Hotel just renovated and near Mohamad Rafee Nasi Kandar and 7-11.
Parking is basement and in front of hotel.
Staff is very friendly and he manage us to check in on 8am.
Deposit for 1 night is RM50.
Price is reasonable for 5 of us and price from Agoda is higher compare walking price.

VERY noisy I don't know what the hell they are doing. Payment using cash over cards/online payment is so stupid because nobody uses cash nowadays. I don't recommend I think it's better to pay just a bit more for some where better for comfort and environment.
