The hotel and the room itself is nice. Bilik n even along the coridor smells good. Xde bau2 masam karpet ke apa. Front staff is super nice and helpfull esp Faiz n this one Chinese lady. Although got a little issue during breakfast, but yeah, its fine. They did apologise and even offer a bigger room for a cheaper price for my next visit.

Reasonably priced, decent facilities and good breakfast.

Drunk customer make noise and can hear vomit sound on early morning… horrible environment…

Well, to be honest… Cleanliness for the room need to be improve, air con sound too loud and have smell smokes… Need to turn off air con and freezer to able to sleep quietly. But you pay what you get for sure. :-) ，other then that staff was friendly.

Always enjoy my stay previously. My last stay and recommend ALL OTHERS stay away, unless you are Kuching kurap.

Strategy location that near to Ipoh Parade, DR Seenivasagam Recreational Park, Ipoh old town, Ipoh Railway Station… Friendly hotel housekeeper, they show us the deluxe room that we're going to stay on the first day I visited here, they also greet us when we met. The receptionist are just fine. The room is tidy, but the floor is dirty even though I ask for clean up the room on the next day, they just tidy up your bed, bathroom, change the towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, but the floor is remain the same. The lamp beside the bed is broken. Free 100 plus, Coke, and a snack inside the minibar. For me, I don't like the mirror that face to the bed… shower area is a bit small and the toilet seat is a bit low, Wi-Fi always not working or slow… Limited car park, but they provide a parking ticket for their guests to avoid parking fine. They help cleaning the vehicle wild screen in the morning. Overall, it's just nice.

Excellent service. Room is clean. There's also complimentary drinks and snack provided. The room also provides shampoo, shower gels and even toothbrush and toothpaste! Staffs are friendly.

Failed hotel. Poor service, very small room, dirty bathroom. I'm actually still staying in the hotel when the management replied my comment. When rechecked at counter for feedback, the staff & hotel still shows poor service. The management reply to my earlier comment was just a showoff to tell that they care & apologetic. The truth is the management doesn't really care of customer satisfaction & need. You trying so hard to explain here just to show to public, but even never try to call me personally to explain & convey your apology.

Customer service very bad. Air con at newly renovated room is not cold. Remember to double check on hotel items when check in, else you will be blame if anything lost. Front office lady staff very unprofessional and rude.

Haven't been there for many years and happy to see the hotel is still consider well keep. Unfortunately the spa closed.

For the price I have nothing to complaint. Plus the room minibar is free for u to take. 2 can drinks and some nuts.

Value for money. The room is clean. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The hotel's car screen wipe service is great. Varieties of breakfast menu which is RM15 is very reasonable. Overall it was a pleasant staying there except for the lighting from the lift to the room (its a bit gloomy for me).

-1 star for smelly carpet. +1 for great service. Room a bit small. Parking is limited but they give coupons parking tiket untill 12pm. They give coke and 100+ for free. Change the sheet instead of folding them. — 1 for not ready prayer rug but have bible ready inside drawers. Location is good enough where it located middle of everything.

The hotel rooms are reasonably priced and we had a good 2 night stay a few days ago. The rooms are clean and the staff are helpful and courteous.

A 3 star hotel with 4 star comfort and 5 star customer service. Having a great time staying there with my wife. Bed is comfort, toilet is clean, water pressure is great. The staff are friendly and share with us some local foods location. What surprise me is they even help to clean the windscreen of every car parked within the hotel compound.

Very nice hotel class, friendly and professional staff, with Wi-Fi, nice rooms, comfortable, clean and modern like all the rest of the hotel, sauna, very good food, nice setting and pretty good location if you like to walk.

Located near good eateries and air conditioner works great. Rooms offer good value for the price. However, the Wi-Fi wasn't working on the first day of stay.

For 3 star hotel, clean room, friendly staff… deserve more than 5 star… will come back again. Definitely.

Decent hotel. Might look run down but it's pretty well maintained. Furnishing and fittings are old and needs more details in cleanliness. Otherwise it's a pleasent stay for an affordable price.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night before we continue with the drive back to KL. We got the executive suite for the night and I have to say that although the room looks old and kinda 90s looking, it serves its purpose. Shower and bathtub were excellent. Breakfast was decent though a spread would be better. Highlight of our trip would be the housekeeping staff who went the extra mile to call that I left my charger back in the room and kept it safe and sound till I got someone to pick it up for me. Would stay again for another night whenever I stop by Ipoh.

Arrived late and and unplanned stop. Very helpful staff, very nice hotel with extremely cheap rate given the facilities. And we found out our car windscreen was cleaned when we wanted to go back the next morning…

Not the best place, but it's sufficient. Room is clean, albeit a little old.

My wife and I have been a regular patrons for the past 10 years. Never once I see the need to change hotel even though there are many new hotels operating in town. I saw 2 major refurbishments of the rooms. I am comfortable with the new room layout and the services from the staff. The charges has always been reasonable. Sherry was the first who handled my bookings and she did her job well. I stood by it.

A very poor service hotel I have ever stayed! NEXT TIME BETTER WATCH OUT THIS POOR SERVICE HOTEL. the hotel sales person name "Sherry" is so irresponsible for her job, very very upset! I tried to call her hp, she turn off the phone!. And I called back the hotel they give me their manager hp also not answer the phone! WTF those frontline people doing their job! Also, the front desk service also bad! even harsh to customer through the phone! for those company who wanna book the room through their sales department, you had better be careful! because they are toooo BUSY and no time to answer you, even no time to read your email.

Got a small fringe. Watever we want. We cn find it here. The only problem is that the light in bathroom is too dam. Overall awesome experience :).

Overall clean, cosy place. Love esp one of the staff, Uncle Hiew who is most friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. Excellent service from him. Keep it up.
