Comfortable bed, beautiful space-feeling capsule like design, cctv in hallway and outside capsule, safety comfortable, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, toilet and bathroom very clean and beautiful, recommended for backpackers or small group trip, staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience. Love the tech. Woke up late and relaxed in the pod. Jumped in bed early today just to see how the TV works. Definitely worth the awesome experience.

Exceptionally clean. Feel like a spaceship inside. Air con is very powerful. A special place for Muslim prayers. The only negative is that it is a little far from George Town.

Awesome for a sharing cube hotel. The pods are still new and well maintained. Some lights are broken, especially the cheap touch control. Other than that it's a very clean well maintained pod hotel if you don't mind the sharing.

Special and new experience stay in a box, bigger space than I expected. Very clean and friendly service.

The qube come with all you need. They got nice shower. Good locker system with access card. The most important thing close to penang airport. Only 15 minutes.

Food below hotel and the Wi-Fi is not the fastest but the other amenities are quite good. The toilet came with a hair dryer and the rooms are very secure. The only thing is that a person was smoking in the male toilet and smoke was coming into the cubicles.

Its the best hotel that ever I stayed in penang. All the facilities is very new and the staff is friendly. But the most important path is I just know the owner of the hotel… The owner were very humble person and its been a short while I just make a new friends. He more said like supportive men that I know…

Hotel was located 20 mins from most of the famous foods. This was not a problem from me since I'm driving. Now for the verdict of the hotel. The staffs are all very polite and very helpful, they reached and guide you on how to use the capsule and all the facilities there. They will hand over a bag of utilities which includes towel, toothbrush, headphones, laundry bag, 1 Android controller and 1 TV controller (for basic channel such as NTV7 and such. Everything must be given ba…ck except the laundry bag and toothbrush Room was surprisingly clean, as for some of the review that says they did not change sheets, I saw they changed it with my own eyes every time someone checkout so you have my word for it. It take a little bit of time to play with the Android TV to get used to it. Able to stream videos online such as YouTube or other private streaming site. The toilets are cleaned regularly. Some of the heaters are slightly faulty as it is not hot. But all you need to do is find the hot ones, since the toilets are most of the times empty. The hair dryer works, but do be patient with it as it blow warm air instead of hot. Here's something I would like to highlight and hope the management might give some thoughts about the feedback. Do provide earplugs, I don't think the disposable ones are expensive in any way. As a person that is easily startled, it is close to impossible to have an afternoon nap as I am able to hear a lot of noises coming from outside the capsule.

One of the best choice for those travelers with affordable budget. The hotel is free from flood zone, around 15 minutes drive from Penang International Airport. 15 minutes walking distance from Penang Island Bus Terminal is convenient.

Very nice hotel. It's neat and clean, friendly staff and it's comfortable. It has TV and internet, free Wi-Fi, air-condition and electric power to charge the phone. Downstairs is a restaurant with delicious local food.

This is most clean hotel I ever stay. The room space are small but comfortable and complete facility, also security.

Absolutely loved this capsule hotel. Each room provides absolute privacy with all conveniences — air con control, Tv, light switches. The male and female bathrooms are very Clean, with hot shower and shower gel, a towel and a pair of slippers provided. Hotel enrance, rooms and personal locker are accessible by electronic card. Free parking. Very affordable prices. There's a food court at night just next to the hotel. Across the main road a little distance away near the Public Bank there are coffee shops and food stalls in the morning and afternoon. Very convenient. If you are driving it's only 20 minutes away from George Town.

The first thing in my mind, is it safe for me to stay in this hotel? but when i'm already here, all my perception totally wrong. Even though this hotel applied new concept, but they very particular in term of guest safety. They provide extra safety pada setiap bilik. Dok pikiaq, r u sure this iz budget hotel? bcoz technology and safety that they provide in each qube is worth more than what you pay. I will come again in the future. Seriusly awesome kot. Nak travel solo pon tak risau. Bilik pon cool je. Serius kna try stay kat sini. Yang penting murah and selesa. Tq Mr. Alvin and M Qube staff for ur warm hospitality.

Cool capsule hotel. Was my first time staying in such a place and I was more than happy to experience it! The facilities are new and well managed, stuff is really nice! Had capsule for 2 people and it was super cozy!
