears to be to rip off the visitor with a single eye on the cash tillers ringing.

The staff are delightful and do their best to showcase a deteriorated, run down old hotel which appears to have lacked owner investment since the 90s. Could be far better.

Outrageously expensive, staff a little helpful, services bad.

VERY VERY DANGEROUS PLACE! Please all be careful and better avoid to go there! First of all the most awful service in Maldives with uneducated Indian waiters who cheat with the bills and money! Especially waiter KUMAR! We ordered a bottle of wine and after we finished it we paid and left! Then after 15 min we were walking across the place again and suddenly another waiter stopped us and said we didn't pay anything! Then their Supervisor came and F&B manager KK who was very very rude and very unprofessional and didn't solve the problem, he just said sorry it was not posted and u have to pay twice! We were shocked! The F&B manager doesn't know what is going in his place and moreover he was so rude to us that we thought he would start to hit and fight! As per him cameras and system showed we didn't pay! It's a magic how professionally that waiter KUMAR cheated! Later we found the way how he did it: : these waiters collect the old bills from previous guests (which usually people never take) and then they save it — later when there is a another customer comes with the same common bill amount — waiter just presents already existing old bill and customer pays it! That's how their waiters avoid to put it to the system and just takes the money! There is a great MAFIA working in that place without any service and any professionalism! We have been so many places in Maldives but this is the most hobble and dangerous one!

I did my booking for transit with a friend on the way from India to my island. And booking confirmed the room for 2 adults. And while check in we were not allowed to stay in one room. Tried to cancel but could not get the refund even. Asked to book another room for the other person. Very very over priced rooms, food and beverages. The pool area is also just as run down with the tables and chairs falling to bits. Poor service with the staff looking fed up with being there. At all costs I would not wish to stay here, however with it being the only hotel within spitting distance from the airport, guest are forced to have to use it. Not good — avoid.

I recently for an Iftar dinner at one if the restaurants. There was big human hair is one of the billed vegetables. I showed it to the waiter who quickly took my plate away without an apology. It never came. Was not even acknowledged.

We needed to kill 12 hour before our flight. So we stayed at the pool. It seemed very expensive and they to advantage of the fact that it is the only place close to the airport. That being said the place is really nice and relaxing. A bit noisy when the plains airplanes are taking off.

I stayed at this property on 8th of August, 2015 and my room was at the end of third floor near the staircases leading to the pool. Room amenities and facilities are fine. I got the twin bed room which the bed is normal single. The only thing pretty much ruined the stay is that I could clearly hear someone slamming the door very frequently. Bring your own ear plugs.
