Room was clean, convenient and got free parking in basement.

The waiter was very rude and impatient with the tenant. Hotel facilities are not perfect, air conditioning and toilets are leaking in several places. Remind guests to check receipts when giving deposits. I personally experienced, to RM100 deposit, receipt only write RM50, and the waiter after communication is said to be negligence. Whether this hotel is dishonest, careful to write the wrong receipt, no one knows, please pay more attention to, thank you.

Great strategy location. Room is clean and comfy. It would be more if staff more friendly.

Affordable. Small & compact. Noticed that it's a refurbished Tune Hotel but no charges on aircond & towels. Hehe… good location in the heart of Ipoh. Good stay. But take note that there's a flea market on Sunday, getting back to hotel is quite a hassle.

Reasonabl pricing. Good location as Ipoh is a relatively small town. Formerly an Air Asia Hotel, all furnitures are in red black and white. Great hotel, well maintain and has 2 lifts, 7 floors or rooms. House keeping only two days once as mamy guest only stay a day or two. Many locals guest as well. Rooms are quite small but comfortable. I would rate this place a two and half star out of five. A great place to stay in Ipoh on the way up Cameron Higlands or Taiping. Lots of underground parking.

Good Decent Hotel with all New facilities and modern concept, looks a very pleasant place to stay at for the reasonable price for a wonderful space and amenities provided.

Nice hotel. Cost effective. For connecting room, u hv to book double bed room & queen bed room… the term hey used.

Nice fasility. But the room space bit small, and my room window been covered by the hotel signboard. Cannot see the view.

Affordable and clean hotel. Excellent location especially for antique hunters on Sundays. Many restaurants around the hotel as there is no in house dining.

Hotel is basically u get what you pay for. The best selling point is the location, near enough to walk to the attractions but not smack in them. I also like that it has its own car park with security guards.

Nice n cozy place to stay for short stay. Room n parking is safety n can only be accessed by the guests.

This is the former Air Asia Airlines Hotel, room design is good, traditional AirAsia red color design theme, door lock and elevator security system advanced, there is no pay bottom parking, room neat furnishings. Hotel location advantages, to Ipoh Old Street sightseeing downtown is quite close to a three km radius ㎞, the hotel also provides GYM gym use … Room prices are popular.

Good value for money. Location & basement parking is commendable. Front desk staff provides good service. Bathrooms are clean with powerful shower. Cleanliness on rooms, bedsheets & towels need improvement.

Nice and decent place, I'd give them that. But do expect some morning disturbance from the flea market on a Sunday morning. Wi-Fi is real bad if you're not paying for a premium price.

The staff were very friendly and basement car park. Nice beds-but the bed linen/pillowcase is dirty (like the reviews in Agoda, bed linen is not changed) more than 10 dozen to call the waiter to change the sheets, a few minutes to the new (very friendly) because at night more than eight o'clock stay, and then rushed to eat dinner, dinner came back to find out.

Affordable hotel with basement parking. Location is nearby the city center & Ipoh Hospital. Many food outlet nearby so no worries on food.

The rooms are tiny but efficient and practical can be a bit noisy Sunday morning as the market is just outside.

Small room space, but price affordable for majority. Decoration was nice. Very clean & tidy.

A decent budget hotel, the room I stayed was surprisingly cozy, though a bit tiny. Many eateries are around vicinity, and there's a private parking lot in the basement which is a great plus.

Good location and within walking distance of most of the historical sites and food shops. Clean facilities. However, the reception desk could do with staff that are less reserved.

New hotel I guess. Very comfortable and not so noisy although its located at the heart of ipoh. There is also private basement parking. Everything is good except there is no water heater for me to make coffee, 3 in 1 etc. There is also 3rd party fitness centre inside the hotel, but if you re staying, you will get a free coupon for this fitness centre.

The room was rather small. Definitely not like what were shown online. However, the security is good as room key is needed to use the lift. Additionally, there is free parking provided for the hotel guests. That's a big plus as we could hardly find any street parking nearby. Price was also reasonable.

Its Good … but space is not there for a chair and the room
is so small! definitely for a double adults can be daunting to walk
around!
Bed is first class … Toilets and bath facilities is good and clean!
Overall good value for the room without its frills and breakfast…
Alot of restaurants around the Hotel within walking distance.

Very secure. Compact rooms. Clean beds. Good service. Nice ambience. Great restaurants around the vicinity and book online for better rates.

It was hopeless. We all had a long journey that night and arrived early. The only thing we asked was obviously to check in early to use the toilet and get some sleep before our meeting. And guess what their staff had to say. No early check-in is possible. Ok fine. But here we are saying we'll pay for it, to check in early. And he says check-in only possible at 2pm. And when asked if it was fully booked, he answers 'No, there's rooms available'. Okay now you've got my anger aggravated. It's 7am, I just got off a long drive, swaying on the road just so that we could reach the hotel quick and get some sleep and a good shower, and here I've booked my rooms and I'm requesting if an early check in with payment is do-able. All this guy can say is no, no, no. Not even a single 'I will try, my manager is not in'. When we asked for his manager he just brushed the question off. Then I say we just need some help here, do something. But no, he conveniently chooses to do nothing. And so then I call Agoda, where I made this booking. Fenniey our customer service agent was a dear one, she listened to me and what we had to say, plus what we needed and immediately called the hotel to check what was happening. Our friend picked up, spoke while I was on hold as well with Agoda and then tells Agoda he could now do an early check in at 10am, the earliest. You for real? You couldn't manage that when we asked you earlier?

Really value for money! Clean place! Basement carpark available and food store, restaurant just around the corner. The only thing is you got to remind the frontdesk to give you a room which could not hear the karaoke from next door.
