Staff are wonderful and we really enjoyed walking around and looking at the local street scape. Although the staff and hotel is good the interior is in need of some renovations.

Quite old design hotel but the room is spacious. Overall is okay.

Travel with my family members. Poor hotel facilities; 1 room — aircond suddenly switch off & light exploded. 1 room — got rat. My room is not clean, smelly. Hope management take serious action for improvement.

Wifi super slow even 144p buffering. Air di toilet tak panas. Tv pakai crt monitor. Receptionist tak welcoming. Tak bagi berus gigi. Shower head not working properly.

Reasonable price. Many car park available here. During my visit was a wait to check in even I have booked the room earlier, it was due to the room was still being cleaned by the housekeeping team.

Not recommended for long term stay. Suitable for staying one or two nights.

The hotel is great. The room is large and comfy and the services is really good.

Their service is very bad. When I came to the reception desk, the receptionist does not greet me at all and make me wait for about 15 minutes without saying anything. The receptionist also does not understand that I wanted to use my debit card. She insisted on the use of credit card. During my stay, there is a shortage supply of water during morning. So I cant take a shower until about 9 a. M. The telephone that is provided in the room also cant be used. I have to use my own phone to call to ask about the shortage of water. Till the very end of my stay, I dont feel happy at all staying in this hotel. They dont even greet me again, when I returned the key to check out. Overall, the service is very bad.

Been there many times already. Affordable price. Food is great. Some renovations have been made. New aircond and carpet. Great spot near famous food.

I don't see anything wrong staying here. Except for the ironing room, needs improvement. Anything else is perfect to me.

The cleanliness need to be improved immediately. The first thing that I saw when I first entered the bathroom is the watermarks that seems never been cleaned for a few months and a lot of ants. The Wi-Fi is very poor. Dont bother to use that here. The power sockets suddenly went off at night and are not usable.

Deluxe Room, POOR air conditional and slow water pressure for cold water. The rest is OK.

Not a bad place to catch early flights by taxis (walk to the airport terminal in 30 min, if you wish…), the location is nice, facilities may be a bit old-fashioned but still in good feelings. The staff was friendly and patient. Remember to book a taxi before leaving.

LTHOTEL at Kota Kinabalu also nice.
