The places are highly recommended for family & friends… they are plenty of animals in the zoo & all kind of show. The food is good & reasonable prices… the hot spring is the best place for night time and relaxing. I have been here for almost 6 times.

Awesome place to have fun combining hot springs and water theme park. We spent 2 hours in the night park and it was too short! My only comment for improvement would be merchandise quality. I bought a mask at the souvenir shop and the sticker came out after just one wash!

The best place I have go… always update new style theme park… all staff perfomers are perfectly, they do a job with heart not only for salary… this is fact of why some place will be a great moment of people will remember and will be first topic recomended on every holiday times. I really sure that everyone was coming here will repeat again and again… need 2 days enjoy all area… hahaha… best moment for me with my son become 1 years old…

Well modified entertainment facilities. A very nice place to have fun with your family members. But the food inside was super expensive.

There's a lot of activities I can do here beside swimming, I can watch animals at Petting Zoo, enjoy amusement park and enter the Ghost House. I’ve been to LWOT with my family recently and all worth it! LWOT is one of the best water theme park that i’ve ever been! pls pass on my appreciation to beautiful staff, Camelia, for guiding us the attractions in LWOT and sharing the information about the show that we supposed to visit! ❤️❤️❤️

Its my 1st time here. It was superb n amazing! Starting from the entrance point, your friendly staffs, Ina, Merisa and Wani welcomed me with a warmth hospitality… your staff Alex and Syahira also being very helpful to me, to know more about your water park, with such a good explanation and guides. The landscape of your water park was very fascinating with such a great scenery, and also with proper signage and facilities too. Keep it up LWOT. And I difinitely will come back and will keep promoting this place to others.

My first time there with kids and it was good place for family & kids vacation. Important thing needed to highlight which is service & facilities of the Lost World.
1. Management should have restriction on Line Up for Q method, so that everyone gets fair. There were many times where 1 person Q at the front, and when almost their turn, there rest of the members just cut the Q, this us very unfair.
2. Locker & bathroom area are very squeezy. And suggested to install more hanging hook or hanger for customers conveniences when taking shower. Overall is good, but can be improved & do better if you are promoting & encouraging SDG17.

This is my first time here with my cousins and my bff. There are many games that we can play and very fun. You have to go here to try the games that are there. Very satisfying.

The attractions are wonderful. Most of the staff are well trained and friendly.
However, the toilets are terrible! So dirty, floor is flooded with dirty water and the flush cannot work.
Even had some poo on the floor.

My family and I had a lovely time at Lost World. We stayed at the glamping area and the staff were really nice and welcoming, especially Kamal and the guy they fondly call Arrow. We will be back!

It was my first time here with my family (14/12/18). I'm very happy because all the enjoyable facilities is here (adventure park, water park & zoo). I really need to manage my time well for me to able to see your performance that your place has prepared. Although not all your performance i'm managed to see but the animal show & fireshow at night (Flaming Percussion) are two performance that i'm anticipated the most. The fireshow was lit & awesome guys There's something that I need to say about the locker rental. I'm a bit sad that the locker is totally for rental and there's no deposit for it. I just hope that I can get a little deposit for using your service because its a little bit pricey for me. After all, it was a very good experience for me & my family. Thank you.

Wonderful water theme park! From afternoon to evening. They even have hot springs at evening at 6pm. The afternoon session cost Rm65 per person and the available are more slides to experience and animals feeding show. As for the evening hotspring session, it cost Rm45 per person, available are Fire show and The Luminous Forest which feels and looks like the movie inside Avatar. No matter how much you pay, it is a one-time pay, after that you can stay inside the theme park as long as you wish.

Family with kids would love it. But as a 19 year old it's quite mediocre, not many fun rides though there are a couple of simple ones. The petting zoo is fine for visitors who dont mind chasing the poor animals around, but they don't have a great living condition where they can thrive. It smells, and most of the enclosures are dirty and animals seem neglected. I hope Sunway can provide better care for the animals and focus on giving the animals a good home and educating the public about them and environment conservation, instead of simply being a visitor's entertainment.

A lot of activities you can practice here and many things are incorporated in this place; hot springs (really relaxing), water park, adventure sports, birds park, mini zoo, lime stone cave, ghost house, roller coaster ride, tin mining, fire performance and of course food is available there but in higher price. The environment is clean and nice. Currently there is an offer, only RM80 for "hotspring" for a year. It is highly recommended for all ages and genders including kids. Try to go in weekdays. It is very crowded in weekends. No outside food allowed and your bags will be checked at the entrance.

The hotel front desk was a bit understaffed when we checked in and out thus quite a long wait, could have been more efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. The theme park was amazing with lots of animal exhibitions and slides, though I personally found some of the rides to be a bit boring. Hotsprings and night park (free for hotel guests) were fun and exciting. Don't miss the 'Flaming Percussion' show, truly sensational.

It's a basic hotel since you will probably be at the theme park most of the time. We booked a Classical room which came with an additional bed for my kid. I was pleasantly surprised to see such nice deco in the room. I really liked the paintings and the cushions! There was sufficient space to walk around and play toys on the floor even after opening up our luggage.

Promotion rm 50, with children to play ok, rm80, it's a bit expensive, not worth it.

The setting of the place is great! It is built around natural environment, plenty of rocks, formations and trees all around. You don't just get to enjoy the park but also the natural beauty. Main attraction would be the water park, the pools and slides. It's a great place for kids and adults.

It is a good theme park for very young children 4 — 12 and elderly. The theme park has a petting zoo which is very appealing for young children. The amusement rides and water park rides are rather mild to maybe mid range excitement. Most rides are above 90cm and the slightly more exciting ones need 110cm. The night time hot spring park was great after a long day at the park. The main hot spring pool near the main entrance was about 36°C which my children feel good in. Several pools were 42°C and above and my children felt too hot to enter.

Hotel located next to the theme park, very convenient for family with kids. Just a few steps walk to theme park. Room is large, bed is extra large double bed and comfortable. The only down side is the hot shower is not hot. The buffet breakfast place is located on the right hand side before entrance to theme park. For hotel guest, 35% discount vouches of publish rate to theme park; and was complimentary with entrance ticket to hot spring and night park, so we can have a shower and rest in hotel room after a day visit in the park, then re-enter the theme park for hot spring and fire performance at night.

Awesome place for water enthusiastic people. Less land rides. Must visit luminous forest. Animal feeding centre is there. Can cover in one day. Alot of rush on weekdays. Less on weekends.

Nice but not as big as Sunway Lagoon.

Went to the hot spring theme park at night with friends and was pleasantly surprised at the relaxing and chilling atmosphere with great music. There are various type of hot spring pools in the area, also things like slide, foot spa, steam bath, etc. And live shows as well, it is a great place to be at night for relaxing and some fun.

A great place to spent quality time with ur family and loved ones! Plenty of activities here that u can enjoy and lots of nice photos & memories. Kids gonna LOVE this place so much! Other than that u can stay to enjoy the hot spring at night and experience the luminous jungle too.

The best tosei I ever had. Crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside. Portion is just nice.

A unique and memorable experience at glamping. Very filling bbq dinner under the stars. Beautiful attractions in theme park. Very friendly staff especially Abang Yusof. Learn new things while in the park. Enjoy throughout the whole 2 nights stay even when it rains. 2 thumbs up for the maintenance of the huge park. Very clean and pleasant to take a walk at any time of the day. Fantastic cats sanctuary. Great food eateries. Sadly kids pool attraction is closed for renovations. Only advise to the management is to enhance the top canopy of the tents. Current canopy is small to withstand the rain. Having a bigger canopy would make the rain experience a better one. Travelled with young kids and they loved it. Will visit again.

Overall, the service is very good, most employees (non-Chinese) will say Chinese; the room is very beautiful and comfortable I am not willing to get up the room is also very big; and I came for breakfast their breakfast cooked too delicious only the only drawback is the toilet sofa, water is not big enough, and the sofa is more old-fashioned, The sofa where I live is almost broken and unable to adjust direction.

Check in after 3pm only I arrived early at 12:45pm but the staff mention room is not ready. I've waited there with my new born baby for more than 2 hours but the room still not ready. It's already 3pm but room still not ready?! So disapointed with the answer. My baby also fall asleep at the lobby area and the staff dont care. If I know this will happen I just book at other hotel, just because of the theme park? I don't mind to arrive for 15 min. There was nothing much at the hotel, just nearby to the theme park. The breakfast was so-so, the staff at egg station need more smile.

The location is very close, the finished water can walk back to the hotel to take a shower, but also comes with free admission and breakfast in the evening bubble hot spring, the room is large, the toilet is also very clean, the extra bed Rm90 block also has the evening ticket and the breakfast, is the most convenient most good hotel. And don't forget to watch the spray flame at night 9 o'clock.

During night time you can visit The Luminous Forest. It is so incredibly beautiful & breathtaking. Hats off to the team for the amazing creative art work. Don’t forget The Flaming Percussion show. It is something to die for.

Stayed for 2 nights on school holidays. Ample parking space. Breakfast included but it's located at the entrance of the theme park so you'll need to walk a bit. It's a family friendly hotel but quite noisy as you can hear kids running on the corridors and slamming doors.

The place is very nice but need fast improvement at food stall. Too many flies around. U cannot eat with comfortable.

The rooms could be a bit better, the beds and furniture. The food and restaurant is good like breakfast. It is very convienent to get to the theme park because it is so close.

The food is not so great. But the many events and activities that can be arranged by the theme park personel make it a great venue for company teambuilding outings. The resort staff can change the plans at the last minute due to participant issues. Yet it all runs smoothly. Very good. The hot springs have various temperature levels which is also very nice.

Some areas of the hotel smells damp like the lift lobby on 1st floor. Breakfast is opposite the road outside the theme park entrance. Room reasonable size and can add extra bed. We had a baby so we requested for a cot and fridge to keep milk. Room came with discount vouchers for Tambun Theme park and spa as well as free night hot spring tickets. Friendly staff.

Hotel is right across the park. Very nicely set up inside and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Everything in the room appeared neat and tidy.

A ver nice place for a short gateaway. Please come as early as you can. The petting zoo and the water park is the highlight for this place. Very well build, the toilet locations are just nice. Friendly staffs. And the price are just right.

Friendly staff, 100% smoke free room, & a lot of place to eat nearby. Room is spacious, functional clean and exceeded expectation on toiletries provided but a bit noisy from the corridors and next room since soundproofing is poor. Breakfast is set in the Garden Terrace (outside), away from the main hotel building and in the annex to the Lost World beside the river. Well decked with a good range for breakfast (the food? YUMMY! )

Very good service, the room is very clean, with slippers, toiletries, drinking water, coffee tea or something. There is also a free bus transfer to the city of Excelsior.

Nice place but need some improvement: i. Food/ /lunch served not on time, late for 0.5hr and ii. The prayer room not well organized, not condusive. Very warm, only one old ceiling fan should have air con, floor is wet and slippery, towels are used as rags iii. Socket not available for charging hp, located very high, seemed not user friendly.

No greetings upon arrival from reception. No bellman at the entrance to greet and offer assistance. I loved the hot steam bath at hot spring. The bellman is helpful but kinda blur and lost when asked question… need to improve his product knowledge. The staff at reception is nice but not so helpful. Required assistance printing documents but rejected at once replied "we dont do that here" with no empathy sign from their facial expression. A simple and possible request that just may need extra beyond their duty to WOW their guest may give a huge impact of their overall service but most staff and management does not understand that level of service. Sad but its happening. Their iron and iron board need a good working condition. The board surface may ruin your shirt so extra careful when using it.

Pleasant adventurous and relaxing theme park of both dry and water attractions for family outing. The improvement of eateries with more comfortable eateries facilities and cleanliness would be encouraging to further improve the comfort and convenience to visitors. Though the choices of food offered are plenty, but kitchen operator of hawkers type running at the expense for concern of cleanliness in food preparation, and prices certainly expensive.

For maximum experience, please stay at least 2 Night at the Glamping. Avoid Tuesday as the themepark closed on Tuesday, only Night Spa open. We Family of 4 Adult, 2 Kids and a 2 month old baby really enjoy there. Not much of thrilling rides but mostly for family and chilling/relaxing types of vacation.

Nice & warm place for gathering, meeting, seminar or any function. Easy to fine the place. The guards there very kind and helpfull. Very rare at other places. Before we start our function ir programme. The security of the hotel give some talk and guides about safety at the hotel. Very good.

Overall experience was okay. The hotel and the theme park were poorly maintained especially the amusement park. I would suggest renovation should be made if they want to attract more visitors to stay in the hotel because it starts to look old and dirty. Nevertheless, the water park was great and I personally love the petting zoo because you can get up close to the animals such as raccoons and rabbits! the Hot Spring and Spa at night was worth visiting! I like the fire performance and the emcee was damn entertaining! It will definitely be a 5 star experience if they touch up the aged facilities in the resort.
